From the first call, Ed the owner worked around my availability and made the entire process super easy and fast. The installation technician was knowledgeable and efficient, and Ed walked me through the owner's instructions carefully. With that said, I think what really sets Ed's company apart is his obvious pride and care for his business and customers, as clearly evidenced by his prompt and excellent after-service. I felt a bit bad about asking him all sorts of questions years after the job was done but he always responded quickly, enthusiastically, and professionally. I had a few top rated service providers come by for quotes but I'm sure that I made the best decision to go with Ed.

Great product, install team but the way our main contact treated us afterward was unacceptable…read more I rarely take the time to post reviews because I understand how this may impact a business but I felt it was important to provide an honest overview of both the positive and negative aspects of our experience. The water softener itself seems to be working well and the technicians who handled the installation were professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. That initial phase of the service was excellent. Unfortunately, our experience with Eduardo, our main point of contact for ongoing support, was very disappointing. Later that night after the installation, we noticed a puddle of water coming from a leak on a washer line adjacent to where the garage sink was removed and the water softener was installed. We messaged Eduardo that evening and he arrived the following morning, which we appreciated. During the visit, he claimed the leak was unrelated to their work, but offered to send a technician to assist as a favor. Eduardo stated that because it was a minor leak, someone would come out the following week or whenever a technician was available. However, security footage later confirmed that the installer had shifted our washing machine while removing the sink to place the water softener and salt container, which likely caused the issue. As soon as I got home, I called to ask that a technician be sent out as soon as possible because no one wants a leak sitting in their garage even if it's not an "emergency". He agreed to have one of his technicians out the next day between 8-9am. The following day, no technician showed up and it was just Eduardo who arrived 10 minutes late. He looked at the leak and then proceeded to lecture me about "raising my voice" on our call the day before telling me I didn't need to escalate for a quick fix and that he'd have sent someone immediately if it were a "real emergency". I was honestly in shock. I was direct because I wanted the issue addressed sooner. I was in no way being disrespectful and I have the phone conversation as well as the in-person interaction the next day on record to back that up. Being reprimanded by a service provider for raising a legitimate concern about a leak coming from the installation is inappropriate, especially after paying a premium price for the service. I apologized in the moment because I was shocked and caught off guard, but afterwards I was upset enough that I had my wife finish the conversation. While I appreciate the quality work of the installation team, Eduardo's unprofessional handling of the situation makes me hesitate to recommend this business.

The Water Hook Up - More hard water. I need to clean this at least every 2 weeks otherwise it's gets so clogged the water won't spray properly.

It's always so overwhelming trying to decide which company to trust for these things. It was so frustrating even getting a quote for other companies, they all required an in home visit first and it just took too long to even get an appointment. But Trevor was able to give me a quote after I gave him all the information he needed over the phone. He still came by for an in-home consultation to confirm everything, and we scheduled the install for that same week on Saturday. It's impressive that Trevor does everything by himself, from the calls, in home visits, to the installation for both plumping and electrical! That's probably how he's able to keep the costs down, while other companies have to pay so many different people. He also offers a few other discounts, such as referral, military, first responder, etc. I love that it's just one person I talk to vs other companies where there's too many different people to handle different things and how hard it is to get a hold of anyone. Trevor is great with his communication, he has always picked up every phone call. Although there are some times when the call doesn't go through for some reason, might be due to no reception in some areas. Trevor was able to explain everything in detail and explained how the Clack system is super efficient and one of the best. I can confirm he's correct after doing my own research. He even provided the concrete slab that the water softener has to sit on. He installed the sewer drain line and an outdoor electrical receptacle. So far, everything is working great. I wish we installed the water softener system sooner. I still get water spots on chrome, but it's easy to wipe off. Probably other kids of residue and not minerals anymore. My hair and skin feel so much better. Also, I was concerned about watering my many houseplants with the softened water since there's now salt in the water, but Trevor reassured that the sodium amount is super minimal and won't harm my plants. Thanks for making this experience super smooth and easy!

6 month update: all is going smoothly with water softener!…read more Original review: We wanted to thank Trevor for his amazing help in installing an Eco Twin 2.0 in our home. Our water is night and day better than it was before. I can drink from the tap with no mineral taste. I can wash my hands without a gallon of soap. I can rest easy knowing my home's plumbing is better protected. The price of the full install was very reasonable and Trevor made scheduling easy. From start to finish Trevor was super helpful and easy to work with. He made an initial consult visit to make sure he knew the house layout and all the materials he would need for the install, and then came out a couple of weeks later to install the unit. One thing I liked is that he is also a licensed electrician, and was able to pull wire directly for the unit and he even installed a new, unused outdoor outlet near the unit solely for our convenience and use. This shows an attention to detail and quality that I really appreciated. The install went smoothly and Trevor gave us a nearly one hour long in-person training on all the things we need to know about owning the water softener. He allowed us to record the video which gave us a ton of peace of mind. Within the same day our water was vastly improved. We also received a followup call from Brenda, one of the owners, and she was very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful to Trevor for his time and help and are loving our new system!!!

Very disappointed with the communication and overall service from this company. I was told one…read morething, while my tenant was given different information, which created unnecessary confusion. After the technician completed the filter service, my water filtration system was not working properly. I contacted the owner expecting them to stand behind their work and help troubleshoot the issue. Instead, without performing an official inspection of the system, I was quickly told that the resin likely needed to be replaced and was quoted approximately $500 for another service visit. My system is only about 5-6 years old, so I was concerned that such an expensive repair was being recommended without properly diagnosing the problem first. We later discovered on our own that the actual issue was that the filtration system settings had not been set correctly after the technicians changed the filters. Once the settings were corrected, the system worked. My biggest concern is the lack of communication and proper troubleshooting. Before recommending a customer spend another $500, especially immediately after your technicians serviced the system, I would expect the company to first verify that the work was completed correctly and that the system settings were properly configured. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Apparently, Robert's time is far more valuable than mine. Who knew?…read moreI rearranged my schedule, turned down other plans, and made myself available for a scheduled estimate with Robert from Life Source Water Systems to discuss installing a whole-house water filtration system. I did my part. I was home, ready, and waiting. And waiting. And waiting. An hour and a half later, I was still waiting. No knock on the door. No phone call. No text message. No carrier pigeon. Nothing. Now, I completely understand that things happen. Jobs run long. Traffic exists. Emergencies come up. Life doesn't always go according to plan. But common courtesy is still free. A quick 30-second phone call saying, "I'm running late," would have been appreciated. A text saying, "I can't make it today," would have been even better. Instead, the message I received was loud and clear: my time wasn't important enough to warrant even the smallest amount of communication. It's always interesting when businesses expect potential customers to respect their schedules while showing absolutely no respect for the schedules of the people they're hoping will spend money with them. Needless to say, if this is the level of communication before they've earned my business, I can only imagine what customer service would look like afterward. Thanks for the estimate, Robert. Oh wait...
