I was told my puppy would still be fluffy and would need to comb his hair and now there isn't anything to brush. His tail was not cut he had a couple knots. I was charged a 10$ fee for special care due to my puppy not allowing himself to be groomed in the face area. My dog wouldn't eat , all he wants to do is sleep and will not go outside after this grooming. Not a good experience at all.
