What needs improvement- project manager didn't respond in a timely manner or not at all. Never picks up the phone. This is the main contact for the project and this added to undue frustration. Good communication is key to any project. It seems it's hard to find good people that have the skills to do this now adays. We did a fiberglass pool, which is pre-fabricated and was delivered on March 6. We were told our pool was gonna be done by the end of April at the very latest. At this point, my pool has been sitting halfway full of water, which is filled with trash, bugs, starting to get algae, full of trash that they have dropped into it and not taken out. It has now been five months since the project started and things get done very very slowly. Gettin a hold of someone has been very difficult and every time we finally hear from someone there's always an excuse as to why it has taken so long. If that's not my fault. You need to deliver what you the I have requested time off in June to celebrate Father's Day with friends and family.
