Got screwed over by Home Depot appliance delivery/install company. They showed and made excuses why they couldn't install the dishwasher. I won't even bother to tell you . So I look on line and find these guys. Amador answers the phone and he is driving. At 2pm I tell him what I need and he says he can come over after he finishes his next job around 6 pm. Then his son calls back around 4 and says his dad is backed up and he can come over about 5:30. I say great! He shows up , apologizes for being late from traffic and gets to work. He knows his stuff. Has all the right tools. Tells me my water valves are fine ( Home Depot guy tried to tell me they were corroded and I needed a plumber). He does a great job putting it all together, cleans up and the price is less than the big box store which is less than most all other plumber places that do this. Very happy with the whole thing. know that this is more of a pop and son kind of place so Im sure they get swamped sometimes and over book themselves. So if you are ok with that, I highly recommend. I was trying to get a double oven installed and contacted Amador. He immediately picked up and was able to schedule the install right away. Amador arrived on time and was very professional. The install went smooth and he was done within an hour. Most people I contacted would not install these double ovens in cabinets. He quoted me a good price as these ovens are tough to install. I would highly recommend him for any appliance install. After the install an exposed piece of cabinet was showing. He recommended adding a black piece of plexiglass that he was able to install. Not sure how this guy has decent reviews. Scheduled a time with him, he never showed up, never replied, never anything. I would schedule someone else if he would just say he doesn't plan on coming. I ended up calling Precision appliances installation and they came by the same day, and they did respond when I called them. If you read it, I recommend not to use this company and search up Precision, much better experience. read more

I called for installation of a cooktop on a Saturday morning. Amador showed up in just a couple hours and quoted a great price. Unfortunately, after he was gone, I found more parts in the box and saw that the installation manual says "The retainer brackets MUST be installed" to comply with safety codes. They just dropped the unit roughly in the cutout, plugged it in, and called it done. And when I requested a receipt, he told me he had nothing to do write it on. First let me start by saying I rarely write a bad review. I talked to Amador on the phone regarding a fridge install. He was very pleasant and gave me a quote over the phone. We set up the appt for Saturday. I reached out the Friday before and requested it be an early appt. He called back on Saturday saying it would be later in the day. I was unavailable later, so we rescheduled for Tuesday. He said he would call back Tuesday morning and give me a time slot. Amador never called back. I tried to call and text him several times with no reply. He has read receipts on his phone, so was sure he received my messages. It's not Thursday and I have a second fridge just sitting in the middle of my kitchen waiting to be installed. VERY unsatisfied. VERY unprofessional. read more

Amador and Ace were great! I was screwed over by a company delivering our new stack-able washing machine, but they told us upon delivery that they would not touch the dryer stacked on top - even though I had asked that question and paid more for delivery. But this isn't about them, it's about the amazing service we got from Amador and his son. I called Amador and he told me he could do it, but he was slammed. I told him I'm around and can make it happen whenever. With Amador's schedule, it seems he's in high demand and driving all over the city. Luckily for me, he was 30 minutes late to another delivery and they had to reschedule, so they got to me sooner. I can't imagine what it'd be like to crisscross Los Angeles to deliver services - especially on a Friday - but it's got to suck... Anyway, we went from bothered in the morning to pleased and ecstatic after they did the entire setup and removed the old washing machine. I'd give zero stars if I could. I hired him to install a meile washer dryer which was required so I could get an extended warranty. Amador and his nephew didn't show us how to operate the unit and ended up scratching our hard woods floors. Of course he denied it, he won't return my attempts to contact him and so far has failed to provide me a receipt for his service. I'm going to have to sue him in small claims court. read more

I found Install My Appliances online. After reading most of his positive reviews, I decided to take a chance. I was definitely grateful in the end. Although I had to chase him down for the install, Amador finally made it and it took him around one hour to install a double wall oven. Not bad considering he did it on his first visit as he has all his tools and any required wood for the infill with him. In the end, he programmed the oven and showed us quickly how to use it. Great installation of a new dishwasher. They returned my call very quickly and could've come the same night but we were out. They came next morning, installed dishwasher and got rid of the old one in less than an hour for under $100. They informed me the old one was not installed properly and explained how they would do it the right way. Water was backing up in the old machine and he fixed the drain lines. Fortunately I did not have the opportunity to hire this individual to install any of my appliances. He was installing an appliance in my apartment building and my interaction with him was quite negative. He blocked 5 parking spaces in a very small parking area on a very busy street with his huge truck. A tenant needed to leave and I needed to park. After finally finding him in one of the units, instead of apologizing and simply moving the truck, he complained about the parking on the street and that he could get a ticket. When I explained the street does not require a permit on weekends, he proceeded to become very defensive. After the tenant left and I parked, he decided to block the driveway again. I had high hopes for IMA but was seriously let down. I called and talked to the owner who asked me to send him a list of my appliances and then silence. I texted and then called back to see if he could come over to quote the job. When I finally reached him, he complained about how busy he was. I told he could start in a few weeks if that was more convenient, and he agreed to call at 9AM on Saturday to let me know what time he would stop by to quote the job. I called him at 9:30AM Sat and nothing. I tried one last time a couple of days later and my call went straight to voice mail which was full and not taking messages. Amadore is amazing. He came to our small guest house to replace a wall air conditioner. Turns out the previous unit had been installed improperly without a proper sleeve. Amadore helped me put up plastic to keep the place from being covered in drywall dust since he needed to enlarge the hole in the wall to install the sleeve. The first time he has not confirmed a time to meet to install my dishwasher, and told me that he will call me the next day to confirm an appointment. I received no phonecall. A few days later I called again, and he told me that he can come the next day later in the day, but will call in the morning to tell me exactly when he's available. I received no phonecall, and I called and could not reach. I tired a 3rd time, he confirmed a meeting time and asked me to text him my address.
