WARNING - Stay clear of this company. DO NOT SIGN any contracts with them. Read some of the other reviews. The only exception is one of my delivery drivers has exceptional customer service skills, but the company in no way is a reflection of that. On top of the many issues since the beginning of our contract, they will raise their prices without telling you. The clause in the contract is that if you don't dispute it within 30-60 days (don't remember which), that the price increase will stick. Not a good way of doing business. The latest issue was my credit card had not been going through for months. Instead of calling and telling me, the drivers thought it was their place to tell employees to "tell their boss" to pay the bills. As soon as we found out, we called to let them know we were aware and paid down the balance. And again, instead of calling the owners, they tell the employees the same thing and pause our service. RIDICULOUS!!! I can't wait for our contract to be over. Let's see what BS they pull when I try to cancel. This company is now Vestis. I signed a 60 month contract, but after 2 years I just could not do it anymore. They were always changing the pricing and I had to have a minimum and never using the items I was being charged for. I had to keep calling them every month to get them to adjust the billing. They do not let their drivers do anything about the bill. The driver was super nice and I think they should give him a raise for putting up with disgruntled customers like me. Every single week we deal with issues from missing uniforms, damaged uniforms, logo mats not being delivered, etc... The shop rags they send are never clean and we often find socks, gloves and even pantyhose in the rag bags. Do yourself a favor and tell their scum bag sales teams to kick rocks. They promise great services then never deliver. Thankfully I have documented countless breach of contract events. When I told them about the countless issues and requested to terminate the contract they tried to hit me with a $10,000 early termination fee! These guys are the definition of unreliable and unprofessional. They sell you services they cannot fully provide. I can't tell you how many times they haven't replaced my carpets and my employees are constantly missing pieces of their uniforms. If I could give 0 stars I would. We used Aramark for our facility services for over a year and we're over billed every month. To make it worse, the driver literally dropped all the materials in the academy(often forgetting parts of our order) and never perform any of the services like switching out floor rugs or replacing bathroom sprays. We also cancelled several times over 6 months before finding out they had confirmed our account drop request by email but never told us they require account cancellation by CERTIFIED MAIL!!! Then they kept racking up our bills and hit us with almost a $900 dollar charge even though we hadn't received any service in 3 months and terrible service for months before then. Do not hire Aramark at all costs. We've switched to Cintas and they have exceeded our expectations and are always responsive, even taking care to adjust our bill on a weekly basis for what we use and what we don't. read more

Deserves Zero Star. The worst company. They did not deliver the services they had promised, bad customer service and just there to get you to sign the contract and once that happens you are on your own. They blame the bad service and poor quality and mistakes on being short staffed. My wife used their towel services at her Hair Salon and just had it with them, they delivered floor mats to use once instead of towels. They kept asking her for another chance again and again, but they never got things right. Now they are sending her to collections since she had a contract with them. This could be their business motto, giving you bad service until you dump them and then they try to get you for the duration of the contract without giving any services. I wish I could rate them 0 stars. They are a terrible company to work with, they have provided us with damaged and sub par unifroms and equipment. They're pricing is ridiculous. They set you in at a low price and then give a price increase every 2 months. In 6 months we saw a 98% increase. And they lock you into this insane contract that is impossible to get out of. Even if you prove to them that they breached it they just ask you "what your going to do about it?" They basically say if you want to end this Lawyer up. We are stuck in a contract because of auto-renew. No notices that we were renewing. Our delivery driver retired and we started getting spotty deliveries, they wouldn't wash the mops, the soap was bad, they wouldn't put the toilet paper in etc. I tried to reach out to management for 2 months with no response. I was finally told we are in a contract for another year. The area manager was flakey and I think he felt awkward having the uncomfortable conversations, but it could have been handled better. Then after the dust settled we received a rather threatening letter from the GM Gabriel Ortega (who was on the email thread seeing the resolved issue) threatening us to reconsider and pay our past due amount. However, we never have had anything past due. I would urge someone wanting this service or just order their own products off line. Much easier in the end. read more

