First, I brought one of my other cars here a few years ago thru an insurance claim for repairs and I remembered the excellent service and work they did so that's why I came back here this time for my new Traverse that someone hit me from behind. From start to finish Arnold was very knowledgeable about insurance claims and he put alot of my anxiety at ease by explaining the whole process to me and what to expect. He also made sure that he kept in contact with me letting me know the status of my car and helped me get my rental while I waited. It took a couple of weeks but when I got my car back I was more than happy with the repairs! My car looked brand new! They even washed it inside and out spending extra time vacuuming all the dog hair that was in my car which I so appreciated. So that's why I think Arnold should get the Employee of the Month award! I had a re-sende collision while heading home. While searching for repair places this was one of the places I picked out of like 10. The staff members were so friendly, and straight forward. They offer rental car pick up there as well if needed! My rear bumper took about a week to finish. It was as of nothing happened. They were also sweet enough to inform me that with the repair, any scratches or damage to said fixed bumper can be repaired as there was a 3 year warranty included. The guys here are easy going and do awesome work. Their paint match is super spot on. I came in to get just a bumper painted I left with 3 other jobs done. A major dent in a hard spot above my tail light, and I had both my fenders rust spots fixed. Everything came out smooth. They sent me updates while the work was getting done to. I came in as a walk-in and paid out of pocket. I left happier than I expected. Sorry I don't have any before pictures, I was embarrassed to have a bunk beat up whip. This place went above and beyond for us, I couldn't have been any happier! I initially was in the area for some other work when I drove by and saw they were giving free estimates, I stopped in and got a free quote, everyone was very nice and informative. I read some reviews on Yelp and decided to give this place a chance and it was the best choice I could've made, they took care of us, fixed the rear quarter, cleaned up our dull headlights, and put some wax on the side of the car and it looks amazing, as if there was no accident.
