We had a few different handymen look at our dryer before, but none of them could figure it out. Jose diagnosed it right away. Turns out our dryer model isn't even sold anymore, so we couldn't get the replacement part. Ended up just buying a new, updated dryer instead. Jose was really nice, professional, and honest. I tried a few things including: holding the button to reset it, unplugging to reset it and switching out the water inlet valve (a tip from my searches). But no luck. Jose showed up and was able to reset it in a few seconds. It was like magic to me. He recommended I change the suspension sometime in the near future since he could hear it was needing it. The machine is seven years old, and he said that's about the life expectancy, but mine sounds good and that would help extend the life even further. All in all, top recommendation.

Then his son calls back around 4 and says his dad is backed up and he can come over about 5:30. I say great! He shows up , apologizes for being late from traffic and gets to work. He knows his stuff. Has all the right tools. Tells me my water valves are fine ( Home Depot guy tried to tell me they were corroded and I needed a plumber). He does a great job putting it all together, cleans up and the price is less than the big box store which is less than most all other plumber places that do this.
