We were greeted by Jasmine and gave us the tour of their spas with spas with different sizes and options. One of the Spas worked for us and Jasmine gave us a great price . Henry ( Manager ) called us and gave us a further discount( after seeing a picture of our Cane Corso Rescue, Henry loves dogs ) and arranged Nick to install delivery and electrical (220) the next day. Five outstanding individuals delivered and Spa was working perfectly. They took their time to demonstrate chemicals to maintain water clarity. Yes, Nick was outstanding! Finally talked to somebody who was gonna get the ball rolling next thing I know I'm getting a phone call that they want to deliver my spa this Friday, which is the sixth. Supposed to be here between 8 and 12 AM called me at 12 told me they wouldn't be here until three never ever. Did anybody call me from the service department to let me know what was wrong with my hot tub and if it was even fixed and I've been 5weeks without my hot tub. Had I not called and started bitching about it I probably still wouldn't have it.

I ask him if I can order them thru him, because they're not showing up on their website. He said, no, I can't sell them to you. I ask if there's anyone in corporate that can sell them to me. He says, no! Tells me I either need to go to the local store and order thru them, or order them on line! I tell him that I have all the part numbers, but they don't show up! So I call the local store back ask dizzy girl if they have a coupon for online ordering! She says, no, I only have a coupon for in store purchases! I ask her, can I come in and order the pillows from her and get the coupon because my order is now over $500. Are you ready for this??? She says, she can't order pillows from the store! DO NOT BUY FROM BULLFROG SPAS! Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!

The tech Richard was very patient as he explained to me. What needed to be repaired and got it all done the same day as the initial visit which worked out because he didn't have to order parts. He came prepared. He took time to also explain a few other things to help my pull vacuum, run more efficiently and made some suggestions. Very pleased with this company.
