Well I will start commenting about the staff at the entrance ... not friendly at all they all on they're loptop or talking ppl come and go and not welcome at all,,, this place is busy and guess what is been two weeks since they don't have coffe cups every time I bring my kid here trying to get a coffee there is no cups at all I end up bringing my Owen cup how is that possible Rigth,,, the coaching,,, when kids are in the water they spend lot time talking between them and the kids just waiting , at the time 5 minutes passed ,, class start not on time and yeah they end quick in 25minutes,,, I really don't know who's the manager here but place need to improve a lot,, not because u have lot customers means is good and nothing to be improve,,,I think is time to get another swimming school cos I don't see my kid improving at all is been 3 months and still the same ,,,this is my honest review ,,, read more

Instructor to student ratio is 1:4 or 1:5 at times, leaving your child sitting in a pool for 20-24 minutes out of the 30 minute class. Tried to justify it during my cancellation phone call as "scientifically proven studies" that children learn by watching. Anyone with kids knows how easy it is to keep a child under 6 focused on something for 20 straight minutes, let alone one in a pool with 2-3 other unattended kids. Asked to cancel future payments on 8/4/26, thinking that we could finish out the month and not go back in September, they said I would be charged for one class in September. I said we would not be returning in September and that I would like them to stop future payments, then my card was charged for September before I was even off the phone. I was also grossly overcharged for that single class in September. I won't be taking my son back. I will actively recommend other swim schools over aqua tots based on the way I was treated on the phone by Charlene, every ask on my part was met with a "no" or "I'm not going to do that". No attempt was made to work with me, the customer; all attempts on my part to work through this issue was met with policy citing and attitude. read more

Our daughter is 6years old and refused to give up her floaties. We had to get her into lessons and Aqua tots was nearby. We signed up for 2x/week, and by week 4 she was fully swimming unassisted! The amount of milestones made in a short period time was amazing. She started off nervous and crying but coach Katherine was amazing! She was made for this job. I wasn't impressed. I am glad I was able to try a free class before committing to the monthly plan. My child is in the 2nd age group, so this review is solely based on an age younger than 2yrs old. The instructor was very sweet and I was given a quick tour of the facility upon arrival. However I had such a hard time hearing anything the swim instructor was saying! Nor could my child focus on me because it is so loud in the pool area. I could not see this worth the amount of money they were asking for if I and my child were struggling to understand what was going on for 30 minutes. It was just entirely too chaotic. read more

Customer service here is amazing. From the receptionist's to the coaches. They have a swim store in case you forget your gear and they have snacks for your little ones to buy. Private changing stalls. Women and men's restrooms and a vanity station. Ample seating with front row viewing so you can watch your little ones thrive. Our coach was Kara, she provided extra TLC with my son who has ASD. Patience, smiles and care. You can really see that she absolutely loves her job. It definitely shows why and how she is the district manager. I'm grateful my sons first swim lesson was with her. He was super comfortable. Her feedback was good, more than we expected. And we are so happy. We're hopeful for our sons future. Unfortunately my son needs one on one classes and they don't offer that at the moment, so we will have to find another provider. This place has to be an absolute money printer. TLDR: Fantastic spot if you need an activity to tire out your kids, but if you're expecting them to actually learn to swim this decade, you might want to come back down to reality. The Longer Story: I've had two kids enrolled here, one for about a year, the other for two years. My son was initially a cat in water, so my daughter inherited his account and powered through Level 2 and 3, eventually dragging her reluctant brother along for the ride. Level 2 is the parent-and-kid splash fest. It's adorable watching your 2-year-old (cutoff is 2.5) get comfortable with water on their face and holding their breath. But let's be honest, that's pretty much the entire curriculum. If you're outcome-focused, 6-8 weeks should cover it. Any longer and you're just paying for pool time with extra steps. Level 3 is where my kids have been stuck in purgatory for over a year now. Don't get me wrong they love it here. The water, the coaches (we've had 7+, all genuinely great), the whole experience has been positive. But there's clearly no master plan to actually advance these kids toward, you know, swimming. The coaches dutifully run through their scripted routines, the kids have a blast, but measurable progress? That ship sailed after week 8. Case in point, my daughter was retrieving rings from the bottom of the pool with me when she was TWO YEARS OLD in Level 2. Fast forward a full year in Level 3, and they're just now encouraging her to pick rings off the bottom. Groundbreaking stuff. My son went from aquaphobic to confidently dunking his face underwater in about 5 weeks--which was genuinely great, we never actually thought we'd get there! But that was NINE MONTHS AGO. I honestly cannot tell you a single additional skill he's learned since then. At this rate, he'll be doing the same assisted back float when he's applying to colleges. Bottom Line: This is an excellent place for an activity, a way to burn energy, and some Instagram-worthy pool videos. But if you're signing up thinking your kid will progress toward independent swimming in any reasonable timeframe, prepare for disappointment (and a significantly lighter wallet). We've dropped over $2,500 here, and all we have to show for it is some cute footage and two kids who enjoy splashing around, which, let's be real, we could've achieved with a sprinkler and zero investment. read more

My son's swimming has improved immensely at Aqua Tots. There is no re-start every session, which means they don't retest his skills with each teacher. Instead they keep track of his progress after each class. He moves up levels as soon as he's ready. The flexibility of scheduling is also fantastic too.
