Since I am not local and had completed part of my training already, he helped review everything with me and took the time to make sure I had everything in-place correctly and coordinate all the details (gear, training, ecourse, etc.) to finish off my recreational open water cert. I'm out almost a thousand dollars for the last certification I paid for, and never received --after many broken promises. We traveled with California Scuba on multiple occasions. Our entire dive family was overcharged for a bus charter that my wife and I helped arrange.
