WOW WOW WOW!!!! I'm LOVING the #restaurantweek here at Aqua!!! With $80 dollars, I get to experience the sophistication, the dedication to passion, the elegance and hard work on the beautiful and tasty dishes in front of me. We had hamachi tartar, Alaskan cod and blackberry cheesecake with fresh like berries (aka caviar ball). Everything is great, but I'm especially impressed and enjoyed the Alaskan black cod, which was marinated in miso and soy, but perfectly paired with French yuzu beurre blanc sauce. A lot of time I'm tired of eating so called fusion dishes. However, this dish showcases the best balance of East and West without being cheap and awkward. I loved the steak tartare 2 ways we ordered that's not part of the restaurant week menu. The caviar is not fishy at all, instead it "melted" with the creamy steak tartare in our mouth and created this warm and fuzzy happy feeling inside you.....LOL. Thank you chef!
WSOP day 46 - Winding down. Time for the annual degen Golden Nugget 1/2 NHL no cap 10K buy-in with $100 min raise but first... The Caviar bar has been transformed into a full fledged restaurant where a third of the dishes still feature, well, caviar. Understandable since the restaurant owner also has a caviar "farm". The bar serves up a "Caviar Hour". Take advantage of it. A caviar tasting on a potato espuma for just over $100 is a good way to start but there is also an unpublished $50 off either the kaluga or osetra caviar, 30g with the traditional accompaniments; fresh made blinis, egg whites, yolks, capers, shallots, chives, and crème fraiche. While taking the time to properly make the blinis works, dive bombing and eating sides as you go, an even better idea. Yes, the shrimp toast with three kinds of caviar in crème fraiche and the wagyu toast with A5 seared wagyu and caviar are both good, the steak tartare two ways is outstanding. A creamy, classic steak tartar sat atop a pastry disc, two topped with a fried quail egg, two with a crown of caviar. This will sound crude but mixing both up with all the caviar and quail egg yolk is all kinds of good with each bite offering different amounts of yolky creaminess and bursts of oceanic salinity. Dining at the bar, the bartender is extremely friendly and accommodating. Side note: They have a selection of Russian vodka. When pressed if it was old stock purchased pre invasion of Ukraine, the manager standing at the end of the bar rolled his eyes at me and the bartender wouldn't answer. You do you. I opted for an growers champagne from the Grande Champagne region that was a perfect pairing with the caviar for $30/glass. A great quick bite before progressing to whatever the night has to offer. Solid.
Came here for a birthday dinner for a friend. It sits right in the hotel restaurant area. The craft drinks were well even my mocktail was very good. We tried a few dishes. Had the oyster rocker fella which was very tasty and fresh. Also had the lobster spaghetti 10 out of 10. Due to a birthday they did offer a free dessert we all were very full so split it with the birthday girl. The unfortunate part of the night happened here as when I put my spoon in and started eating there was metal shaving in my mouth. I immediately spit it out showed the server and the resolution was to take it back and bring out another dessert by that point we wanted nothing else. We never spoke to a manager the server only stated the dessert is made in a factory so that could be the problem. There was no offering of compensation for me eating literal metal shavings. The manager that was floating around and spoke to us previously was no where to be found. We paid our bill and left but I would not recommend this place because clearly they don't care about their guest. Wasn't trying to get a free meal we showed up to eat and enjoy our night but I do feel something other than saying nothing and swapping out the dessert should have been done.
I came to Aqua on Super Bowl Sunday with a couple of girlfriends to watch the big game. We chose it because we wanted a place that was nicer than a typical sports bar but still had a bar-like atmosphere. We got a 3PM booth with a great view of the TV (though there were very few people there). They were offering a special game day food menu alongside their standard beverage menu. The three of us shared three items: Tuna Poke Nachos, Caviar Waffle Fries, and a Smash Burger. My favorites were the nachos and the burger. The fries were fresh and tasty, but I found the caviar dip a bit bland despite the caviar on top. I'm not sure I'd come here again for the Super Bowl, but I'd definitely return on a regular evening to try their standard food menu. I also want to mention how friendly the staff was. Overall, a pretty good experience!
I wanted to try this restaurant as I am a foodie plus a fan of caviar. When I arrived, the staffs were very friendly. I was told there was all day happy hour at the bar seating. As it was my first time time~I figured why not as it's a good way to try out many dishes in smaller portion. Everything we had there was simply amazing. The chicken drumsticks were phenomenal. The oyster Rockefeller was simply delicious especially I've never really been big on it before. There were so many different dishes and each one was exceptional. We ordered an item or two off the regular menu and the sea bass...wow. Will definitely go back!!
Absolutely decadent. Everything that we ordered was just delicious. We order the Crispy Potato with Caviar. Truffle Potato Espuma, Crispy Shoestrings, Black Truffle and it was so good. The texture was soft and smooth with a melt in your mouth action. I got the Uni Risotto; King crab, Japanese Uni, Gold dust that was the best thing I've ever had. Oh so good. My dinner date had the Kataifi Scallops; Asparagus, Coconut Green Curry, Kaffir Lime. The service was amazing. It waiter was very helpful with great suggestions and wonderful small talk. This place is definitely a come again kind of spot. Save up your coins though.

