    Wow I am so depressed with this company. I order a whole setup from them made by Current USA. They sent me 2 package both incomplete, they decided without consulting to down grade my bundle to a lower quality and outdated setup. Which made no sense, I called and spoke to a guy named Albert who said he would fix it and call me back. After an hour of not receiving a phone call I opened a support ticket (pointless). Waited 2 hours with no response so I called again in which Albert stated he was waiting for the warehouse to which open 30 minutes prior (he forgot). He called me back to tell me they were sending the missing parts form the California warehouse, so I asked for the part number of the item and if it will come complete with all the proper accessories. He stated he didn't and would call again with a response, never did I called 3 hours later and he just told yes it does. Never provided a tracking number or anything like that. So I ask for tracking information on the support ticket, a few hours later the ticket was closed by them. I reopened it asking the question and again it was closed by them, with no response given. I opened and threaten them to send everything back which was $800 of equipment. I'll update if I ever hear anything but by far the worst service. ***Update, So a replacement product was shipped to me at no charge and now my system is complete. However the lack of service just to finally get an answer was ridiculous. No one would get me a supervisor to fix the issue, so I had to use the chat feature that was finally online to get my order completed. I still have a good $500 of items to order for my aquarium but I'll be spending my money at another site. I used Bulk Reef for the remainder of my products and needless to say the order was place flawlessly and talking to the staff was very informative. They express that they hear bad things about Aquacave all the time and are happy to take their customers. They even gave Saltwater Aquarium good feedback, try them out. Hopefully this helps someone. Aquacave if you want a better rating from me get in contact with me.

    Left my 4 month puppy Sunday for a grooming and came back to a different dog. The length was so…read moremuch shorter than agreed on. I was told my puppy would still be fluffy and would need to comb his hair and now there isn't anything to brush. His tail was not cut he had a couple knots. I was charged a 10$ fee for special care due to my puppy not allowing himself to be groomed in the face area. My dog wouldn't eat , all he wants to do is sleep and will not go outside after this grooming. Not a good experience at all.

    My review is specifically about the dog training at the Gurnee location. I can't say enough great…read morethings about Yolanda (the dog trainer at PetSmart). From the very first session, it was clear that she truly loves what she does and brings a wealth of knowledge, patience, and positivity to every training moment. My French Bulldog can be a bit stubborn and strong-willed (as many Frenchies are!), but Yolanda approached every challenge with a calm confidence and an understanding smile. She took the time to understand my dog's personality and tailored her approach to suit his temperament. Not only did my pup learn essential obedience skills, but Yolanda also helped me become a better and more confident dog parent. She always made sure everyone understood the "why" behind each exercise, and she was so encouraging every step of the way. After taking the class, training has become something my dog and I both actually enjoy. If you're looking for someone who is professional, kind, and truly gifted with dogs, Yolanda is it. She's truly a gem and my dog and I were fortunate to train with her!
