Food is consistent. Staff is friendly. I realize that staffing is not always adequate but they hustle with who they have in.

I believe this Arby's may be closed. Stopped in on a Saturday @ 11:30am and all doors locked with no sign indicating drive thru only.

If you are planning on eating in their dining room, call them first. There is no rhyme or reason for when their sit down area is open.

When we walked in, it was fairly busy but the rush seemed to have passed--no line and most people already had their food. We chose to order to-go, but ended up waiting about 20 minutes. While waiting, another guest mentioned he had waited 45 minutes for his food. When we got home, I tried the PB&J (a recommendation from the owner on a past visit). It was okay, but I've liked other bagels more. My husband ordered the Nachos Maximus, (his usual) but unfortunately the sandwich was incorrect and came with an egg on top. He has an egg allergy, so he had to drive back (15 minutes each way) to get a replacement. The team remade it right away, but unfortunately there was no apology or apparent care for the mistake. Unfortunately, his bagel just ok and not as good as it has been in the past. I think the owner just adds the magic touch-a sprinkle of love! Overall, it was a disappointing visit compared to our past experiences--noticeably, the owner wasn't there this time. That said, we still highly recommend Sully's. Everyone has off days, and we'll continue to support them. Keeping my 5-star rating because this place truly deserves it.

Lots of music decor on the wall which was cool. The food was decent I was going to give a 4 star review but saw they only had a few reviews and want a place like this to succeed. Keep in mind my sandwich and drink came out to almost $20 per person I came with. One of the most touching elements is the strong veteran presence throughout the restaurant. The walls are lined with photos of soldiers, service patches, and memorabilia -- a heartfelt tribute that immediately shows how deeply they honor those who served. They're Veteran-run, too, and the Table for the Fallen Heroes is a powerful reminder of sacrifice and respect. The vibe is lively, warm, and inviting -- helped by the fact that they even feature live entertainment, which brings so much energy to the space without overwhelming conversation. The burger and fries were excellent -- high-quality beef, perfectly seasoned, and crispy, flavorful potatoes. Their craft cocktails and solid beer selection were another highlight. We visited on trivia night -- Beatles Night -- and we even won second place! The evening felt fun, community-driven, and full of personality. The location is also a win, with an arcade just a few doors down, perfect for a lighthearted outing after dinner. I loved this place enough to go twice in two weeks while visiting the area. Great food, great people, heartfelt values, and a lively atmosphere that keeps you coming back.

Even from our few visits, we could tell that that's where they severely lacked. Location-wise, this place was tucked into a little stripmall-ish type area with plenty of parking. The restaurant itself was decently roomy. On all three of our visits, the food took forever to come out. Twice the servers came out to apologize for the length in time. The third time, the owner had invited and catered an elephant politician in the next room leading to the backup of food for the PAYING CUSTOMERS in his own restaurant. The owner seemed super giddy and privileged to have that politician in his restaurant even at the expense of his (again for the folks in the back) PAYING CUSTOMERS. The restaurant was rather full too so we all had to wait with our growling stomachs while the owner was fawning at the "celebrity" next door. Truly warped priorities as a business owner. So when they decided to close their doors after (supposedly) sinking every dime that they had into the restaurant, they also stiffed their employees who they asked to work until the very last day while they still owed them all back pay. True leaders would go down with the ship. Instead, these folks took a vacation to see their child graduate out of state while the employees were asked to volunteer their time to keep their restaurant open. The most ironic thing about it all is that they most likely voted in the very person who sunk the economy so bad that they could no longer stay afloat. But of course I'm sure they're still team, "Let's go Brandon." Sad.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the owner who handed us a menu. It's s limited menu but they have daily specials that they post on Facebook and instagram. I love this kind of menu as it usually indicates everything is fresh. My DD ordered the hot Rueben and I got the Roast Beef Melt. Both of these sandwiches were top tier. Loaded with meat and cheese. My DD said she thought the Rueben could have more sauce but that it was still "solid". My Roast Beef came with a delicious au jus which was not too salty. We ordered combos so we got to choose between potato salad or pasta salad (fruit or chips were the other options) and a cold drink (cans/bottles). They actually gave us both salads. We both agreed the pasta salad was the winner here but the potato salad was better than most. We also took a piece of their Turtle Cheese cake which is made by the owner's mom. It was superb! They close at four but they do have some dishes in their case for dinner like lasagna and enchiladas. Make it a point to check this place out it is a great spot.

She refilled my drink 3-4 times and made sure everything was perfect for all of us. We had the sausage and the lean cut brisket with the sweet Bbq sauce and the mustard one. Delicious. The burger is next on our list to try. It's huge and hand made with brisket! I wish I got a pic of it before it got eaten at our table. The bar looks like a great hangout as well, so this will be a great neighborhood hang out. The manager was nearby to make sure we were happy as well. We loved this attentive staff! The sides were great. We enjoyed the broccoli rice, coleslaw, green beans and collard greens. They were all delicious, the dishes come with a sample of the coleslaw and it is tasty.