Went here before concert at the Resorts World theater. I had the king crab legs paired with a pinot noir from Willamette valley. They had no side salads so I ordered the ceasar. It lacked the bite you would expect. Desserts did not sound appetizing so I got the espresso yo self which was amazing! The service was good. It was a small place and somewhat open to the hall so not very cozy. I expected more for the price.
Came here since I was staying at resorts world and I had already tried carversteak. Got the shrimp toast, the uni risotto, salmon tartar, miso cod. Shrimp toast was what you expect with some caviar on it. Rich buttery toast with shrimp paste on it. It was good, not great. The salmon tartar was standard and a bit on the rich side. The cod was probably my favorite. I think it has a yuzu sauce and that acidity was quite nice with some of the over flavors. The uni risotto felt like someone made a standard risotto (and not even well) and dropped uni on it. The uni didn't complement the risotto and there's no synergy. I would expect the dish to be creamier to match that of the rich uni, but nada Factor in the cost as well, no reason to come back here
Because I am no gatekeeper, I am going to let y'all in on one of the classiest establishments I've been to in a long time. Located inside of Resorts World, Aqua Seafood & Caviar is probably one of my favorite places I visited on my weeklong stay in Vegas. As we all know Vegas is known for numerous celebrity restaurants that don't often provide the highest quality food at a very high price point. One of the reasons I absolutely loved Aqua is because they offer a happy hour menu that is seriously unmatched. Starting at 4:00pm and ends once they close you can experience some of the finer things in life for a fraction of the cost. We started with the oysters, while they were a little small, they were fresh and delicious. We also went with the smoked trout sandwich, and Kaluga Blinis. All I can say is perfection! It was so fun watching the sous chefs prepare everything it was really like watching them create art. Aqua is a great place for date night or even the start of your evening for happy hour. You can trust and believe the next time I am in Vegas, Aqua will be my first stop.
Aqua is a place that looks fancy and is, but they don't make you feel less than if you're not dressed to the nines. I sat here solo one evening in the bar area and had a wonderful Branzino. My server was extremely kind and helpful in answering questions that I had, and overall the ambience is just very comfortable and clean. I definitely will come back here again - their seafood selection is quite delightful. I had passed by it so many times because I thought they only served caviar, but it turns out they have a solid menu. Definitely worth a visit next time you're at Resorts World!
A splurge at any restaurant is the caviar service, and I've tried several in Vegas at Mandalay Bay, the Cosmopolitan, Paris and the Venetian, to name a few. The one at Aqua is the best of them all. We chose a mid-range caviar. All the accompaniments were fresh and the blinis had just enough flavor to be a good caviar conveyance. My husband had the sashimi plate, about which he likewise raved. The ambiance is cozy, as it's a small venue just doors down from the celebrity-laden Carversteak. While small, it's still elegant and comfortable. And I loved that the caviar came served on a smoky, dry-iced plate, making it a party all on its own. The service was impeccable. We were seated promptly and had terrific service. We went early on a Friday evening so we didn't have much competition, but I would still suggest reservations. Our entire weekend at Crockfords was delightful, with our Aqua experience being the cherry on top.
When you don't want to cook a Thanksgiving dinner, what do you do? Well... if you are me... you book a reservation at Aqua. There were 3 of us and we had a lovely meal. The only real knock on this place is that (for the price and experience) it feels like you are sitting in a mall. Because.... you kind of are.... Resorts World has a weird Restaurant Row / Mall area that is big and feels a bit too open and bland... well... like a mall. In light of that... everything at Aqua is Exquisite. The Service. The Food. We started with a couple starters.... Tuna Toasty - oh.my.yum!!!! More of this please. King Crab Lettuce Cups - again.... oh.my.yummmmmmm! If you are on a diet, this would be a GREAT meal on its own. I mean... why share? For dinner.... We ordered... the Turkey dinner b/c it's T-day, the Black Cod and the Seabass. Let's get down to brass tacks.... The Black Cod is hands down .... The Best Black Cod EVER! Everywhere we go, we order Black Cod because it's just the most decadent fish (IMO). Aqua's version is melt-in-your-mouth delightful.... I would go back JUST FOR THIS DISH ALONE. The Seabass was solid and I would order this again too. Not as good as the Black Cod but let's be real.... it's a different fish entirely with different flavors and textures. It was Very Good and I especially like the spinach and mushrooms it was served with. The Turkey dinner.... it's turkey so there's not much you can do to impress. HOWEVER.... the sweet potato mash that it was served with ... were Magic! I don't know what they did... but this was the BEST sweet potato mash I'd ever had.... smooth, velvety, sweet but not. It was definitely next level sweet potato mash. The Dessert.... we ordered the Apricot Bread Pudding because I like bread pudding (I know I'm weird) and because it was the special for T-day. So Good!!! I mentioned to the server that this should be a regular on the menu. It wasn't too sweet, it wasn't heavy... it was a Perfect dessert to end the evening. Of course, I did pair it with a dessert wine - Sauternes which was The Perfect Pairing for this dessert. So maybe that had something to do with it too. We also had some wine with dinner. They have quite the wine menu so definitely ask for some assistance unless you know the exact wine you want. Definitely a Splurge meal. Well... for me it is. But I don't mind Splurging when it's "worth it", and for us... it was. Before gratuity, our meal (food and drinks) was $411. So... plan accordingly.

