I went to to get my windows tinted, and my experience started off great. The initial communication…read morewas excellent--prompt, responsive, and very helpful. I had high hopes for their service. However, things took a turn after the job was done. About a week after the tinting, I rolled my windows down for the first time, and the tint on the driver's side window peeled away. While I understand that things like this can happen and expected an easy fix, it unfortunately became a frustrating process. When I brought up the issue, the great communication I initially experienced completely stopped. It felt like a battle just to get them to acknowledge the problem and agree to fix it. After about a week of trying to get help, I decided to go to the shop in person. Thankfully, I was able to get some assistance, but the second attempt at fixing the tint was even worse than the first. It seems like they didn't clean the window properly before reapplying the tint, as there's visible dirt and old adhesive trapped underneath. While the staff was friendly at the beginning, the lack of follow-through and attention to detail on the repair left me disappointed. I really wanted to give this shop a glowing review because the initial impression was so positive, but unfortunately, the outcome and poor communication after the issue arose left me dissatisfied. I hope they improve their processes for addressing issues in the future.
