If you're looking for excellent customer service, you're looking in the wrong place if you're looking at Arango Automotive. To say that they were rude and unprofessional would be an understatement. They clearly don't need my business and I have to except that. Give them a call and you will find my words to be true. I'm writing this review so you can avoid the pain of dealing with these people. I guess you have to look like them and talk like them, to receive and respect from them. Got work done several months ago by Arango Automotive and felt a bit uncomfortable but couldn't put my finger on it, till today. Called on Monday, the man picked up the phone and pretty much said (what do you want) then cut me off in the middle of our conversation and told me he would call me back because he was with a customer. Never called back, so I called back, big mistake because he made me feel as if I was bothering him. Set up an appointment for simple inspection, just to be ignored, go to pick up the car believing they did what I requested 7 hours later!, to find the car still in the same place, (no inspection done) ok no worries, you're too busy and really don't need my business. Without a doubt the best vehicle service center in the greater Rochester area; if not the State! Tony and Mark are honest, dedicated and concerned about making things right on your vehicle. Tony is the best mechanic I have ever had in my lifetime and I am so lucky I found him. He has professionally and perfectly repaired and maintained two of my family vehicles and his charges are always fair and reasonable. Had an appointment for 9am and office was closed and locked. Called the number on the website and the gentleman who answered sounded like he was sleeping. Called the other number listed and he said he was a few minutes away and to take up my inconvenience with Tony. There was no drop box for me to leave my keys in and no one showed up until 9:22am , leaving me frustrated and late for work. I love supporting small businesses but not when it makes me late for work. read more

I thought it was great service until I tried to drive my son and daughter to get Christmas tree today.my truck was towed in park or forced into neutral they didnt have the key.my steering wheel went turn at all and it's making a loud noise it never made.We were forced to drive truck like that or pay for more storage and now these ppl won't even answer my calls. Thanks for ruining my kids Christmas with messing up our truck n not being considerate to at least try n fix it for a fee. You guys suck if you go here stop now u will end up paying more in the end and they are so dishonest read more