I did like the customer service, but it wasn't anything spectacular for the price point. My fav was the caviar and sea bass. The sea bass was cooked perfectly. We found this sophisticated spot inside the Conrad by Hilton at Resort World , one of Hilton's newest hotels on the Vegas Strip. The ambiance and elegant gem is perfect for a night cap or fine dining date night. Our server was very polite . We tried the caviar shrimp toast , warm oysters with sparkling Akashi-Tai Japanese wine. Definitely will return on my next visit. read more

Our flight was delayed and had reservations at 9:30pm on a Wednesday. We just arrived at RW and went straight to the restaurant. It's located in the back corner and signage is terrible. You'll miss it if you're not paying attention but look for Viva go left down that abandoned hallway. At this time, there were black curtains that surrounded the restaurant. After a long delayed flight we just wanted to sit and relax. Cocktails: jet lag and late check out. We started with half dozen oysters of the day at $6 each. This was just okay because 1. didn't know where they came from 2. It didn't stand out no special flavor. We shared a hamachi appetizer which had slices of hamachi slather with a creamy sauce over a blood orange. Next was the king crab salad over butter lettuce with a tart calamansi dressing. This was my favorite and most memorable part of the meal. We closed with a birthday dessert that resembled a caviar ball. It was a blackberry cheesecake that was pretty and tasty. read more

Resorts World is better known for their hawker street food style food hall, but my fave meal while there was at the tucked away Caviar Bar. Price points are not the same though, but surely, you don't a caviar bar to come with a cheap price tag! Service - everyone we encountered there were pleasant and helpful. I was worried they might be snooty, but I didn't get that vibe at all. We were the only patrons there, so our server was super attentive. Location - there's not much privacy there, but it's a great spot for people watching. Food - Last, but not least! Everything we ordered was good - foie gras, oysters, langosteen in garlic lemon, king crab lettuce cups, and shrimp toast. My favorite was the shrimp toast. The lettuce cups and foie gras were good, but I wouldn't order them again. Our server recommended the Golden Kaluva caviar, which turned out to be the perfect choice - super creamy. If you're looking for a spot with good food and a bit of a splurge that is not overly exposed, I'd recommend checking out the Caviar Bar! read more
I love caviar bars because they bring out my inner 'roe'-mantic. We came during restaurant week, and had the caviar and accouterments. They had a delicious prix fixe menu and wine pairing. The shrimp toast was light, buttery, flaky, soft yet crispy in all the right areas. The salmon tartar was very bright. I loved the additional oranges and the microgreens that paired deliciously with the smokiness in the creamy salmon. The Alaskan Black Cod was soo tender, flaky and juicy. It came on a bed of ginger sweet potato which was very flavorful. And there was this lovely sauce on the side with bright fruit flavors (maybe lime?).. Menu says "Yuzu Beurre Blanc".. I don't know what that is, but I would give my next unborn child for more. AND Finally. The Caviar Ball... It's actually a delicious raspberry cheesecake. Out of this world. It paired lovely with the port. OH did I mention we got the wine pairing too? Absolutely amazing. Yet somehow it's the food that has left my knees weaked and in a state of shock, as I fall into the fetal position.. Do I have to leave? Can I come back? I want more, please don't make me leave. LOVE coming to Aqua! We sat at their bar for their all day Happy Hour and ordered some stuff from that menu and their regular menu. We got the lobster roll, hamachi, Kaluga blinis, and some specials they were doing as a Maui fundraiser. The ambiance is so clean, elegant and definitely makes for a great date night spot or just dinner with friends. And our bartender was attentive to his customers and checked on us regularly to make sure we were good. read more

