I had my bedroom done by Arapahoe Carpet Care after my new dog had an accident, and they did a really good job. The owner and the other gentleman working with him were incredibly polite, explained everything they were doing in detail, and did a really, really good job. What attracted me to Arapahoe Carpet Care was the fact that they have, and can use a tool which in the industry is called a Water Claw. Basically a Water Claw attaches to the end of the return hose (suction) and can pull moisture, water, pet accidents straight from the carpet pad. Unfortunately by the time that I had my carpet done, the small urine spot had dried, but they really took their time in working on the problem area. Some companies will saturate the affected area with a water and enzyme mixture, then Water Claw all of it up, but these guys do not do that. The only thing that I would have liked is if they utilized a blacklight stain detector, or a scent detection wand. Besides that, I would absolutely recommend this company and would use them again. read more

I highly recommend Arapahoe Carpet Care. I was able able to have carpets cleaned on Monday even though I did not make the appointment until the prior Friday. Peter and his colleague arrived on time and got to work immediately. Our carpets were noticeably cleaner after they finished. I can't comment on stain removal as we had none to remove. So grateful for Peter! We had laid plastic down on our carpet due to an incontinent dog. When we pulled it up, I had a severe allergic reaction to the adhesive. When I would walk near where it had been, my lips and throat would swell. I ended up in urgent care for an injection to stop the reaction. He came out same day to clean the adhesive off the carpet.
