    Anger management issues maybe

TLDR just look at the screenshot lol My initial installation of a water softener was great 5 years ago. Within the last year, some piston broke in the valve so I called for service and was told the person who knew these systems is not there anymore so no service, no choice. They'll just sell me a brand new system. Not jazzed about that. Few months later I had time to focus on this again so called them up. Same thing, won't fix anymore, just install a new system. Fine, but man was communication terrible. No sympathy, no patience. In a short call (literally 5minutes) I was told: - "Yeah I just don't like working on those systems anymore they break" - "It's out of warranty so no I'm not going to work on it. Doesn't matter if you want to fix it or not." - "I don't care how you feel dude, this is how it is, take it or leave it." - "If you don't want a new system just go somewhere else, it's not my problem." - "I chose to take your call on a Sunday, what else do you want?" When I said "the feedback is you're making me feel like crap for choosing you guys now" he just hung up on me. Their actual work might be good but how can you trust a place that doesn't care about your and actually yells at you for wasting their time? Probably one of the rudest business owners I've ever talked to. UPDATE: Owner's reply is perfect. Doesn't deny anything except "yelling". Texts me to call me a baby again just in case. Model behavior.

The owner, Clay, is incredibly friendly and great at explaining how things work. Making tea is effortless now that we don't have to regularly descale the water boiler. Thank you for your help!

Beyond infuriating. Since installing two years ago, they sent people who didn't know how to do the work. Last week, Fernando showed up 20 mins late and told me he's not moving anything in the garage and not moving anything back and asked me where the water shut off valve is. How am I suppose to know? No one told me to move anything. He said we'll need to reschedule. The lady who rescheduled me, I asked if I need to do anything to prep for the reschedule or move anything around. She said no, they'll do everything because the owner will come himself. Day came, owner had to cancel and they rescheduled me for today. Fernando shows up. 45 mins late. Moves around everything in my garage, tossing the filter plastic wrapper on the ground, everything wet. I didn't check the garage since I wrote him a check inside the house by my kitchen. Everything was left a mess. I paid $633 "with a discount" clay said, for a membrane and filter change. I called clay, the owner, who said he already gave me a 10% discount for not paying cc and "at least it got done". He also said he doesn't know what my garage looked like beforehand. I said well, I saw Fernando taking pictures in on the camera beforehand. They didn't tell me Fernando was coming today. Clay said this is his only guy right now to service things. I'm so furious at how this all turned out. Worst decision ever to go with city water filter. Don't do it. Seems like fake reviews on Yelp. Apparently he incentivizes good reviews on Yelp for employee bonuses.

We hired them to install a water filtration system for $3,850. It was agreed, and confirmed by the owner, **Clay Rosson**, that we would receive **brand-new equipment** with warranties. However, after installation, it was clear the equipment was likely **refurbished or used**, violating our agreement. When I questioned this, Clay, the **owner**, became defensive and denied the issue. On top of that, their faulty installation caused a **water leak**, damaging our kitchen cabinets. Despite this, Clay downplayed the damage and offered an insultingly low estimate for repairs. Instead of addressing the issue properly, **Clay filed a Preliminary Notice to Lien** on our property simply because I didn't back down and was prepared to dispute the charge. He's now using the lien as leverage instead of fixing the problem. Throughout this, Clay refused to install **shut-off valves** without charging extra fees, installed a **circulation pump with zip ties**, and blamed my refrigerator when the filtration system caused the ice maker to stop working. His solution was to charge me more for a booster pump, rather than addressing the real problem. Even more troubling, Clay's behavior became hostile and unprofessional. He sent **threatening text messages**, verbally threatened to harm **Robert**, our representative, and even said, "Go ahead and write the review. No one's going to believe you." His attitude was alarming, making me seriously question how he treats customers and runs his business. I highly recommend that **you do not pay this company in cash** despite the **5% discount** they offer, as it's a way to make it harder for you to dispute issues. **Always pay by credit card** to protect yourself. The fact that Clay filed a lien over a potential dispute shows just how unprofessional and desperate they are. Based on my experience, I **cannot recommend City Water Filter Corporation**. Be cautious if you consider hiring them, and be prepared for unprofessional conduct and threats if things go wrong. City Water Company has a pattern of installing used or refurbished equipment while charging for new products. When homeowners confront them about this deceptive practice, the company threatens to place a lien on the property. Instead of addressing the issue, they resort to legal tactics to intimidate homeowners. To make matters worse, you can find multiple reviews where the owner insults and curses at clients when they raise concerns. Many customers have also reported that his installations often leak, and he refuses to fix the issues. In addition, he sometimes offers to "fix" cabinets but insists on making one cabinet look completely different from the others, even when homeowners request that all cabinets match. When you push back, he simply ignores your requests. Be aware that if you leave a review, your supposed five-year warranty could be voided. Many reviews mention that once a customer voices any dissatisfaction, the warranty "goes out the door." Ask yourself if you want to deal with someone like this for 5 to 10 years, especially when he refuses to listen or respect your freedom to speak up about the issues. I took some screenshots showing how he treats customers. Ask yourself, would you want to deal with City Water for years, being cursed out and threatened? Would you want a lien put on your house because of used equipment and abusive practices? Homeowners, let's protect ourselves from this company. If you're willing to go through that kind of abuse, then go ahead and use them. But I strongly recommend staying far away.

