The way lessons are conducted is through verbal and texting communication with the instructor. We had a miscommunication and I felt like I was cheated out of a lesson. She said she would follow-up with me to resolve this issue but I never heard back from her. read more

I went to this place in 2010 to 2013. I loved this place the instructors were awesome. But when me and my two daughters were walking out to our car my daughter slipped on some kind of slime coming from their air conditioning, my daughter was not running at all she was walking. The next time I went in for our lessons I decided to let them know so they could clean it up or something. (The slime had always been there but we really didn't pay much attention to it since we hadn't had an incident before). The moment I mention that to the lady in front desk a guy that works there over heard and started harassing my daughter and me that it was her fault. That she shouldn't of been running. I regret not doing anything about it right there, but I never went back and would NEVER GO BACK there. read more

This is the BEST dive shop I have ever been to. The sales staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. The pool they have was specifically built for diving instruction. They plan group trips all over the world. Great place! read more

I take my daughters for swimming classes and she loves it. Indoor and heated pool is awesome!

Recently finished Open Water travel referral course with instructor Dave Keene. He is very safety conscious - no shortcuts! - super responsible and professional. Also quite patient (I'm among his older students, and the skills did not come naturally to me, but he stayed reassuring and positive). Communication could have been better. I didn't know how long this process was, and was disappointed twice to find that I had more sessions. I have to share the blame, since I apparently didn't ask the right questions. Still, it would have been nice if the shop, and Dave, had given me some clear timelines at the start. Came away from Dave's training feeling confident that I had the best instructor possible for what is an inherently risky sport. He is certified on many levels, and trains beginners through dive masters, so he really knows his stuff, and takes it seriously. I highly recommend him. read more

My husband and I got scuba certified here in 2008... we were able to do one great scuba vacation (Riviera Maya, Mexico) before we started a family. Needless to say, 9 years later we looked into having a birthday party for our daughter at the center. What a GREAT place to have a party for any winter birthday! Everyone had a great time. The water was warm, the lifeguards were friendly and on point, and they had plenty of pool toys to share and welcomed the pool toys we brought for guests. A week prior to the birthday party, we were informed of the toy drive and under-water photo opp with Santa -- if you want a fun family photo with scuba gear (the new ugly sweater!), check out the toy drive schedule in the late fall. This got my daughter super excited about scuba since she was old enough to don the gear too. The staff at ADSC has always been amazing, educational, reassuring, and friendly... from 10 years ago to now, our experience has always been top notch!! read more

I have been taking my kids for the past three summers to get swim lessons here at Aquatic Dreams and today's 7/6/17 experience was horrible. Their instructor was Claire. During instructional time I would notice her not having any patience with my kids when they would struggle to swim. She would basically carry my kids across the pool. During this time my wife and I would notice through the outside window of the building that Claire kept talking to the other instructors and they would turn and look at our kids. After class was over my wife notice Claire storming out of the pool area to the front desk. When we got up from the sitting area we were quickly approach by Claire. She mentioned that she was not able to teach because my kids were a level 1. I then mentioned that their previous instructor had marked off everything on the level 2 card for my daughter. She then started questioning my wife and myself. She said that it was impossible. She then told us to talk to the lady in the front desk and rudely said I have a class to "teach". We got our money back. However, I would have appreciate it if she would have taken a different approach being that she is a instructor. The way she came across was really rude. When we got our money back there was no apology for our horrible experience and felt unwelcome. To any parent thinking about taking there kids here be very cautious of who there instructor is, sadly due to the instructor and the experience this would be the last time we go here. read more

We had a birthday party here and overall they were nice and allowed us the freedom to do our own thing as well as use the party room. The lifeguard was a bit gruff and a few of the parents came up to me upset throughout the party. We did have a lot of younger age kids so his ques to slow down were for their safety but came accross to some parents as harsh and not appropriate for children of a younger age. I did feel like he was doing his job in insuring safety however maybe a little softer tone would have made some feel more comfortable. Cost was affordable and they allowed us to pay for more time to extend our own party. The party room was a bit smaller than expected but we made it work. Overall the party was fun and we had a good experience. Some of the kids who were walking slowly did slip and fall a few times so non slips floor grips would probably be nice to ensure safety but overall the party was fun. read more
