    Pastor, asada, lengua
    Caroline S.

Service was quick. I got three tacos: lengua, al pastor, and asada. The lengua was VERY good, nice and tender. The asada and al pastor were a bit tough, but, overall they had great flavor when I added the squeeze of lime. The horchata was very vanilla forward, I was hoping for a bit more cinnamon taste as well, but that being said, it was tasty. It was sweet, but not too much so. Great late night meal.

This is a complete disaster!!!! Didn't think I would need a FORK TO eat a TACO!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Well, I just went to wash clothes next door to this place and decided to get chicken tacos. First of all, the employees were NOT wearing their masks at the this restaurant. I ordered 1 dorado (hard shell) which was excellent but could've have used more toppings, and then I ordered 2 soft tacos, and medium horchata which looked more like a small. Anyways, The two soft tacos Were a tasteless complete disaster!!! I ordered it to go, and when I came back to sit down at the wash House, I opened up the wrapped soft tacos and it looked like they just threw ingredients together and slapped it on a tortilla and mushed it all together. The tortillas were awful! They were the worst tortillas I have tasted. I think they use white corn tortilla. It was definitely NOT milagro brand or homemade. The horchata was ok. The salsas were ok too. Needless to say I've had better tasting tacos in Batavia... at Taqueria Sazon! I recommend going there because their food is way better! Plus, they have amazing Margaritas!! Not to mention their Customer Service is the BEST!!

Guacamole with only onion and cilantro? Is this their definition of guacamole recipes?

AWFUL! I have never had such terrible guacamole in my life, no joke. All of it was ONION! I'm not exaggerating! There was two little pieces of tomato on the very bottom. I LOVE my guacamole and always eat it but I could not even take two bites! The prices were overpriced. I find it funny how they charge so much for a CAN of pop and a veggie burrito. Never again. I really do not understand how this place has 4 stars??

As authentic as you get around here. On weekends the Birria rocks! Good place to practice Spanish.

The foods really good! But if you order to go make sure everything's in the bag! Also the price seems to be going up!

Although it is prolly apocryphal, it is said Toulouse-Lautrec commented much the same about French restaurants. There is a sizable Latino population in our neck of the woods, thus there are many Mexican places to eat. MiRancho here falls under the category of my opening statement. It's (way) off the beaten path, and definitely not picturesque. But I have had too many good meals in places that aren't exactly the ritz, so I had to try MiRancho. The Yelps were encouraging. I was ordering from the menu board, then I saw a small sign announcing a "buffet". I asked the nice fellow behind the counter and he said it was on. Well. It was, again, not pretty, but the quality of what was on/in it was top-notch. Lotsa meats, all totally yum. Three soups, including a great Pozole. Proper garnishes and side dishes. The throw from the soft drink bubbler was excellent. Even from the buffet, everything tasted vibrant and fresh--Might be the best Mex food I've had in this area. At the right price, too. In the end, it was very "home-like" and I took the simple, yet clean surroundings as a statement of "We're about the food 100% here". A true "off-the path" gem!

The restaurant was clean, quiet, the bathrooms were clean, the cashier so sweet and patient--I couldn't ask for more! We ordered a asada burrito dinner, a chorizo burrito, and a large horchata to split. We were given a basket of chips and a delicious salsa that had flavor, but wasn't too spicy! The burritos were generously filled and had avocado! That's not something I see everywhere. The beans were a great consistency, the rice was soft and flavorful, and the horchata was top notch! It had a unique flavor, too, and wasn't watery. The cup also wasn't overfilled with ice! While we were patiently waiting for the burritos, we fell victim to the slideshow and decided we just had to try a gordita lol. It was SO good, but the portions were so filling we had to take the rest of the gordita and part of a burrito with. The tomatillo sauce was perfect and the red sauce had quite a kick to it, but not enough that it was painful. The food didn't NEED any extra sauce, but I like to try them, anyways! I wished I lived in this area so I could eat more gorditas, but I will definitely stop here again if I am around! If you're lucky enough to live in the area, please do support this sweet business!

Perfectly cooked steak, cut to the ideal size for the taco, with super fresh onions and cilantro, all wrapped in delicious handmade tortillas. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
