My front & back windows were not that clean- needed a little more wiping. But I only got the basic wash. Some light spots remained- I thought they should have washed off. Love this place! The only thing I don't like is that they don't have a blower for you to blow off the excess water left behind. At the end of the wash there is a huge blower at the end but it doesn't blow away all the water to make it completely dry. You have to drive out and wipe off your car. After you wipe your car off, drive it, then get to your destination the air makes the excess water blow on to the side of your car and dry up. So you have to wipe it again later on. read more

This place gives an ok car wash for a drive-through service. I get the deluxe wash for $8. My car comes out cleaner than it was when it goes in so I'm not complaining too much. Lol! Vacuums are free and powerful. There are plenty of stalls and most people finish quickly. An attendant guides you through the wash, and that is always helpful for me. I don't know why I can never seem to steer my own car into the car washes at the gas stations. Duh! haha My only gripe is the attendant wasn't very pleasant. Initially, the cashier didn't speak, either. He eventually was pleasant and told me to enjoy the rest of my day. I was also irritated because the suction part of the vacuum had been pulled off the hose. It took me forever to vacuum my car this time because I had to hold the nozzle on half the time. Aquamax car wash saves me from riding dirty. It's not the best car wash, but it sure get the dust off. I would not bring a new vehicle here for a car was, but for our vehicles it ok as we are not concerned with the small scratch that come from a car wash of this type. I went to this Car Wash for the first time on Saturday afternoon approximately 3:00! It was the first and last time I will ever use this place the wash was very poor and the three guys who work there were rude and nasty. Worst customer service ever!!! I paid for the ultimate $11 wash giving the rude guy wearing the Raider hat $21 he gave me $10 back no receipt! 1. I sat there for at least 5 minutes before someone came to the window for me to pay; 2. The guy who was working the car wash did not spray my car or tires with the hose before I went through he did tape the back windshield wiper; 3. When I finished the wash and began to wipe off the excess water, I noticed the tires (outside and rims were just as dry and dirty) as when I went through the wash; I went to the guy who runs the wash and told him he told me there was nothing he could do, and sent me to the cashier; the cashier told me to read the sign that it didn't say anything about the tires! I explained to him the my tires were filthy and had not been touched by water and to come see for himself. He "refused!" I told him to send the guy sitting next to him eating his lunch, he refused, said he was on his lunch break!! I said OK; I'll drive the car up here you can come out and look at it; he refused!!! He said they would not come out and look at my car! He said the tires were already dry I said they are still filthy just come look! He refused!! I talked to a few other patrons who's tires were at least wet and semi clean and went back in and again tried to get at least one of the three guys to come and look at the car! They all refused!! I told them they were not right and that was "just Dirty" they started mocking me when I said "dirty" they repeated "dirty." The Raider cap guy told me I could talk to the Manager tomorrow, I told him I did not live close and would not come back tomorrow! I told him to give me the business card of the Manager, which he did, I took pictures of two of the employees, the front of the wash and my tires, and told them I would be making a complaint. I don't know if they felt b/c I was a Black woman there by myself that they could treat me so disdainfully and/or I paid for an ultimate wash and for some reason didn't get an ultimate wash, that I "was not" entitled to any level of professional service! Came to Aquamax for a quick wash before I started my day. Unfortunately I locked my keys inside my car while vacuuming! Had the trouble of trying to get a locksmith to the location with a long wait time. The guys at aquamax made some time to assist me and got my door open! Just a quick exit off the 91 on the Avalon exit this carwash this is an awesome bang for your carwashing buck. Located on the corner of Alondra and Avalon it's only been open a couple of weeks so it is not yet super busy with cars on the weekends. Basic car wash is five dollars and the best part of it all is the FREE VACUUM use. I definitely didn't feel rushed to get done vacuuming my car either. Vacuum's do not work, filthy area, they basically charge up for the same wash. Paid for the ultimate wash, I know it is an automated carwash but the listing said they clean tires. Update: 08/02/13 As I pulled inside the car wash, I noticed that the owner changed the prices. It went from 5 bucks to 6 bucks. So this place is no longer the 5 dollar wash. It is the 6 dollar wash. 6 dollars to get your car washed is about the average you would pay at a self-serve coin car-wash. The positive that this place has is that you have to do no labor, other than vacuuming your car and spraying/wiping tire gloss on your tires. It also appears that they have become more strict in regards to the vacuum machine. They literally expect you to be there no longer than 5 minutes. That can feel like a stretch, but the vacuum is free so there is no complaint. read more

A few things have happened in the past, but I let it go cause I can just fix afterward, with a towel etc. But this time, my car was muddier than when it came in. Feels like there isn't sufficient time spent in the rinsing; my car was left soapy. Also, there's not enough time in the dry section. No other wash leaves cars that wet nor dirty. When I complained I was told "your car came in dirty." Really Einstein. Why would I pay to get it washed. I only come here when my spot is closed but spending my $ elsewhere period. He didn't even allow me to run through as a courtesy, to fix the problem. Customer service sucks here go elsewhere, where time in the tunnel is thorough not just a money maker. read more

ARROGANT Business. MACHINES OCCASIONALLY OPERATE. This is probably the worst customer service experience that I've had since the umptenth time that I've used this car wash. 1st offense: The cashier was eating infront of me as he took my cash. Rude. 2nd offense: My car came out the machine with soap and grind all over it. 3rd offense: I asked the supervisor of the business if he could allow for my car to be run through the machine again as it clearly wasn't washed.
