This play is a horrible waste of time and money borderline scamming. They made me the wrong sandwich, the one I ordered was a number 14 bootlegger and they gave me pickles cheese and bacon on bread. When I tried called them, they refused to refund it and also wanted me to pay another 20 dollars to remake it. Terrible service I will never go here again. read more

I like Jimmy Johns.hut haven't been in a while since going vegetarian. Glad I stopped in. There's just something about that Jimmy John's bread that makes it so delicious. I got the veggie su. Went in the store tonight for a sandwich. My daughter is in labor and was craving one of their sandwiches for after delivery. They crew happily made the sandwich specially like she wanted it and wished her well. No charge for the sandwich. They were so nice and friendly. Great service. What a special crew to take care of this grandma that was in a slight frenzy. read more

Sandwich's are always delicious whichever location you purchase from. Fresh, and tasty. Amount of meat on sandwich is satisfying. Always a great selection no matter which sandwich you choose. However, this location must have had some delivery issues yesterday because it was not "freaky fast" as I am accustom to from other locations so I would definitely look into this issue with this location. Took over 30 minutes for our sandwich's to be delivered and that was after a phone call to the store. read more

I'm sorry to have to give such a low review but this restaurant can definitely improve. Today there was no French bread for sandwich orders. It's a sandwich shop, why no French bread?!! We chose the wheat bread today but we fully expect the French bread when we go to any Jimmy Johns. The restaurant had dirty tables and floors. The women's bathroom had no tissue and garbage cans were overflowing. I think the manager could do better in keeping the restaurant clean and supplied with the essentials. read more

My office has ordered from this store in the past. We're "out of their delivery range" as we watch them deliver a few doors down to the elementary school. So we go in to pick up our food and it never seems to be ready in time. We have short lunches and limited time. By the time the food is brought back to us, the orders are wrong. They won't help us out and bring us what's forgotten or wrong so we either go back or go without. Attitudes are given to us when we call about them correcting the problem. We've pretty much given up on ordering from there. I'll give it a two only because they've gotten my order right when it's been delivered to my home address. Bad experience today. Paid 0.50 to try the new ranch on my sandwich in place of mayo. Sandwich had neither on it. Every soda was flat. Workers were rude. Didn't get my receipt. Didn't get a bag. Didn't get napkins. Straws were too short for the cups they gave us. Bad. read more

Working in a health care facility we rarely get to stop and eat, much less go out and grab food, so delivery is our best means of getting any food from outside. Three of us ordered from JJ tonight, which arrived late, but we were notified by text that was happening. My tuna on wheat arrived with a tablespoon size mass of tuna in the middle of two pieces of hard bread, one was the end piece and the other was a thinly sliced soggy mashed piece; the sandwich appeared to be made by someone very angry at the scattered lettuce and less than pleased with the sandwich as a whole. My coworker's giant slim turkey arrived on a long piece of really hard white bread that wasn't even sliced in half, and looked as though it's ride was a little rough. Well sandwich number three won't make it to the first star either, just found out it also was really hard white bread(her comment being JJ bread is always hard) and only a small mound of tuna in the middle of her sandwich with scattered veggies looking for a party. Needless to say we all were very dis-appointed but too hungry to stop eating what we could salvage. My solution would be, please have a little pride in what you send out to strangers. That was a costly sandwich for a sore mouth and lost customers. read more

Jimmy John's does have a great thing going for them. They do make a great sub, no matter what you order, in 5 mins or less. I'll have to say that it cant exactly be rocket science to slap meat, cheese, and vegetables on a roll but, like a snap from center to QB, your sandwich is in your hands. Now if they could just figure out how to have the same speed in making a hot sandwich I would be completely sold. You'll know when that day comes because Jimmy John's will rule the world (of fast food, anyway). Dont forget to check out the walls in their stores, they always have some pretty funny signs that give me a laugh. read more

I have adored JJs long before I was an employee there and I can say one thing for us- the sandwiches are amazing, the bread is always fresh baked, and the meat and veggies are ALWAYS sliced fresh and aren't from a factory like Subway's. I just love everything about Jimmy John's. read more

Came in to eat a quick bite before my next meeting. Music was so loud when I called my boss she thought I was at a bar.

Great food and awesome service. Just wish they would turn the music down. It's always loud so I suggest carry out.

Not impressed. Ordered #5. Subway has a better sandwich. When my change was given, instead of a thank you, he said " here you go." Won't be back. Repeat business requires a thank you. Good sub but the restrooms were not up to par with other Jj's I've visited. There was urine on the floor and no paper towels to dry my hands with. They were not busy and there were four employees in the kitchen area just holding up the counters with their butts so really no excuse. read more
