WORTH EVERY DOLLAR!!!! Called Arbi because my car was stolen and they broke my car door lock and key ignition cylinder. He fixed both and they look great. I couldn't get the car started because it was sitting in my garage for almost a month. Arbi offered to jump the car with jumper cables that he had to get me going. Sadly it was another issue but a trip to the mechanic fixed it. He even made me spares to the new key cylinder which might of cost me $$$ at the dealership. So he went above and beyond and was very sweet to keep me updated when I was running around without the car. He even later checked up on me to make sure I was able to get the car started. i appreciate the work and help and care he took. Call Arbi with any lock situations. It ended up being more complicated and the lock needed to be replaced but it was very reasonably priced and he finished the job in one trip . The lock works better now than it ever had . He's terrific. I wanted to replace our lock with a new digital/wifi lock. The existing door handles needed to be removed and replaced with a different style. I bought the wrong ones and was wondering how I could get new handles and the correct style quickly. Arbi took care of that. He left and went to Home Depot and came back with the perfect pair along with installing the new lock and explaining how it works. He worked with my schedule and rekeyed four locks and threw in whatever extra copies I needed. One of my keys is a Yale smart lock and he was able to redo it without making me order an extra piece or have a third party get involved. He followed all covid protocol which I appreciated and showed me how to switch out a complex lock in case I want to attempt in the future.
