This is a relatively new Arby's location and it has that typical new feel. It also is exactly like all the other Arby's which is one of the main drawing points of chain restaurants in general, consistency. The food itself is good, having their 2 for 7 special. Will not be returning to this Arby's. The size of the Reuben sandwich was ridiculously small compared with the same sandwich at my normal Arby's in Bothell. Very disappointing. The proportions were very different with far too much sauce and less than half the meat. One of my favorite fast food restaurants. When I was a student I used to work at an Arby's before (No not this location). It was over a decade ago. So came here with my family and we ordered 4 drinks and 4 roast beef sandwiches. I love their real roast beef sandwiches. Made with real Roasted whole beef in store. Drinks can be refilled outside. They have a pretty good selection of soft drinks too. Yes they also have unsweetened ice tea. Real brewed ice tea with lemon on the side for you to add in. Also they have quite a good selection of condiments to add on your sandwich. The restaurant is very clean. The restroom is not bad either. I love coming here. Not to mention they have very good service. I forgot to ring the bell for excellent service on my way out. Oh well next time. This will be my new spot to eat when coming to the states. read more

The last 2 times I've tried to go here within the last week and a half, they were out of roast beef. Seriously Arbys if you want to stay in business you should make sure you have the main food item available for the customers. They are also consistently out of other items, chicken strips or curley fries and most times after 8 pm their milkshake machine is "down". Also, if you're going to post closing time at 10 pm you shouldn't be closed by 9:15 p.m. Why don't you just close at 8 since your employees are obviously cleaning up already and not willing to slice more roast beef or make milkshakes after 8 p.m. It's over priced too. Listen--as a vegetarian, Arby's really isn't my usual kind of place. However, the warm, homey atmosphere of this restaurant makes it such a nice place to chat. I really like Arby's, but this particular location leaves much to be desired. The tables were dirty, I could smell the restroom outside of the restroom and orders took forever. The fryer oil needed to be changed- I could taste it. The spouts on the drink machine were moldy- I could taste that too. On the upside, I saw the kindness of another human at this place-- a gentleman brought a homeless fella in and ate dinner with him. You could have acknowledged us when we came in, a worker was supposed to take our order, however, you guys got busy with the drive thru orders. I really don't expect much from fast food restaurants; however, I do expect them to have the items that they advertise in their windows and on their menu. What a disaster! We have been regular customers here for sometime. We decided to stop after a day of shopping in Bellingham. What a shock from previous experience. The counter person ( cashier ?) Was asleep on the counter. I am not kidding. The place filthy. Stuff all over the floor and tables were not bused. No napkins in the napkins dispensers, and the drink dispensers had not been refilled either. We bought the French dip sandwiches and tried to find a clean table to sit down on. None was available. We pushed some food detrious aside and sat. We ate as fast as possible and left. I wanted to use the bathroom but decided to use Walmarts. The time was 4:27 PM. So plenty of time to refill and clean up after the lunch crowd. Will I go back? Probably not. Will I tell my friends about this experience - you bet. read more

Not sure what's happened here over the past month, but the service has become dismal--particularly in the drive-through. Took me 15 minutes on a quiet weeknight to get through the drive-through, with 1 car ahead of me. I said something about the wait, and the order person just smiled and shrugged it off. I stopped in a couple days ago for the Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich, and both mine and my wife's only had a small patch of sandwich with filling. My wife's was 3/4 bread-- and if you put the chicken salad from both sandwiches into 1, you'd of just barely made a sandwich remotely resembling the ad pictures. DISASTER CITY!! read more

My friend and I stopped in for lunch and the entire crew is talking about sex and unicorns and parties. There's an older couple in here that is completely uncomfortable . The manager is on his cell phone standing at the front counter, while the other employees lean against the counter . The manager also has his Starbucks drink on the front counter. What a horrible experience. The food was good but the place was filthy, filthy, filthy. The grimy floors were nasty, throughout the restaurant they were covered with dirt, soda and goo (?). The seats and tables were unwashed and looked like a picture out of an impoverished 3rd world country. But oh my, it got worse. I went into the men's restroom. So disappointing and disgusting. My partner and I stopped at the drive through, on our way back to canada, thinking it would be a better and more enjoyable late night choice than mcdonalds. Will not make that mistake again. Our burgers were so bad we could not eat them. They were both squished flat, his tasted like the bun was mouldy, and mine was not much better, the fries tasted like they had been cooked in oil that was years old, the only edible part of the meal was the soda. Of corse when you get a bad meal you are all ways miles down the road before you start to eat it, and that is almost as frustrating as the bad meal, as there is no returning it. Usually go to the Mt. Vernon Arby's which is great. This Arby's was awful. Went inside and literally waited fifteen minutes with 7 people working and no one would take my order. We stopped here on our way back from Canada. The service was fast and good, the food was just as good. The only thing that was wrong was the seating area was a bit messy and the condiment cups you put sauce in were really small and that felt like a sneaky was to try and save more sauce. But overall it's a great place to swing by and get some burgers and curly fries. read more

I feel like when people do a good job, they should be recognized for it. I have been to this Arby's several times in the last year. I have always been very pleased with the service and the food. The service is always very good and the food is always hot and fresh. Of all the places I've gone to eat in this town, this place has by far the best customer service.
