Terrible experience with Arbor Floors. I paid in full left messages and emails asking when product would be delivered with no response. I finally received an email that said usually two weeks to process order. They gave me a delivery date of 3 weeks then sent a bill for $94 more which I paid immediately. I started receiving emails that moved delivery date out and to a terminal not my home. Then after the day after the last date they were to deliver to this terminal they canceled the order. They said they refunded my money over $1000, I have yet to see the refund. Even if that happens, who does that!! I called and they explained I had to get them on the phone to give them some indication I wanted it delivered. Many Emails and voice messages requesting delivery ETA were not good enough from my understanding of why they cancelled order. read more

Just got my hardwood stairs installed, yesterday. The entire process with this company was stress-free​ and the professionalism was perfect. I am happy with the results and am proud of how my condo is looking after the installation was complete. The salesman was knowledgeable, he knew the type, color, and manufacturer of the floor that needed to be matched just by looking at a picture on my phone. The installers were quick, efficient, neat and helpful. They were sensitive to my dog's fear of the loud noise and they cleaned up after every step. Company has poor install quality and do not back their work. Despite repeated requests to repair their work they refused and lost our business. Sad to be treated in such a manner but a lesson learned. Don't learn the hard way just avoid this company. read more

So happy with our new floors! Ibrahim, our salesperson/designer, was a pleasure to work with. He was so patient with us. Came out to the house with a bunch of samples. Let us keep them for a while to see how we liked them. Gave us a great deal on 1,800 square feet of wood look tile, and stacked stone fireplace. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. We recently had laminate flooring installed in our home. We had carpet and tile removed. Ibrihim was our sales person and was very helpful, answered all of our questions, let us know what was included in the price and what was not. Crispin was our main installer. He went over all of the details with me before they got started. I am extremely happy with the work that the team did. We got the flooring within our budget and the installed flooring looks awesome. I'll post some pictures. The only reason for the 4-stars and not 5-stars is that I wish that they had vacuumed more of the dust/sand created by ripping out the tile and sanding that down. Instead, they brought in huge fans and blew that out through my window blinds and onto my patio where they had just moved some of my furniture. They moved the furniture after they got started and cleaned it before they moved it back in, but I wish they had been more careful there. My parents loved the look so much, they want their floors replaced now. read more

We just had our wood floors put in and love them! We wanted wide plank high quality floors, and this is where we found the best ones. We didn't find these exact floors elsewhere, but using the most similar floors (thickness, species, etc), Arbor Floors came in at the best price. (We did find certain brands that were carried at several stores, and Arbor Floors came in lower than the others comparing the same floors) Ibrahim came out to measure and gave some great advice. Victor and his crew did an excellent job with the installation taking two days to do most of the downstairs and the stairs. We decided to move our own furniture, but I was told they do that with installation. Ibrahim also came out a couple times during the job to make sure everything was looking good. When we do the upstairs, we will go back to Arbor Floors. read more

Amazing floors, great customer service and overall enjoyable experience!!! I would definitely recommend the Arbor Floors Cedar Park store to my family and friends as well as use them again when we do the upstairs in the future. The store manager Ibrahim is a top notch salesman that I am grateful to have worked with. He is very knowledgeable on every item in his showroom and he goes above and beyond the typical sales role to make sure you receive excellent customer service from start to finish. We went to the showroom on Saturday (after extensively searching for different vendors He made several visits to our house while they were installing the floors to ensure we were in good hands and to answer any questions that I had about the process or general maintenance once the job was done. We decided on Wood Tile for our roughly 2300 sq ft downstairs that originally consisted of carpet and tile in some areas (kitchen and bathrooms). The installers first moved everything for us and were careful not to damage anything in the process. Once everything was moved, they covered areas with plastic and paper to help protect it from damage during the demo process. The demo process was really fast and they immediately started the install soon after without taking a break. They took their time and made sure it was done correctly. Once it settled, there were a few areas where the tiles adjacent to each other were slightly different levels. The crew removed the problem tiles and replaced them making it impossible to tell that there was ever a difference which I really appreciated. The entire process started on a Saturday with measurements on Monday due to my schedule. Within a week the installation crew showed up with the tile and a week later they were completely done! We now have an amazing new floor that we absolutely love. It has completely changed the way our house looked and I am sure it increased the overall value of our house if we do end up selling it in the future. Thank you Ibrahim and Arbor Floors Cedar Park for the wonderful floors!!!! Side Suggestion: For anyone in the market for a large wood tile job, I would definitely recommend replacing the baseboards at the same time. Well as I said. I already paid in full so there is nothing that can be done at this point other than sharing my experience so that others are informed before they hire the company and know what to check for before the floor is completely finished. I don't want to rip my entire floor up and start from scratch but every time I have a chair leg get stuck in the side of the tile piece, I am reminded of the issue so I decided to share. Arbor Floors Cedar Park location provided top of the line service!!! We replaced our carpet stairs, study and game room with beautiful wood floors. I can't say enough for the excellent service Ibrahim provided in getting all this done just before Christmas. It took him less than a week to get it ordered, scheduled and installed in one day. Would have given this more stars as we got multiple bids and this one was the best by $100-$200 and Ibrahim was decent, the installers were good. However, Arbor had a miscommunication (or no communication?) with the 'warehouse' or distributor of wherever they were getting our flooring from (we had the sales appointment 3 weeks prior to the install appointment so plenty of time to order and make sure you receive the materials to do the job). On the day of the install, they called at the time they were supposed to be there to let us know they did not actually get in the materials and that it "hopefully" would be coming on a truck the following day. I was very upset as my husband had already arranged to be off work at the arranged time for the installation (can't leave the install people at the house alone with dogs as they installers are going in and out of the front door). I ended up having to take another day off of work because the job got pushed forward a day. If we had known that the materials weren't going to come in on time we might have even gone back in to choose different tile that we could be guaranteed would be available on the agreed install date. Stuff happens though - when i called Arbor floors and let them know about my frustration, Gwen was rudely apologetic and after expressing my frustration basically told me i could get a refund less 35% restocking fee (haha! at this point we had paid %50 of the job up front) and take my business elsewhere. She eventually let me talk to her "boss" (which might be Ibrahim for all i know, they sound the same) and he was a lot nicer. They both acted like giving me $75 off the job was doing me this huge favor (the job was $3500 in total, and btw I missed work for an extra unplanned day - more than the 2 my husband had already arranged to take off, and i missed out on more than $75 in wages, just saying. And how as a business do I hire you, have a contract with YOU (not the distributor of the tile and not the installers) have something get messed up in YOUR processes (or with parts of your business you contract out such as the materials and installation) and instead of holding yourself accountable as the face of the whole operation you try to make it my problem?) And act like i was expecting too much. Overall, The floors look good, the installers were professional and efficient once they were there and started the job. read more

