We arrived about 30 minutes prior to closing and the line was wrapping down the sidewalk. Surprisingly the service was quick - even with the long line we only waited about 10 minutes for our food. The staff was extremely helpful with their menu since we were newbies. The food is prepared fresh. The chicken was hot, juicy and flavorful. The chicken strips are HUGE. We actually could've shared one meal. Beware: even the lowest "hot" level is still pretty spicy. So if you're sensitive go with "0" heat. And don't pass up the frozen lemonade! Price is pretty reasonable. I think we paid around $20 for two combos (chicken, fries and drink). We've been back more than once after our first visit. We are customers for life!

The signature Chuck's sauce that came with the meal tasted like a combination of barbecue sauce and honey mustard. It was actually pretty good and surprised me. I was a little disappointed that they don't offer regular honey mustard or barbecue sauce as separate dipping sauce options. I also ordered honey as a dipping sauce for both meals, but I only received one small packet of honey for all eight chicken tenders. One packet simply isn't enough for that much chicken. This location is next to Cecil Whittaker's, and both restaurants share the same front counter employee, although each has its own pickup window. There is no indoor seating, so this location is pickup and delivery only. Overall, I really enjoyed the chicken and would definitely order it again. Next time, though, I'll double-check that I receive enough honey and that a "no spice" order truly comes with no spice.

For dinner I had the whiskey salmon with green beans and roasted Brussels sprouts. The salmon was the highlight: a substantial fillet with a great grilled exterior and a glossy whiskey glaze that gave it a sweet, savory richness while still allowing the salmon itself to come through. The Brussels sprouts were an especially good pairing with the glaze, and the green beans kept the plate balanced. What impressed me most was that this didn't feel like the obligatory salmon option on a meat-focused restaurant's menu. It felt like a dish worth ordering in its own right. We were heading to a movie afterward, so I also appreciated that the meal was satisfying without leaving me feeling weighed down. Between the quality of the food and the unusual farm-to-market concept, Pierce Creek feels like a genuinely distinctive local spot rather than another interchangeable restaurant.
