This is our favorite location, it's always super busy here but the food comes out fast and the service is great most of the time. We stopped by to try their jalapeno ranch chicken sandwiches and ordered a few extra items on the side. The sandwich was awesome, it was very juicyand not too spicy, most of the menu items I have ordered are good. People are friendly that work there. And they do their best to help keep the place clean. Food is usually fairly decent. Though I've found it to be inconsistent in quality. But there is one thing that bothers me. No senior discounts are available (as far as I know). They used to offer a free soft drink for seniors. But not for a long time now. Many other restaurants offer senior discounts. And some even offer specially priced senior meals. It'd really be great if something like that would be offered! read more

I come here a few times a month for lunch and its definitely one of my favorite locations here in San Diego. I've never had an issue with the food and my order has been correct every single time. Lots of seating, always packed. Spicy deluxe chicken sandwich w/ a sweet tea is my go to. Their cookies are also insanely good. Staff is nice too. What I don't understand is the situation with the returning of the sauces. They have it placed under a UV light which is so far from the actual return basket that it defeats its purpose of sanitation. To me this makes me question the sauces they hand out to people because then if people are returning their unused sauces, it's then unsanitary unless they fix this whole UV situation. Parking outside is terrible. I see over the years they tried to fix it but if it's your first time here for sure you're gonna get lost. read more

I've tried to give this place several chances and honestly most of the time it's a miss. Their breakfast crew 90% of the time gets my order wrong. I do a simple order of chick-fil-a biscuit with egg whites and cheese. Either something is missing egg, cheese or even the chicken ‍. This is at least the second time they gave me a SPICY chicken fillet. I don't do spice at all, sadness but I can't handle it. I didn't call in this time because honestly I'm tired of calling to say "hey you got my order wrong (again). It's honestly sad simple things are missed. I broke off a piece in the picture below to show that the chicken has a red tint from their spices and that I ordered a normal sandwich. I don't want anything for free I just want the food I ordered. Stopped by here yesterday and I think this is the best chick fil A Ive gone to in San Diego so far. Easy parking, easy service, food was on point, and it was the details that made it awesome. For one, even though it seems pretty small, the place was very clean. The trash can was automated which was super cool to us and each high chair came cleaned with a little placemat for toddlers on each one. There's a QR code at every table so you can just order from your phone and they brought out our food and even gave us a toddler book for our toddler even though I didn't get a kids' meal. read more

5 stars for exceptional service, but I'm noticing sometimes the attention to orders can be a little hit and miss depending on the hour. I came by on a Saturday morning for the drive thru just before breakfast hours ended. It wasn't terribly busy but this location has an efficient plan to get through busy lines. The parking lot is extremely small, and can be a bit hazardous. There have been a couple extra stop signs installed to help with traffic, but like most parking lots, people don't really pay attention. My husband and I ordered 2 chicken biscuits and a 4-count chicken mini. It was not a long wait from ordering to receiving our food, probably 10 minutes at most. Just as we were driving away, I noticed that the box for my chicken minis were actually a 4 count chicken tender. We turned back and walked inside, hoping to get the chicken minis in the order and swap out the chicken tenders. It took a minute to speak with someone, maybe would have been better to go through the line to the cashier, but it was much busier inside rhe restaurant than through the drive thru itself. We recently dined at Chick-fil-A and while the staff was polite when we first arrived, our experience left us feeling overlooked. While eating, no one came by to check if we needed anything, even though we noticed other tables being asked. They were also offering free samples of a new drink to everyone in the lobby except for us. On top of that, when customers were done eating, staff members kindly picked up their trays, but when we finished and threw ours away, they just looked at us and turned away. I truly don't want to assume, but it made us wonder if we were treated differently because we are Mexican. That thought alone made my family feel uncomfortable, which is disappointing since we usually associate Chick-fil-A with great service and hospitality. read more

It was quick to go to thru the drive thru fairly quickly. The staff were all friendly and nice. I got a chicken cob salad, which barely came with any chicken however. There's only about 3 small pieces of chicken and two tomatoes in my salad. When I've got this same salad in the past there's typically much more than this.
