My husband and I decided to stop for a quick lunch and sat in the restaurant's dining room. The young woman who took our order, and the woman who I believe to have been the manager, were both very kind and professional. We placed our order, got our drink at the self-service drink station, and found a table near the window where I could feel the warmth of the sun on my neck. Y'all know how this weather has been! I have to soak up the sun when and where I can! The dining room was clean and well-maintained, but the lady's restroom could have used a once over. I'm not sure how often they check it, but I was a little grossed out. Let's just say that someone had a bit of an accident in there and didn't clean up after themselves. I can't really blame the employees for that. We weren't sure if the order would be brought to our table or if we should wait at the counter, so after setting our things down, my husband went back up the counter and was met with a bit of rudeness from a third employee. He met her attitude with a smile and a shrug, letting her know that he was just there to retrieve our order to which she responded that it wasn't ready yet and that they'd call our name when it was. Touchy, touchy! We were having a great day, so we didn't allow that to bother us. Once the food was ready, our order was accurate, hot and fresh. We enjoyed our meals and rang the bell upon our exit. The food is better than some other fast food restaurants, and service was fast (it was after lunch so there wasn't a line), but it is ridiculously expensive. We did a drive through. A crispy chicken sandwich, a beefsteak sandwich, and an orange shake added up to $21. We did not get any sides. We will not choose them frequently due to the cost. read more

Normal Arby's. Not super fast but not excessively slow either. I will never understand why Arby's is so expensive though! The curly fries are yummy and the roast beef is good, but it's not like it's prime grade A high end roast beef that you would find at a swanky restaurant. So, I mostly stay away from fast food but was looking for a fast fish sandwich. Arby's has been promoting a 2 for $6 recently and I decided to give it a try. What a nice surprise, fish shaped like fish and the portion was bigger than the bun. It was also hot, filling, and tasty. I would definitely get it again. read more

Arby's has always been a "better than most" fast food experience for me and the Brownsburg location was no exception. The teenager behind the counter was friendly, speedy and handled two customer complaints like a pro. One thing that I notice at Arby's is a manager in the middle of it all calling out orders, helping with customer complaints and checking the sitch in the dining area ever so often. My food was good and looked like the pictures. The curly fries were a tad dry and I could tell I'd gotten one of the last scoops before they dump a fresh batch in (that's just what side of luck I live on sometimes). Just wanted to say stopped on Friday Dec 3 at 5 o'clock. The food they gave me was so old and dry and nasty. ARBYS WAS ALWAYS KNOWN FOR ROAST BEEF. I don't eat fast food but once in a blue moon my boyfriend and I will get something. So we stopped at Arby's drive thru after bowling and Teddy took out order. Out of all the times I've been through a drive thru I've never had someone so nice and energetic. He was so funny and nice! This young man made our night at Arby's worth it! read more

I didn't want to write this review. I wanted the service recovery to be exemplary like olden times. But alas, the Brownsburg Arby's has turned into a typical low IQ fast food craptacular ithole-shay. No one knows the menu. The value is no longer there. Food is overpriced for the portion sizes and nothing is consistent. They have even cheapened the signature roast beef sandwich by shrinking it and charging more a larger sandwich that is actually the old regular one. But the worst part is the service after the sale. I asked for a specific sandwich, with instructions. This sandwich was just on the menu just a couple weeks ago. I received a sandwich that was not even close. The kids meal came with a stupidly small sandwich with a nasty "cheese-like" substance. It was disgusting. How about a heads up that the kids menu had changed? I obviously asked for a roast beef kid's meal. How about a question like, do you want our nasty gooey cheese like substance on it? Plenty of opportunities to make the order right. But today, the kids are only interested in faster. Faster is not necessary better! In addition, there are so many ridiculous items on the menu, that the teeny tiny font is unreadable. The last stunning event was when I drove all the way back to the restaurant with uneaten food, the manager gave me a shitty attitude and treated me like I was the one who screwed up. Never really asked me what I wanted, or wanted to understand how to make it right, just handed money without a word. I didn't want money, I wanted what I ordered, but if she didn't care about my experience, why would her staff. Never again. McDonald's across the street surpasses this Arby's in every way. I've been meaning to write a review for this particular Arby's for quite some time. I'm not sure what changed there, but several months ago we noticed that their staff was cheerful, helpful, and all the way around awesome. This didn't used to be the case so I feel bad for waiting so long to say Kudos. Most of the time, our fries and such are made fresh so we have to wait (drive through order), but it's totally worth it to have fresh fries :) read more

Service is slow, employees are rude and you never see a manager working. My food tasted old and cold and my shake was watery. Never again!

New to brownsburg from Avon. So far everything has been much better in brownsburg. Until I came here. For one the place was a thousand degrees poor people working in there had to be dying. I ordered a classic combo. Food was ready quickly. Fries luke warm. The woman who handed me my food, which was a manager, asked if I needed any sauce I said honey mustard and Arby's. She put one Arby's sauce in the bag. I think it's pretty much common practice to give at least two, especially of your house brand sauce that costs you a penny to make... this isn't even the worst part. I went inside bc the drive thru was slammed. They did a good job getting the cars out of the line fast. The girl who was working the window asked if she could use the restroom and the manager snapped at her IF YOU GO QUICKLY YEAH. Wtf???? Ordered salad through drive through today. The service was great and the girl working drive thru was friendly but when I got home with the salad it was not very appealing. Just a blah salad. This location is absolutely the worst when it comes to cheating their drive-thru times. They have every car pull up and park after they've paid... many times it only takes 30 seconds to get your food after you've pulled up. read more