They already hit my credit card for almost $4000 without notification or invoice. After many phone calls and emails, the general manager offered to settle for just half the amount... For uniforms we returned... Three year old uniforms... That we returned and they did not scan in at the hub ... Did I mention we returned them? Signed up in October 2022 and my technicians got their first uniforms in January and they were wrong. Fighting with them weekly since 2/6/23 to get bill and uniforms fixed. Spoke with the chain of guys with Aramark in my area, Marlin, Tim and Ryan and still nothing is getting fixed. Everyone is telling me what I want to hear but no action to follow through getting my bills fixed and uniforms right. They are not following through with their end of the agreement and on phone now with customer service yet again to try to get someone over them to call me. Would give 0 stars if a option to give. If you want uniforms and/or supplies not delivered, then told they will bring them the next day or two, and not deliver again. If you want excuses after excuses then this is the company for you. This has been ongoing for years! I think in the 3+ years we've been doing business with Aramark we've had maybe 10-20 correct delivery days. We have a delivery every week. We've been told problems were because: We're reorganizing warehouse; assigned to previous driver, traffic problems and the latest is asking us to change our shirt color because that's what causes a problem. We've even had nothing delivered, then being told,"Oh, your driver is on vacation. Didn't get scheduled to another driver. Sorry..." The personnel at Aramark provide some of the worst customer service you will experience. Basics, like uniforms that we pay for are never delivered. Additional add-on charges like "bathroom supplies" are never provided or even explained what they're supposed to be. Don't expect the "supervisor" to ever call you back as they're either too scared to be confronted with their failures or too busy on their social media to actually do their job. After almost 10 years of service, Aramark now provides nothing but disservice. Uniforms come back ripped or not at all, after being tagged multiple times. A supervisor came to our location and I personally handed him a ripped shirt, it still came back ripped. After completely removing the ripped sleeve, the shirt came back clean with one sleeve missing. Our logo mats were purchased yet they still continued to charge rental fees. This was resolved after months of follow up. Logo mats sent out for cleaning would not come back for months. Price gouging on safety nitrile gloves, even after covid supply and demand was no longer an issue. Even representatives from the company recommended shopping on Amazon. Now, after cancelling the service, they are trying to claim breach of contract and demand over $11,000.00 for an account that serviced less than a dozen workers and 3 floor mats. Now a very rude collections company (CFRM) is harassing my staff. I will take any and all legal action against Aramark and be sure that anyone that will listen, knows what a bad service this is and to beware. read more

This is the worst company you can deal with. They signed us up for a full-term length contract when we requested month-to-month. Daisy, the rep, had a meeting with the team and myself and put us down for a month-to-month and ended up changing it. They continue to overcharge us as we go, and we are incredibly unsatisfied. I am not under contract with Aramark and called in to cancel on 1/10/22. I just got off the phone with the boss of the local district manager almost a month later and he threatened to hold up the "auto renew" of the contract rather than allow me to cancel. I'm STILL not cancelled-- he insisted I meet with the district manager so we can address concerns and make it right. I had written a prior review about going for a very long duration without getting replacement pants from Aramark. Last week, I found pants in my uniform locker. But before I could celebrate, all of my shirts were replaced with smocks. My job title and responsibilities have not changed. I can't wear smocks in the work environment that I am in due to safety concerns. So, now I find that I have no shirts to wear and no one has an explanation for this bizarre decision. One star is even too much. Oh, how we wish we would have done our research on this company BEFORE signing a contract. It's only been, maybe three months, but we've already had one issue after another. Our uniforms took forever to receive, much longer than we were initially told, and when they finally arrived, the spelling on one of the shirts was Adame instead of Adam. We turned in all six and two weeks later, we got one shirt back with the correct spelling. We're still waiting on the other ten. In our two other locations, we ordered short sleeve shirts for the Summer, and received long sleeved. You guessed it, more delays and waiting. James Governale, the Sales Representative, came to our office and said negative things about other uniform companies, while completely overpromising the service his company would provide. We bought it hook, line and sinker, and unfortunately for us, we're locked in. To say we would ever recommend them is an understatement. We are beyond unimpressed and extremely disappointed. UPDATE: We are getting charged for uniforms we don't even have yet. We were told by, James Governale, that credits are done onsite, same day by the tech dropping off uniforms. That was another lie. I was told by the tech who delivers our uniforms that James will say anything to get companies to sign up for service. There's lots of unexplained charges on our invoices as well. I was tricked into signing a contract by Aramark's Rep. I was told I can cancel anytime if I don't like their service which in fact it is a 5-years contract. There are other things in the very fine print of the contract contradicting what the Rep told me. There are charges that I never used but were on the invoices, such as Bar Stand, Laundry Bag Ergo Clips. I want to get out of this contract, Aramark threatens legal action if I don't pay off the balance of the contract or stay till the end of the 5 years. Scammers using the auto renew contract. For not 1 not 2 but 5 years renewal. I would give them zero stars and as for their bay area sales team a minus 10. Any company that auto renews for 5 years doesn't feel you will renew with them plain and simple and want to TAKE your money with the customer havign no recourse. DO NOT USE them. I needed ESD smocks they "replaced " ours (which we paid for) for cleaning and never returned them. Replacing with the grayest looking ones I have ever seen and now that we are downsizing and need help to cut back I find out they auto renewed us. In the first week, the price is 277.55, later: 362.31, 380.84, 362.31, 467.6, 467.6, 467.6, 467.6, 1329.93, 1938.63, 1957.26, 1968.45...I asked the driver, why you increased the price even we didnot need that much napkin, he said because we found we lost the napkins, and all the lost have to be credit on you:( We worked with other company more than two year, never happened lost.
