Being that, he only has a tolerance for certain places. Not fun at some points, but not horrible either. We showed up around lunchtime and it wasn't all that busy. We were able to place our order and find a seat fairly quickly. While our food was being prepared we got our drinks, napkins, and ketchup. After settling into our seats I ended up having to get back up because that's when our food was ready. The staff working that day were very busy and running around to complete orders and make sure that they restaurants was running smoothly. They kept apologizing for how slow the service was, spoiler alert, the service wasn't slow and it was nearly impeccable. They were short staffed, only three of them working and they worked as a team. They kept churning out the orders to make sure that the wait wasn't long and tag teamed the counter and drive thru at the same time. I commend you all that were working that day, you held it together. As for the food. I found it to be what I have come to expect from the chain. My Dad, however, raved for the remainder of the day, days to come, as well as weeks. He gushed over that it was the best burger he has had in a long time. I just had to roll my eyes a bit. Not everyone has tastebuds like my Dad. In this area, if you want a decently quick, on par meal, this could be your best choice. In the sea of choices for fast food chains, this is about the closest to the highway exit if you don't want to go far.

It has been disappointing the last several years at every Chick-fil-A I visit that you always have to eat it with warm salad dressing. Not here! They had cold salad dressing and it was wonderful! The beef was very tender and the bread was light and airy, not heavy or dense. I'm not usually into peppers but these peppers ate made in house by the shop owner and were outstanding. We also had the French fries, which were also excellent. They were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of salt. The shop is not very large and has about a half dozen tables or so for eating in. Each table sits about 4 people. The store is well lit and very clean. There are clean restrooms for your convenience. We enjoyed the food so much, we went back a week later. I had the fried chicken sandwich. The chicken was crispy, moist and tender. The owner is proud of his business and he should be. He told us he's been in business almost forty years It appears that he has a loyal following with the local residents. Many of the customers addressed him by his name. We will definitely be going back. We highly recommend this sandwich shop.
