I don't know...I didn't feel like I was getting any kind of experience. In the past, Bridgette (the owner, at least years ago) was always so jovial and friendly. While she made your sandwich she would ask about your day and how things were going. The gentleman who helped me was nice enough, but he wasn't entirely forthcoming. And he was wearing sandals which, having worked in the food industry for many years, is a huge no-no. My sandwich was good. It wasn't stellar. I enjoyed it. But it didn't hit the spot. The meat was sliced in four really thick slices; it wasn't "fluffed," the way they used to do. The toppings were fine enough. Again, it was good, but nothing to write home about. I'll give it another couple years before I go back.

If i could put 0 i would and i work in customer service so i know things happen and mistake can be made, but hanging up on a customer trying to call and ask about what can be done about said mistake is rude. to the young man that answered the phone thank you, for attempting to help but to "Mary anne" of whatever the young man said , hanging up on someone is rude, if it was a mistake i know most hand held devices land lines and over phones have a call back button or a way to call the last person that call you , and for that to not happen was a sign that she didn't want to deal with the problem at all. service is shit, the manager or whoever hung up on me needs to do better. My grandmas just wanted the stuff they paid for or their money back on the missing items. it would have been so simple to tell me that they needed to go back to get the missing items or the refund instead of hanging up. Had to call their customer care line to talk to someone higher up to receive any help. Won't be going back and neither will they. read more