We went for a cocktail hour at the bar that opens at 5pm. We saw great value $10 selected drinks and $20 lobster rolls. To be on the save side we ordered one lobster roll to try. Also got smoked trout mini sandwich and a crab cake. The trout sandwich was tiny and ok but not bad. The crab cake was very good. The lobster roll was absolutely amazing!!! We asked for no Mayo just drawn butter. We both had 2 lobster rolls each. Homemade fresh brioche bun and fresh juicy lobster to be honest out of this world. I've had many lobster rolls in a past this one by far the best I've ever had especially for $20!! I wish we stayed another day and could go back for more. Get there early! Food came fast and freshly made to order. Not sure what happens during busy times and we didn't have any caviar. So I can't comment on others food items. read more

Strongly recommend for adventurous eaters my family ordered crab and lobster and I am not a fan usually but here I would eat it for dessert. Very yummy. You don't have to come here for caviar. There is plenty of very good food on the menu. We had a party of 8 and they took care of us. I has the mai tai and it was presented in a special box with dry ice. Everyone had a great time. The food was prepared perfectly. My new go to restaurant in Vegas. read more

An outstanding meal. I started with the shrimp toast followed by the Alaskan black cod. For dessert I had the Basque cheesecake with espresso chantilly cream. This is my first time at Caviar Bar located in the spacious Resorts World hotel and casino. I was a little concerned when I walked up to the host stand due to the size of the room. Think lounge and not restaurant, you will understand my meaning. This place delivered. Great things come in small packages, or so they say. The menu is equally small but very concise with a lot of great options. Hey, who needs the filler? Just look at my photos and let your imagination run wild. Everything was prepared to perfection. The Golden Osetra Special Reserve Caviar was magnificent. Definitely my favorite and a must try if you decide to come here. The champagne menu was a little sparse for my taste. They have the regulars you would expect and they are all very fine champagnes. I was just looking for something special. Maybe next time. Located right across the aisle from Eight Cigar Lounge I can already see myself bouncing back and forth between the two. read more

The staff was very friendly. They have more staff than guests so there's always someone nearby happy to take your next order or clear old plates. We wanted to taste a variety from the menu. Ordered savory baby waffles, wagyu beef, shrimp toast with three caviar sauce, ricotta gnocchi, spaghetti pomodoro. All were good. Tried 2 cocktails each. Food and staff are great but I wish it was a bit more private while dining. The whole time you're eating people are walking by with shopping bags a few yards away. read more

The place was pretty empty when I first went (Friday night) and it was kind of boring. I don't remember if they had background music playing but they should've had some/turned it up a bit just to set the mood. There was definitely a good variety of drinks but not so much caviar. I expected more. The food itself was a solid 4/5 and the service was good. I felt the food menu was limited considering this was supposed to be a seafood and caviar restaurant but the items they did have were pretty good. Overall, it was a good experience. read more

One of the best meals I've had in a while. Granted, we did spend $1500 including tip for 4 adults and a baby but everything was so good. King crab was meaty and juicy, trout and hamachi had many layers of flavor, shrimp toast was divine with the different textures and flavors, jamon iberico is, well, jamon iberico. We also got the golden kaluga which was excellent as well, very robust cheesy flavor with good texture. The only thing that was not absolutely spectacular was the Australian wagyu steak. It was good but it could have been more tender for being Australian wagyu. I would highly recommend this place if you like seafood and feel like celebrating. read more

Love the caviar theme decor, and it is located in the perfect spot to people-watch visitors dressed to the nines for Resort World's Nightclub events! The fare is on the pricier end, but totally worth it because of the high quality ingredients and beautiful presentation! I'm still salivating over their wagyu toast that melts in your mouth. The crab cake was also delicious, packed full of fresh crabmeat and seasoned perfectly! And the Caviar Ball blackberry cheesecake dessert was out of this world!
