I don't see what everyone else saw...saw all the 5 stars and thought - Great - they will be wonderful...not so wonderful at all. Our appt was a 4 and they showed up about 410..no biggie but said they would likely be early because they were running ahead of schedule..they were very fast..less than an hour..too rushed like they didnt care..we asked about the stairs and said they could use some more help but he said they are just worn..my son said the stairs looked the same..not impressed.. should have used a pre treatment and at least tried to get the dirt out Others we have had tried to earn our business and put extra effort in the more soiled trafficked areas - these guys seemed just ready to get home - last one for the day - disappointed and will be calling the guys we planned on before we read yelp reviews read more

I was very happy with the job that Peter did on our carpets. Our upstairs looks practically new and he was able to get stains out that were there when we moved in 13 years ago! Downstairs didn't come out so well, but I don't blame Peter because it's cheap carpeting at the end of its life and the family room was pretty trashed since it's the path from the garage. He spent extra time to get out as much as he could, and I know that another cleaner couldn't have done better... and most likely would have done worse. He also didn't upcharge me for the extra work. Just have reasonable expectations for what's possible if you have old carpeting and you'll be pleased. read more

Our dog had a bacterial infection and got very sick both vomit and diarrhea all over our house. We have off white carpets so you can only imagine the mess that we had. I actually called them from the veterinarians office. Peter came out within a few hours even though it was already evening when we called. He cleaned everything and it looks like brand-new today.
