These guys are the absolute best. They were in my neighborhood and happened to ask if i had anything that needed to be trimmed or cut down. I did in fact have a large brush pile and a dead tree that needed to come down. A few hrs later my brush pile is gone and the tree is down. Said they would delivery wood chips the next day. They didn't show up answer texts or calls and don't let us know they weren't coming. The next day called and reached and then said if we still wanted them they could deliver a different type the next day. Again waited and they didn't show up, and again no calls or texts saying they weren't dropping them off. Made arrangements from another company to get wood chips as this was the second time there was a no show without any contact. Then 4 days later we woke up to a large pile of wood chips blocking our garbage cans, on top of our basketball ball hoop and blocking in our camper and half the driveway behind our car. Called them and his time they answered and said they wouldn't pick up the pile. It was pretty bad customer experience. All around. read more

I had the most amazing experience with Lee and his team at Arbor Now! They removed some trees, trimmed my arborvitae and trees along the sidewalk, and trimmed all the bushes and plants in my yard. They also finished all the stump grinding so i will be able to plant new plants ASAP. The work took about a day and a half, they left my yard looking so clean, and they were so friendly! Hired Lee to remove a large oak tree 10 feet from or house. The tree was 48" at the base. His crew did an excellent job removing the tree. Our yard was cleaner after he left than before he showed up. Thorough and affordable professionalism with heart is how my family would describe Lee and his team. In April we had a significant wind storm take down our very healthy 100 plus year old Douglas fir in front of our home. The over 10 story tree blocked the front of house and took down the power line and cable. It also removed a significant amount of support for a 9 story tall Douglas fir next to it that then began to lean towards our house, making it unsafe for us to stay there. Due to the number of other trees down in the area and complexity of both the down tree and leaning tree, we had difficulty identifying companies that would return our calls. The lead times and pricing for the ones that did were very difficult to accept, with some seeming to be trying to take advantage of our situation. Arbor Now regularly services my neighbor's trees and they came to assist him with his windstorm damage. From the beginning, Lee discussed with us what could be involved with the work we needed to have done, with options on approaches and time to stagger the costs if needed. His pricing was more than reasonable and he was able to adjust his crews to assist us. He did not hesitate to answer any of our questions in detail when we requested it. He quickly understood our concerns and neither he nor any member of his crew were ever short or condescending with our inquiries. My "with heart" comment comes from his concern for my family. He was able to obtain another worker in order to take down the leaning tree so that my family could return home for the Easter holiday. It would have been understandable that they could only progress the work so far before the holiday weekend and return after the weekend. But instead they made every effort to make is so we were safe in our home that Friday evening, all with very affordable and upfront pricing.
