This is my first time going to jersey mike at this location. The sub that i got is similar to all the other jersey mike subs that i had tried. There is sufficient amount of meats. It was busy when me and a friend went here. So the wait was about 15-20 minutes long. There were plenty of tables to sit at and there were plenty of parking.

Who doesn't love a sandwich?! They serve cold and hot sandwiches so take your pick. Location was clean and staff were friendly. The open parking lot is shared with the strip mall it's located in. I got the chicken bacon ranch with no bacon. It was decent. I thought it was going to have lettuce n tomato but I didn't have any tomato unfortunately. I do think I will visit again.

This is the first time I've had such a crap experience here but for how much I spent, I won't be back after this. The girl working told my husband I did not order a fountain drink with my sandwich (she was incorrect), then I ordered a giant chicken cheesesteak with onions and peppers on the side (pictures to show how little meat and toppings I was given). My husband's Chicken bacon ranch was fine but my sandwich and lack of drink which cost a few dollars by itself is not okay.

Decided to try Jersey Mike's for something different. I was really surprised at how they cut your cold cuts and cheese steaks fresh to order. Yes they are a bit pricey but overall still delicious. I got a Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and the hubby got a Mike's famous Philly. The service was some what slow considering they were making fresh . I will be back , I have to try they're cold cut sandwich next.

So super happy to see a location in North County, it took long enough! My luv for JM started in the Las Vegas Airport when I ordered a sandwich waiting on my plane. Then a location opened in West County and I'd occasionally make a drive out. I arrived here a little before 8p and the line was to the door. So busy that they ran out of bread! We were given 3 options, wait 10 min for bread, get order as a wrap, or take a coupon for a discount and come another day. I opted to wait. Design of store, friendliness of staff and freshness and correctness of my order is the reason for the 5. Giant Club Sub, Mike's Way - Dry. I'll certainly become a regular here. Many subs to try!

TERRIBLE, & SCARY I was on the phone talking to a friend explaining to them I did a online order and it wasn't ready and hadn't been started (I wasn't loud or talking to anyone at the store) He stopped cutting meat walked to the pick up counter and said in a threatening tone and manner you can leave if your going to cause a scene & waived my ticket in my face and said your order DOSENT have to be ready until 12. I responded ""I'm on the phone and I'm not talking to you & your causing the scene" I said you need to learn customer service skills. He continued to talk to me in a aggressive tone and manner & told me he is the manager. He was very disrespectful & argumentative. This is the WORST Jersey Mikes in STL. I have been eating at Jersey Mikes since the first location opened in STL on Watson. I have always had great experiences until visiting this location. He kept yelling he is the manager you can leave and saying disrespectful things. I told him I would be making a complaint to the owner of the store and franchise his response I don't care and you can leave. He embarrassed me & disrespected me. The staff at this location are not friendly consistently and now this is their manager I WILL NEVER go to this location and I'm telling EVERY ONE I KNOW about this experience

New location. They have both cold and hot subs. I recommend getting a cold sub "Mike's Way". Otherwise, if you like hit subs, you could get a Philly Cheesesteak sub. All are very good. If your pressed for time, you can always order ahead through the app. The app will earn you free subs, including a free one on your birthday. However, since this is a new location, the employees are still training. I ordered through the app and the turn around time was 26 minutes. App orders are supposed to be ready in 15 mins. I'm sure that will get better though. Again this is a very new restaurant. If you haven't had Jersey Mike's and like a meaty sub, I'd check it out.

Finding a good spot for sandwiches is hard especially since my husband is a former "sandwich…read moreartist" from his college days, lol. But after an intense Costco trip, we were wanting a hearty sandwich. They are located in a strip mall, where they are many other busy businesses so parking can be a little tough. But going in, they were packed! Tip to tail, it was just people trying to get their food. And, that was us waiting a while to come in to pick up our goods. So, absolutely order ahead because it will make it somewhat easier. We ordered: The JD Cold Shoulder - cold cuts on a garlic roll with chipotle ranch. My husband loved his, and glad he ordered it with the garlic roll. Joe's Spicy Italian - this was spicy and sweet, and it really hits when you love a good spicy italian sandwich. You can choose your bread, and I opted for mine to be on a French roll. Great sandwiches, long wait, but just really good and worth the wait!

I would highly recommend stopping by before or after the lunch rush. Their sandwiches are very large with lots of fresh ingredients and they have your standard sandwiches along with their own specialties. They have gone "viral"locally for their amazing flavor combinations and while I'm not a "sandwich person," I really do like theirs. I wonder how many more times I can say sandwiches in this review? LOL! Have I eaten the best sandwich I've ever had here? No. But they are still solid. Service is friendly and there's a lot of seating because most people take their sandwiches to go.

I had to visit Blues City as I heard they have great Po Boys...and they do. I am used to having oysters or shrimp on a Po Boy. Not here. They are basically served with many versions of meat. I had the Benton Park Po Boy and it was incredible. The sandwich has ham, roast beef, turkey, provel, and is dressed with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, pepperoncini, sweet red pepper sauce on french bread. My wife, being vegetarian had the Panino Fresco. It included mozzarella, provolone, dressed with homemade olive salad, tomato, onion & Italian vinegar oil on an Italian roll. This was the first time in 26 years that she finished the entire sandwich. I had a bite of hers, and it is easy to see why she she finished it. So good. I even bought a memorable t-shirt as I loved Blues City Deli. The female counter person was so friendly. She even wrote down three other restaurants to try while we were visiting St Louis. Blues City Deli is a can't miss place and if we are back in St. Louis...we will be back.

First, I love that this is a locally family owned and run Busines. We tried the Zach and the Meatball sandwich. The Zach was packed with turkey, cheese and pesto. One Saturday I took my kids to Kirkwood park and decided to stop in at Vitale's on the way home. I'm so glad that I did! The shop isn't anything fancy, there is a counter inside and then a handful of tables outside. It is primarily a to go joint which is pretty standard for delis. It gives off the vibe that you should just stroll up from the neighborhood and grab something to eat, chat for a while with other locals, and then head home. It has a nice, no frills vibe that I really enjoyed. The sandwiches are pretty typical for an Italian Deli with most of them featuring variations of lunchmeat. I'm always a sucker for meatball sandwiches though so that is what I got with a side of chips. It was outstanding. The meatballs were GIANT and they were the right texture. It was large enough that I had to split it across two meals. The owner was really nice when I was inside and talked to both of my kids. My kids were so well behaved they convinced me to buy them a cannoli on the way out the door. Over this shop fills its niche well, the shop was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was good. I'll be stopping back in again in the near future.
