Last night we pulled up to the drive through behind one other person and then we sat. We weren't even sure he ordered when he pulled up to the window. While we waited for the voice from the box, I watched to see if the car ahead of us even received an order. They did, then we heard the voice & placed our order. I'm assuming this person is new and still learning. I hope they figure out how to multi-task or lunch & dinner rushes at this location will be a challenge. Our food wasn't hot. It wasn't cold either. Stopped in to try a new steak bites I'll start by saying that it was pretty busy so I thought maybe the food is good and that's why there's so many people home to my surprise. I ordered a steak macaroni and cheese bowl meal and it was ice cold. The steak was so hard and dry. It was totally disgusting not worth the money with the visit. read more

The slider was delicious with jalapeños and cheese, the curly fries had a well cooked flavor with season salt and the double beef and cheddar was executed in an almost perfect condition with ratio of cheese to beef and Arby's sauce was just tright and the bun was tender not chewy all served warm and tasty! read more

Classic roast beef sandwich and curly fries, great. Turkey and Buffalo chicken sliders, yuck. Seriously terrible. Not sure what they inject that product with, but it's salty and nasty. The Mac and cheese was too thick like it wasn't heated enough and wasn't warmed sufficiently. It tasted like a bad imitation of cheeze whiz, so that's a NO on that from now on. Never again on anything but the occasional classic roast beef and maybe a chocolate (and now mint) milkshake. We ate here after a drs appointment. I ordered a beef and cheddar meal and my husband ordered a half pound meal. The food was cold, the meat was sliced way thick, the fries were old, and my beef and cheddar had 2 pieces of meat on it and the bread crumbled in my hands. It's so bad that I could barely finish it. First things first, let's get the good stuff down. The place is clean, and the man taking the order did an impeccable job at things. We had to make some menu changes to our wagyu burger, but the front end person working did a great job considering how busy it was. That was about it. I remember Arby's always piling sandwiches high on buns. And even though it was fast food, it was still pretty filling. However this was not the case. My sandwich looked like it had one slice of meat on it. I had the smokehouse brisket. My wife had a beef and cheddar and that was also paltry. Went thru the drive thru, was the only car. From the looks of it the restaurant was empty. My order was taken very quickly. The food was given to me just as quickly. Ok yes it's just another fast food restaurant but they did an awesome job, they were extremely busy due to the new fish deal 2 for $6 so there was a little wait to get our food and I am ok with that especially if it's fresh and everything was there were a couple customers that were not happy because they had to wait but I'm happy I waited! read more

So I heard that ARBY's makes the best fish sandwich of all the fast food restaurants! So I thought I would give it a try! So I went to the drive-through and I took a couple minutes until I got my sandwiches was on my way! Only live a couple of minutes away! My sandwiches were hot when I arrived home! I'll let the pictures do the talking. This sandwich cost $5.69. The picture from the ad looks great. When I opened mine I got this travesty. The buns were like sponges that sat in water. The cheese , if you can call it that, was one kind of hardened , sweaty, mess. (This was supposed to have cheddar, swiss, and gouda). There was maybe 1.5 ounces of meat. I never eat fast food , but for some reason I craved Arby's. Maybe I had faith in the commercials they show and held them to a higher standard. I've only been through the drive thru here so I can't speak for how it is inside but I always have consistently hot, well prepared food. The service here is friendly too. Today I tried the spicy version of the steak fajita flatbread. The meat was plentiful and tender and the whole sandwich was juicy. The vegetables were cooked well. They had the right amount of crunch without being raw. The sauce was zesty but not enough to burn your mouth off. Overall a good fast food find! read more

This was the worst experience we've ever had at an Arby's restaurant. The dining room was disgusting. Virtually every table was filthy, the trash cans were overflowing and there was trash on the floors. The condiment station was empty, they were out of salads and it took forever to get our relatively small order. The restaurant is open until midnight; we dined in at around 9 pm. There was one very slow cashier, one manager and one person making food. Not sure what typical staffing is, but they were obviously overwhelmed. I do not care to eat there ever again. read more

Not a bad Arby's in comparison to some others I've been to. This is one of those locations that has been around for ages and has gone through many changes and "updates" with the look and equipment. Generally speaking they have decent service and their star cashier is a fantastic lady named Pearl, working well into her 80s and enthusiastic about every customer walking through the door with her pompom a-flailing. They have sweet tea and all the standard soda fountain drinks and the tables are kept marginally cleaner during lunch than dinnertime. read more

I ordered a chicken sandwich and one of the associates said that it was going to take another three minutes....He asked if I could pull off to the side to let other cars through the drive-thru. I complied and parked my car in a nearby space. I wasn't in the least bit frustrated with their service as they were courteous and gave me a realistic wait time.(don't patronize me) If the food takes another minute or two, that's fine with me !! This Arbys has been here forever and I have frequently visited it for as long as I can remember. There has been a noticable decline in the service and cleanliness of this store for at least the past year now. Today for example when I stopped I went to the restroom after eating and found the urinal was not flushing so the room stank of urine. The bathroom floor was sticky and it clearly had not had a good cleaning for sometime. The food was decent this time although I had to wait longer than I feel I should have. The staff was lethargic and dreary. the dinning room had a lot of tables that needed cleaned and there was a fair amount of food and trash on the floor. its a shame because in the past the service was top notch, the staff cheerful, and I always observed someone cleaning... I no longer recognize any of the staff so I assume poor management and turnover is the culprit for all of their problems. I simply do not frequent this location as much due to the noticable decline...There are definitely better Arby's around. read more
