Terrible sandwich. Ordered a double roast, got something from hell. Was loaded with cheese whiz, when it was ordered without. Bread was soggy and the slimy roast beef slid off the side. Ordered a Beef Gyro from Drive thru. For fast food this Gyro was fresh and the tzatziki sauce was tasty. It was still warm when I got home. They also offer lamb. I would order this again. Staff were nice. All said the gyro is worth it a tip to Arby's. Nice fast food Option Arby's is stepping up. read more

My local Arby's. After seeing how they made their curly fries online I was hankering for those crispy twisted darlings with their special spice blend and bouncy crunchyness. I headed to Arby's for the #1 combo. Beef and cheddar with magic curly fries. It did not disappoint! Mixed the Arby's sauce with the horsey sauce and boom! I was in heaven. The sandwich was made fresh, hot and topped with ooey gooey cheese beside the curly fries paired with a diet Dr. Pepper - my friday lunch was sublime. This Arby's can get pretty busy and is a popular spot for the National Guard, Construction workers, and State Employees (who get at 10% discount with their badge). This day was no exception, they were slammed and staff were hustling but the line went quick and despite the chaos staff were friendly, polite, and ran like a well oiled machine. The sauce area was clean and stocked, inside is a tad dated but clean and bright lots of natural sun beaming in. The restrooms were gender specific, clean, and stocked. It was a great meal, good prices, free refills. I'll continue to dine here. And yes, the parking lot is a bit tricky, be careful not to end up in the drive thru lane! read more

This Arby's seems to have problems when it comes to hot tea. I was told one day they didn't have hot tea. I knew they did because I had hot tea here previously. (It wasn't that they didn't have hot tea that day, they claimed they didn't carry it period). Today "took the cake." I ordered hot tea, when my husband picked up our order there was an empty "hot" cup (made for hot drinks). They told my husband to get the hot tea in 1 of 2 containers, 1 labeled sweeten tea and 1 labeled non-sweeten tea. My husband worked in food service for 30+ yrs. He told the attendant that neither was hot. I said "ask for a manager" and that person came with hot water and a tea bag. All I want is black hot tea, nothing fancy. If you could give zero stars I would. One of the worse fast food experiences of my life. From the start of the order the girl spoke over me and then instead of saying they didn't have a crispy chicken for my sandwich she said you must be talking about number 13. After a bunch of conversation I realized NO I was right. I wanted the 11! There are more details which would make you say "WTF" but I will spare them here and say go to Wendy's. They put spicy chicken on any of their chicken sandwiches. Anyway the pictures below is what I ultimately got. The wrong sandwich and is was a poorly thrown together number 13! I've always been a beef n cheddar guy with curly fries but today, I stepped out of my comfort zone and took a risk that the Corned Beef Reuben might taste like a real Reuben! Well I must say that Arbys has actually performed nicely on this Market Fresh sandwich! The Arbys Reuben far exceeds my expectations!!! Was eating here. Ordered a chicken bacon and Swiss. Took a bite of the sandwich and there was no meat. I went up and told them they didn't give me my chicken patty. Instead of making a nice fresh one they slapped the chicken patty on my bitten bread and didn't bother to assemble it back together. Totally not happy. I will no longer be returning. We like this Arby's very much. It's clean and the staff is always pleasant. We especially recommend their Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich. Outstanding! I wish I could give this review no stars..by far the worst Arby's that I have been to. Messed up my order 3 times after telling them they messed it up. My family and I ordered beef and cheddar meals but we got regular roast beef sandwiches and 3 fish sandwiches that we didn't order. Ordered a chicken sandwich and never received that. If c*nt had a voice, it would be almost as bad as this one. Needs to wash hands of use gloves before handling. I ordered onion rings twice before n different months and they handled cash cleaner the counter and swept then put my onion rings in fryer without washing hands of gloves went for refund didn't even question why the manager who had did this was my reaction as she did it and already knew why. The managers here treat their employees like crap! There's nothing I hate more than going to a place to eat, and having to listen to mangers yelling at their employees for stupid stuff! The guy that took care of me at the front register did everything right, and it was the managers that prepared my food for me, and they got everything wrong!