I will never use this business and would share the same with neighbors, friends and coworkers. City Water Filter replaced my filters on Monday (2/5/24), and caused a water leak, which I reported the same day. After much back and forth, they scheduled a fix for Saturday evening (2/10/24). As one would normally experience, I expected them to take full responsibility and make things right. However, to my surprise, on Saturday they came in expecting me to pay for the full system replacement. This didn't seem right to me and therefore I rejected the proposal. They left without making any fix. I have honestly never had this kind of experience with a small business. I wouldn't have worked with them in the first place given there are 10s of other businesses rated much higher on Yelp. I kind of inherited them from the previous home owner and forgot to do my due diligence. I've paid them $640 for the filter replacements, and am left with a leaky water filtration system. [Edit] I found another Water Filtration Business, who fixed the leak! It was the automatic shutoff valve, which they replaced for under 200! This goes to show that the 5 year warranty is a farce. Just find yourself a trustworthy business and try and maximize the use of resources.

I was in the dentist's chair for hours on end, and my jaw got an absolute workout. Afterward, the pain lingered for days--tight, aching, and it even triggered really bad headaches that just wouldn't let up. My wife mentioned something about TMJ massage, but I had no idea that was even a real thing people did. She found Erin online, and since I was desperate and had nothing to lose, I booked an appointment. I still remember walking out of that first session feeling like a different person. It was honestly life-changing. Erin has this incredible gift--she's not just skilled; she's a true healer. She took the time to really listen and understand what I was going through, then she got right to work with such care and intuition. After just that one session, my jaw finally felt mobile again, and the headaches started fading away. I went back for a few more sessions, and each time I left feeling lighter, looser, and so much better. It wasn't just about relieving the pain in the moment; it was like she was helping my body remember how to heal itself. What stands out most is how Erin truly listens--to what your body is telling her, not just what you say. She tunes in so deeply, almost like she's having a conversation with the tension and pain itself, and then she knows exactly where to work. She's been through her own challenges, I can tell, and that empathy comes through. You just have to trust her process, let go, and let her do what she does best. If you're dealing with jaw pain, headaches, or any kind of stubborn body aches, please give Erin a chance. I promise you won't be disappointed. She's the real deal--a compassionate, talented healer I'll never forget. Whenever my body acts up now, she's the first person I think of. Thank you, Erin, from the bottom of my heart.

I started with extreme brain fog and headaches that resulted from long Covid but felt exactly like I did when I had my last major concussion a few years ago from a freak accident where it body flung out of a car. I learned about HBOT from and book about concussions so I found holistic hyperbarics which wasn't the closest HBOT facility to me but I like that when I called, they were a lot nicer on the phone then the place that was closer to me. All the staff that I have met there, like Derek, Shelby, Sam, Pedro, Keyshawn and Jordan have been very nice and made me feel very safe. I like that the spa feels clean enough on the inside of the chambers and I don't have to worry because all of the staff are EMTs so they can take care of you if they need to and everybody is well educated about the process which I love. I really like the fact that there are windows that help with the claustrophobia, and you could peek outside of the windows if you feel scared. Also, the EMTs keep checking on you to make sure that you feel safe and aren't freaking down. They all do such a great job that they are what makes this place great. After 60 sessions, my headaches have lessened but they are still present. I read other reviews where people had bruises that healed faster, but I had bruises that I would notice on day one during the week, and the bruises would fade but still took a week to fade as they normally would do without 5 HBOT sessions in between. Also, some lucky people had old scars fade. I had zero old scars fade because I took before and after photos to compare for myself and the after looks like the before. Don't forget having a healthy diet while going through this therapy. I gave up caffeine, alcohol and unhealthy foods for months. I also incorporated a few juice cleanses throughout my healing journey. I'm glad that I don't have the headaches that I initially came in with, but people with my condition also said with normal time they fade. One day, I hobbled in with Achilles' tendinitis from not stretching enough am just running everyday. Hoping that HBOT would help alleviate the new pain because I read a medical journal article about it helping. I had daily sessions that week, and my tendinitis did not go away so I had to go to my minor injury doctor to get a walking boot and stretches. I think it was because I wasn't driving deep enough and my body just needs more pressure. I called Christine and left a voicemail about not having enough pressure. She called me back the next day but I missed her call and she left a voicemail saying that they don't do that. Still thinking that I wasn't diving deep enough, I was at 2.0 ATA by the time that I left, and that was the pressure when I started to actually feel that it was working. The only reason why I was at 2.0 ATA was because I kept asking the technicians to give me a deeper dive . My regular physician told me that she didn't know enough about HBOT to recommend to me. Holistic Hyperbarics has an on-site physician who just was never there whenever I was so they never saw me but they wrote me a prescription to use the HBOT chambers. I'm kind of a clean freak, so when you take off your shoes to step into the chamber, you step onto a floor mat with your socks, but that same floor mat is stepped on by lots of shoes. You can tell because your socks would get dirty from the contact. Insurance didn't pay for this so my experience is all out of pocket. It wasn't the miracle that I was hoping for but at least I tried a different methodology on my healing journey.

They put me through a patented procedure called "Cutting Edge?" that recorded irregular brain eye focus and they could track improvement for my GP, Specialists and myself. Insurance pays for many disease states, others may be paid if you can track improvement with "Cutting Edge?" or other proof sources. If your life is worth it, pay out of pocket, if you have to. They have a plan for those that can't afford it (especially children) called H.O.P.E. for Healing Foundation. They treat brain injury/accident victims and other disease states based on ability to pay (treated over 1,000). This is a great place to be treated!
