This is our favorite location, it's always super busy here but the food comes out fast and the service is great most of the time. We stopped by to try their jalapeno ranch chicken sandwiches and ordered a few extra items on the side. People are friendly that work there. And they do their best to help keep the place clean. Food is usually fairly decent. Though I've found it to be inconsistent in quality. But there is one thing that bothers me. No senior discounts are available (as far as I know). They used to offer a free soft drink for seniors. But not for a long time now. Many other restaurants offer senior discounts. And some even offer specially priced senior meals. It'd really be great if something like that would be offered! read more

What I don't understand is the situation with the returning of the sauces. They have it placed under a UV light which is so far from the actual return basket that it defeats its purpose of sanitation. To me this makes me question the sauces they hand out to people because then if people are returning their unused sauces, it's then unsanitary unless they fix this whole UV situation. Horrible customer service, both girls working the line tonight ignored us . One of the girls skipped our turn and a car behind us even though we were there longer. The other girl was still counting the money from the previous car that had ordered ahead of us and didn't even greet us. We decided to leave based on that interaction. read more

I've tried to give this place several chances and honestly most of the time it's a miss. Their breakfast crew 90% of the time gets my order wrong. I do a simple order of chick-fil-a biscuit with egg whites and cheese. Either something is missing egg, cheese or even the chicken ‍. This is at least the second time they gave me a SPICY chicken fillet. I don't do spice at all, sadness but I can't handle it. I didn't call in this time because honestly I'm tired of calling to say "hey you got my order wrong (again). It's honestly sad simple things are missed. Stopped by here yesterday and I think this is the best chick fil A Ive gone to in San Diego so far. Easy parking, easy service, food was on point, and it was the details that made it awesome. 5 stars for exceptional service, but I'm noticing sometimes the attention to orders can be a little hit and miss depending on the hour. I came by on a Saturday morning for the drive thru just before breakfast hours ended. It wasn't terribly busy but this location has an efficient plan to get through busy lines. The parking lot is extremely small, and can be a bit hazardous. There have been a couple extra stop signs installed to help with traffic, but like most parking lots, people don't really pay attention. My husband and I ordered 2 chicken biscuits and a 4-count chicken mini. It was not a long wait from ordering to receiving our food, probably 10 minutes at most. Just as we were driving away, I noticed that the box for my chicken minis were actually a 4 count chicken tender. We turned back and walked inside, hoping to get the chicken minis in the order and swap out the chicken tenders. It took a minute to speak with someone, maybe would have been better to go through the line to the cashier, but it was much busier inside rhe restaurant than through the drive thru itself. We recently dined at Chick-fil-A and while the staff was polite when we first arrived, our experience left us feeling overlooked. While eating, no one came by to check if we needed anything, even though we noticed other tables being asked. They were also offering free samples of a new drink to everyone in the lobby except for us. On top of that, when customers were done eating, staff members kindly picked up their trays, but when we finished and threw ours away, they just looked at us and turned away. I truly don't want to assume, but it made us wonder if we were treated differently because we are Mexican. That thought alone made my family feel uncomfortable, which is disappointing since we usually associate Chick-fil-A with great service and hospitality. read more

It was quick to go to thru the drive thru fairly quickly. The staff were all friendly and nice. I got a chicken cob salad, which barely came with any chicken however. There's only about 3 small pieces of chicken and two tomatoes in my salad. When I've got this same salad in the past there's typically much more than this. Never go to this Chick-fil-A. There's always a situation with the food either it comes out cold or it's delayed. I didn't even get everything that I ordered and the manager was extremely rude about it in the process each time, two times I've come to this location. I've been coming to this location since it opened. I haven't had an employee make me laugh as much as today. Caleb was the person who took our order at the drive thru. Caleb was nice and patient and made me and my sister laugh. This location needs more people like Caleb. Any time i've had an issue, management has been quick to resolve any issues. Tips: I would recommend not coming close to closing as your fries portion will be small (understandable) i'm sure they're not making extras as they're ready to close. Hot Coffee is rarely available at night, it's a 10-15 minute wait for a cup of hot coffee. Pretty bad location in an always busy parking lot next to a Target. Orders take a long time to come out here and the typical experience is stand and wait. I see a lot of people just standing around waiting for their orders. Even if you order ahead with the app your order won't be put out so you can grab it yourself, you have to wait your turn to talk to the one person in charge of pickup orders and show them your order. I ended up waiting 15 minutes just for fries after ordering ahead of coming here and this was before 11 AM! Some things worth noting: Prices have gone up in a significant way. A chicken sandwich used to be under $4 not long ago and is now at least $7! A large fry here is the equivalent of a Medium at McDonald's. Overall I will be avoiding this location and Chick-fil-A in general. read more
