Throughout my experience, I dealt with multiple missed appointments, repeated no-shows, last-minute excuses, and long periods where my calls, texts, and messages were completely ignored. I gave this company more than one chance because I wanted to believe things would improve. They didn't. After promising to return, I was once again left waiting with no communication whatsoever. Having to constantly chase a contractor for updates is unacceptable, especially when you're trying to get your pool ready for the season. What made the experience even more frustrating is that several other pool companies I contacted were already familiar with North Shore Pool Boys and mentioned hearing similar complaints about missed appointments and poor communication. That only confirmed I wasn't dealing with an isolated incident. If you're looking for someone dependable who values your time, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. A contractor who can't consistently keep appointments or communicate with customers isn't someone I'd trust again. It's disappointing because the quality of the work is good--but reliability, professionalism, and customer service are ultimately what matter most, and that's where this company completely fell short.

Nancy was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions to make sure we were choosing the tub that was right for us. She also covered all setup and maintenance requirements. Once we placed the order, Nancy scheduled our delivery which was actually scheduled around the site prep we were finishing. On delivery day, three gentlemen arrived to unload and set up the tub in the location we had prepared. Delivery and setup were top notch as well. I took the cover off my pool this weekend and was shocked to see one of my jets was left unplugged by St Cyr's. I was unable to get ahold of anyone at St Cyr's until yesterday (Monday). I asked to have someone come out immediately to inspect the pool and assess if any damage was done to the plumbing from their mistake. I was told I could book a service visit (that I would pay for). I expected a call back from a manager yesterday that never came. This is an unbelievable mistake for a pool company to make and could permanently damage my pool. I will not hire them again and I would recommend you don't either. After posting a review on google about this the owner replied and I received a call from a service manager. We talked through things to look out for and fortunately I think I avoided serious damage. They then asked me if I could do anything about the review I left. When I told them I wanted a refund for the pool closing that they screwed up they stopped calling. Go anywhere else for your pool service.
