I spent quite a bit of time reading Yelp reviews to find a competent and reliable appliance person and my efforts really paid off when I found A+A Appliance Repair. When I first called, Israel clearly explained how the process would work, his diagnostic fee, and the quote he would provide. It would then be up to me to proceed to get my washer fixed or not. He really knows his stuff. Within minutes of taking apart our washer he knew exactly it was a faulty water pump. He came back the next business day after Labor Day, just as he said he would, with a new pump for our commercial Maytag washer. I found Israel Anthony to be extremely reliable, competent, and fair. On both visits he was there within the time frame he gave us. That alone saved us time. We especially appreciated his professionalism and the warranty he provided on the parts he replaced. Anthony responded quickly to our call and luckily lives nearby so was able to come the next day to take a look at our dryer. The dryer had been rattling and shaking excessively and he was able to diagnose the problem, open up the dryer to remove the lint and replace the igniter. The price for labor and parts was fair and appreciated his friendliness and attention to detail. He also ordered parts for our stove and will return to install that next week. Found Anthony on a Friday on Yelp and he came by the same day, which is hard to find during this pandemic. He was on time, diagnosed my frig quickly. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part he needed on his truck, but he ordered it and said he would have it on Monday. Monday afternoon he came back, on time and repaired my frig. Very happy customer! I had to make the appointment a week in advance, but it was worth of wait. He showed up on time with the replacement parts associated to the error code we discussed when making the appointment. He knew how to run diagnostics and found a second error code. He then did thorough troubleshooting to determine exactly which part was not functioning. I appreciated this because the last repair person wanted to replace multiple components hoping that one of them was the defective part, which would have been a lot of money.
