I was a regular customer at Pink Arrow until I purchased a pair of boots from Nicole last summer. She explicitly told me they were waterproof. I didn't wear them until March when I visited a friend in Idaho. The snow was melting while we were out, and the boots failed completely-- now the toes are permanently stained. When I emailed Nicole to share what happened, it took her a full month to reply, only to tell me that because it had been close to a year since purchase, she couldn't do anything for me. I offered to show her the boots so she could see from the pristine soles that they had only been worn that single day. As a small business owner myself, I know there were many ways she could have handled this to make it right. At the end of the day, an owner should stand behind their products and stand 100% behind their word. I will only spend my money at businesses that truly value and care about their customers.

But it was through Facebook on one of their Facebook Live sales during the peak of COVID in 2020. Sooo glad I came across them. They are a quite consignment and exclusive boutique. They sell new, used, like new, and handmade items. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I've gotten purses, jackets, scarfs, jewelry etc! Both new and used. I've loved almost everything I've purchased. I tend to buy through the Facebook Live sales they do. And rarely make it into the store. If you're in the area worth stopping by, if not worth taking the trip! Good people and great items!

Even hats with Martinez on it, they were super cute. You walk in and you really see a lot of different items. All the way in the corner there was an area of pickled items, pickles, yummy yummy! The store was extremely clean and it's definitely a place that I would get someone a gift that's different than anything online. You can tell that the items are newer, nothing seems to sit on the shelves so I'm happy to see family owned business flourishing! I love giving back to my community and buying local. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were divided by theme (I especially enjoyed the music/concerts room) and he had a great selection of vintage jerseys.