Unfortunately i had to have this company come back to my house. They give a 12 month warranty and i had to call them. My bathroom floor had never creaked in the ten years i was here and after they finished it creaked badly. I called and arranged a day for them to come out. The contractor was late(and mysteriously appeared after i called and complained) he then told me he didn't have any grout to fix the tiles so i had to supply it. he then informed me the only real way to fix it was a complete re install which i realize is covered under warranty but since it never creaked before i found this very hard to swallow, so again they were nonprofessional unprepared and over promised and under delivered please NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY for your own sake!. read more

We were looking to replace some carpet with wood flooring and an upgraded carpet in the secondary bedrooms. Started checking around and asking for recommendations. Long story short, we decided on Arbor Floors in Cedar Park. Ibrahim (owner) was by far the most willing to work with us and gave us the best price by far for superior quality products. Within two days we received a phone call from their home office scheduling installation that week. I'm a believer that the product is no better than the installation. The installation crews were fantastic. Extremely hard working - took no breaks - and finished each installation in a day (this included moving very heavy furniture). Being a woodworker, I'm very particular about my cuts fitting correctly and they did an excellent job on all, including filling in nail holes and sealing end cuts. I had to do nothing. We were so impressed with the quality and service provided by Arbor Floors/Ibrahim that we decided to have them install porcelain tile on the front entry and patio. Next day installation. Again, great prices and quality from Ibrahim. Needless to say we are very satisfied. If you are in the need of some flooring, save yourself some time and go see Ibrahim at Cedar Park Arbor Floors. I had my 3 bedrooms, hallway, and huge living room and dining areas done with laminated wood . It was raining hard that day and I thought they will not show up but rather cam at 10am then finished the job at 7pmish..They did an excellent job. There were 4 of them working and moved all our furnitures out to the garage. Ibrahim is kinda' pushy and persistent. I understand that is his job. he's a good salesman and kind person to deal with. We needed new floors for the whole house (2000 sq ft), we were delaying the decision because it was going to be expensive to tear up the existing ceramic tile. We walked into Arbor Floors and met Ibrahim and we were no longer anxious about what to choose or what it would cost. Ibrahim is very knowledgeable about the flooring products we were interested in and with the Memorial Day sale, he wrote us a proposal for the whole house that was within out budget. He guaranteed that we would be satisfied with the results and we are! We loooooove our new LVP flooring throughout the house and it cost us far less than the local competition, including big box stores. Ibrahim was extremely helpful and involved. He followed up with us several times to make sure things were happening according to our schedule and expectations. He is respectful, professional, personable and knowledgeable: an excellent sales manager. On installation day, the installers knew exactly what they were doing and got the whole house of flooring installed in two reasonable days. They didn't show up to install, I called at 11:15 and made excuses a installer didn't show but on their way. Every hour i was told one more hour. The salesman wouldn't even help me after my 2nd call and expected me to hash out the install issues with his delivery guys rather than handling it for me. At 4 pm they finally showed up and expected to start a 4-6 hour install. I told the salesman they either give me a $500 discount, or just replace the one room with the baby only before bedtime or cancel the whole job. He put the "owner" on the phone who made no apologies and just told me no because I signed a contract. Didn't care about my inconvenience and wanted me to hold up my end regardless if they didn't do their end. I called the credit company hours financed it through hours later to make sure they didn't try billing me but learned they already had submitted their bill days earlier. I disputed as fraud to credit company and explained the whole thing. Just really unprofessional. No concern for customer service. Employees aren't even reliable for a reason I am sure. read more
