The employees need some serious customer service training. Person at the drive through doesn't seem to comprehend what people are saying. The food was cold, must just be sitting there. The burger just tasted like pepper. I ordered a shake. I could not drink it. The paper straw turned to mush before I could get anything through the straw. $16 in the trash can!! read more

This place is awful, not sure if training was unavailable by arbys or they didnt do much of it. My order was completely wrong, the sode was flat and the drivethru person seemed lost. Get your act together , if you dont i suggest taking Arbys off the building as you dont deserve to disgrace that franchise. read more

I was happy to see an Arby's near me so I went to try it out. I ordered at the drive thru and after literally every item I ordered the girl taking the order would say "is that it"? I know customer service is atrocious nowadays but if you're going to rush me out (remember the customer pays for YOUR ridiculous wage), then don't worry, I won't be back. They always get your order wrong but if the employee inputs the wrong item after repeating yourself twice- you can't have your order corrected even if it's something you can't eat, from what I understand. Orders are always wrong, fries are always cold and the drinks are just the syrup no carbonation or water added- the lemonade and juices are just thick concentrate. Arbys is mine and my fiance's favorite fast food place. And to find them and have decent or even amazing delicious food is very hard for us to get . But this location has been amazing to us and the food excellent! Went there today and the window cashier mikaila ( hope I spelled her name right ) had such a great attitude. Very bubbly personality with a smile on her face ( even though they have to wear masks ) . They were fast and everything is fresh, hot. I wish I had the names of the cooks who made our order as it is, so far ,fantastic! Got there around 11:50 ? Good on you chefs ! Will definitely be back to this location. Keep up the great work ! Ordered 3 beef and cheddars and one order of curly fries in the Drive Thru, pulled around to the window, paid and then the employee disappeared. Several minutes had gone by and I began to think they forgot about me. I tried to get anyone's attention. One guy even looked at me, then turned and walked away. Finally a very nice lady came to the window and asked if I needed help, I said "yes, I need my food, I've been waiting for 16 min." She looked surprised and said, " oh my gosh! Let me find out what's going on." She went away and brought my bag to my almost immediately. She gave me a cookie for my wait... but once I got home, everything was cold. My curly fries were rock hard and stale. This is not the first time I've experienced bad service and food from this location, and until I see a banner across that store saying "under new management" I won't be back... which really sucks because I like Arby's and this is the only one in the area. read more

I had an order from the Arby's in Redlands (NOT HERE) take 3 f*cking people, including the manager to "decipher" an order for 3 food items. AND THEY STILL GOT NEARLY EVERYTHING WRONG!!! Meanwhile, I came to THIS location on a particularly hectic day when there were only like 3 people in the back and they were so busy with the drive-through orders that it took like 10 minutes for them to notice that I'd paid with cash instead of a card. The poor bastards were swamped, with orders constantly coming through every minute, and yet even through all the chaos and the longer wait, my food was still good and made CORRECTLY. I've been a few times here and there since and I've yet to have a problem with the food or service. read more

I've been there two times. Both times the customer service is poor. The food is great but the customer service needs improving. I don't know who the manager is or even if there's one there but the staff is very un professional. I ordered two no. 3's when I went to ask for no salt on the fries the lady said "I didn't get that", so I had to pay separately. So when I went to pay she just walked away, with out saying anything, to talk to another staff member. She just left me standing there!! So rude!!!! read more

Food was in between ok to good, most of workers were nice, but every time I order there something will be wrong with the order.

Wow. So disappointed. If this was the first time there has been problems I would have chalked it up to a bad incident and went on about my day. After waiting ten minutes at the order board, I was told they could not give me half of my order due to technical difficulties. I asked if I could be rang for an item of equal value on the menu and get one of the items I wanted. They rang me for a higher priced item, which I agreed to. It took over five minutes at the window, and another ten minutes to get my food, but I was kind and understanding, because technical difficulties are out of the worker's hands. When my food was brought to me, I asked if there was sauce in the bag and was assured there was, but she was kind of rude and offered no apology for the nearly 30 minute wait. I arrived home to find catsup and ranch in the bag, with nothing in my order that would require catsup or ranch. The mistake would have been just a blip if the customer service were good. This is about the third time I have encountered poor customer service at this location. The managers can do better. I am hopeful for improvement. read more

I've been here twice. It does not meet my expectations of Arby's. The first time I ate inside. Not good, but then we all have bad days. Second time I went thru the drive thru. I ordered a beef and cheddar meal with extra red sauce that I did not get. I asked for a napkin since it was omitted from the bag and did not realize that I had not received my drink. The gentleman at the window repeated several times "have a nice day" so he too, forgot my drink. I went at lunchtime. There were not many customers. Service was slow. I don't mind that as long as the food is hot. I'd rather wait for hot fries. The sandwich had a very small, cold dab of cheese sauce on a corner. It was so dry (and cold) that I couldn't eat it. I did eat the cold fries and turnover. The first time I was there a very unhappy drive thru customer came in. His order was totally messed up. Make sure you double check your order completely before you leave. Having been a trouble shooting manager for a large fast food chain this is not meant to be a bitch session, rather I pray the manager reads his reviews and becomes more involved and does more training. read more
