We started ordering take out for JM during Covid. The sandwich's are always fresh and well put together and cut in fours. (We always order a giant, less expensive than two 6"). This is a pretty solid Jersey Mikes location, and we go here often to pickup lunch. They are usually fairly quick, and the food always tastes fresh. I love the rosemary parmesean bread and always order it. I do wish they had a bit more variety in their subs, as a lot of them are pretty similar, but it's a chain so not much they can do. My go to is the original Italian Mike's way, but I also enjoy the big kahuna sub when I want something hot. A tip for anyone who doesn't know, if you sign up for their free rewards club, they give you enough points to get a free sub for your birthday. Im giving this particular location 2 stars. Due to improper management on weekends The employees seemed nice and helpful and are definitely working hard. But 2 Saturdays in a single month, they ran out of ( white bread ) which forced me to go somewhere else for a sandwich !! This Is absolutely ridiculous and a sign of poor management training. This location is doing a great job. I love the craft sodas on tap (root beer and cream). I always seem to run into the same crew, they're always really positive and seem to be having a good time. The best Jersey Mike's in North County thus far, they're the most consistent and least likely to skimp on the meat portions lol. Everyone I've dealt with is courteous and professional, unlike other locations I've been to around the area. We usually order online for take-out and it's always ready before the time they quote you. closes at 9pm according to online hours and hours posted on store but on two separate occasions I have arrived at the door at 8: 40 and they have the doors locked from the inside and the two employees who were on the other side just gave me an ugly look and then continued to close up the interior. i would think that it's general practice to wait until the service hours are over to fully lock up and do shutdown .I would understand if this was a sit down restaurant but it literally takes less than 5 mins to make a sandwich. What an outstanding business! These guys really know how to run a great shop. I have never had a single negative experience here and the customer service has always been incredible. The staff are very kind and bring a positive attitude into the restaurant that certainly makes you feel good going in. The sandwiches are also insanely delicious and I don't even know why anyone would go anywhere else for a good sub! We're in the long haul of Covid 19 where a lot of businesses haven't had a good handle on the outbreak or customer service (understandingly) has somewhat taken a hit in a lot of places... Jersey Mike's is still rocking hard and strong and after a long day at work, saw they had a promotion for FREE subs for everyone in the community! This is absolutely fantastic and they're going above and beyond during a pandemic, bringing a little bit of good morale and joy to the people in the community! Gotta respect it! The manager I'm assuming... was outside at the front greeting everyone that came in and handing out fliers for free subs, and the staff was amazing when I walked in too!
