Had a craving for an Arby roast beef sandwich. Went through drive-thru to place my order. Cashier interrupted after 15-20 seconds and told me to wait in a gruff manner. Finally returned and completed my order. Received my order and waited for my change. Cashier gave my change and immediately turned away without a thank you. On opening my order, the roast beef sandwich was dry and no Arby sauces included. Surely won't be having another Arby's craving for a while. read more

I never felt the need to write a review, especially for a fast food chain. I had an awful customer service experience that left me speechless for a few days. I can't recall the females name, but she worked cashier (fairly older maybe mid 50s) short brownish hair. She mocked my food order after asking if I wanted a medium or large for my meal once I replied large she said "oh obviously you would want a large" it's no secret I'm a larger person but she made me feel very uncomfortable and I refused food for days after that incident. she also made other comments insulting my weight and I found that very discounting and disrespectful for customer service. I will never, ever put my money towards that chain again. read more

This place was a life savor on the trip done! A few of us were starving and instead of eating Mickey D's we stopped here and I was pleasantly surprised with how delicious there food is. I see several 1 stars but honestly my visit was great! My food was hot, service was pleasant and the restaurant was clean! They offer specials for a limited time which was so very tempting and they even have a dollar menu! One of the limited time offers they had was a thanksgiving sandwich with bacon (I don't eat pork so didn't try but it looks yummy) and they have a apple crisp!! They have a gyro deal 2 for $6 but since I thought Arby's was known for their roast beef and market sandwiches I wasn't very thrilled to try those. Their curly fries were fresh and hot!! So so yummy!! They offer a small curly fry for $1. They have a sauce similar to sweet and sour and it's amazing!! I ordered the turkey sandwich which they pre slices for me and all the items that were on it tastes fresh, even the tomato. The customer service was great and they were patience with me especially since I honestly can't remember the last time I have been to the Arby's so I needed a moment to decide what I wanted. They were even willing to suggest some items from me telling them what things I like. So all in all it was a very positive visit. Usually great, friendly service but this staff member (name of employee on the receipt) and her co-worker ruined this experience. Oh and before I begin let me just say if this employee waits on you plan on getting everything you ordered sloppy and inedible (I.e. coke float all over car. Was too much effort I guess for her to completely attach the lid to the cup...idk). The attitude and blatantly ignoring us when we asked (in a friendly way)if she was ok because of how obnoxious her demeanour was, really could have been done without. That was the 2nd time we asked if she was "ok". The 1st time we asked we got a "what??". We then heard her say through the drive thru, "Dont even get me started!!" She then had her co-worker finish giving us our order. When the window to the drive thru and this employee handed us our food, she leaned out the window and crossed her arms (lmao I'm guessing to try intimidate us via body language??) And sarcastically finished this awkward experience with "Have a nice day" What a joyful experience right?! This is all I can say due to talks with corporate after I reached out to them. read more

Waited 15 minutes for a basic roast beef sandwich. Hardly any meat on sandwich.Look forward to having a diet Dr Pepper when I go there but only syrup came out of the soda machine, had to settle for another flavor.Condiment area dirty, empty ketchup and other sauce dispensers with used napkins on the counter anf floor.Dining area very dirty, visable dirt on windows, walls ,doors . Dried food and sauces on table tops along with crumbs.Sticky floors and full trash containers.What a shame,this place used to be great.Wont be going back! read more

Stopped to buy for dinner after a late Dr.s appointment couple months ago, we are local people. What a disaster. The elderly woman taking our order was unfriendly, curt, rolled her eyes and muttered under her breath when I could not see the board behind her (I needed eye surgery). She would not help in explaining and answering our questions ("ITS ON THE BOARD" SHE KEPT SAYING even though she knew I had trouble seeing), When my husband changed his order (the orders had not been finalized and sent to the cooks) she had a fit and made noises. We were barely done and she turned her back on us, we couldn't have added anything if we wanted. The whole time she was scowling and never once did she smile, she was most definitely nasty. To make matters worse the customer behind us was making nasty comments about our ordering also -you can see the type of clientele this establishment attracts! The only good thing about the whole episode was the gal who gave us our food. She was super friendly and gave us the bag and ran over the order with a genuine smile on her face the whole time. I was almost in tears so her friendliness helped to make me feel much better. BUT I will NEVER stop here again. It only takes one nasty unfriendly person to ruin a customers experience. I am sure the owner doesn't worry about one local transaction - they are more concerned with the million, yes we get a million over the summer, shore tourists. read more

They take FOREVER to prepare your food; they didn't cut my sandwich and it barely had anything in it. Huge dissapointment.
