Food was good, service acceptable service with a nice touch of actually handing me my tray of food rather than setting down on the counter. Dining area and bathrooms are also acceptable. Large parking lot right next to Wendy's if not everyone in your group wants the same thing. Negative was that I was approached by a homeless guy before I even parked my car. It's been a very long time since I've been to Arby's, maybe more than 15 years, but I wanted to try their Spicy Fish Sandwich. There were a few cars in the drive-thru in front of me, and it did take longer than it should for us to get through. I felt like it was a slow and a long wait. But the staff at the window was very friendly. And I enjoyed the Spicy Fish Sandwich. The sauce on it was tasty. It had minced jalapeños on it, which you can actually taste. The Curly Fries were good; hot and crispy. And the Jalapeño Bites were not too bad, just had some aftertaste I didn't care too much for. read more

OUTSTANDING service. Whoever the older gentleman was working the drive thru window on June 1st, 2023 (Thurs) at 4:40 pm PST was exceptional. Very courteous, genuinely warm, professional. I didn't feel like I was paying for a half-pound Beef n' Cheddar, I genuinely felt like he was helping me close on my house and about to hand me my keys. In an age where we have become so dismissive, it was refreshing to encounter a person anywhere (but certainly in that industry) who you think sets an awesome example for how to treat people. We didn't have to park and the wait wasn't long at all! We've done this quite a few times and they've always got our order correct. First time I went here . Loud and obnoxious staff member that has no sense or urgency. Kid at the counter yelling at his manager about the till, clueless manager that takes the abuse. What's funny is the clown actually thinks he knows what he's doing. Like he deserves a prize just for being there. Customers lined up everywhere inside and at the drive through while these two goons argue. This is literally the most dysfunctional operation I have ever seen in my life. I know staffing is tough but it's probably time to get rid of everyone and retrain a new group. I ended up leaving because it was obvious I wasn't going to get my food and if I did I'm sure it would have been awful. Went back for a second visit few weeks later and had a similar experience. Got my food in the meat was cut. Super thick, was cold and sandwich didn't show one sign of care or concern. Clean, fast, and made to order. 3 things I look for when speaking of "Fast Food"...today I popped on a whim. Ordered the beef and cheddar light beef extra cheddar...the very helpful and very delightful young lady asked me if I would rather have the Arby Melt...it is essentially the same sandwich but 1 ounce less meat and cheaper. I hadn't had Arby's for probably 2 1/2 years when we were driving back from Tacoma and trying to figure out what to eat. I had no idea and just happened to see the sign and blurted it out. WHAT ABOUT ARBY'S A very wide-eyed husband said - Okay, fine. Much quieter, I said - Okay, fine. It's the next exit. This Arby's had 3 cars in the drive-through, which I thought was surprising considering it seemed like this area was fastfood nation. Arby's was busy! We chose to eat there because we didn't want to have cold food. It was dead inside, which wasn't surprising - who really eats inside anymore. Especially at this location. Does anyone remember when Arby's introduced the touch screen for customers to place their order's on. They were the first to do it and it was awesome. Didn't last long, but it was way cool. Anyway, this was a typical Arby's. Very clean and the food came our fairly quickly. I'm not able to give this 5 stars because well.... it's Arby's. But 4 stars - heck ya! It was so much fun eating the potato cakes and the roast beef sandwiches! It's been such a long time. Everything was super good and I had a real good meal. And then we were done and driving away. Geez I don't even remember the last time I've seen or been in an Arbys, and I used to love Arbys so I'm a little biased here. The place: regular sit down type fast food restaurant, nothing more than mediocre. The burgers: just as good as I remember them! :D Tips for maximum satisfaction: eat them fresh, get the beef and add some ketchup or Arbys sauce inside to give it a little extra oomph. The curly fries? The only thing better than McDonalds French fries, and bonus points if you can uncurl them without breaking them. Ok...so I have never been an Arby's fan. My first experience was in high school and as far as I can tell it is just a bun with cheese and sub par roast beef. However, I came across these potato cakes (which are essentially hash browns) that I totally love. They are perfectly crispy and everything a hash brown should be. Yum. So recently on our way to Tacoma we stopped by so I could partake in the potato cakes. My boyfriend decided he would try their sandwich one more time to see if it had improved. As we drove on I opened the sandwich for him and the smell of feet emanated from the package. I believe it had something to do with the onion bun but oh WOW...I felt like vomiting. The potato cakes were good as usual and I would totally come back for these again...but the sandwich...feet smell...ughh.... I am shivering right now. bleh... So I walked in at 6pm, the lobby doesn't close until 10 pm but I was the only one there and these two girl workers who looked to be like late teens were talking to the boy coworker and when I walked in the girls looked at me like I had ruined their night, rolled there eyes and walked away and didn't even say anything. They all just looked at me disgusted and I was going to sit there and eat with my daughter but clearly I wasn't wanted so we just took it to go. So we didnt have any issue with this place till last week. My fiance and I came here for dinner and used the drive throu. After waiting for a little over 15 minutes we finally pull up to the order screen. He asked for the first part of the order, before he could say the next things she cut him off. I saw him getting mad so I cut her off and told her the rest of the order. She said to me, How Rude! After a minute of silence she read back the order. When we pulled up, she would keep shutting the window and I saw someone in the background. We got our food and left. After the 15 minute wait to order food, by the time we got out food it was cold. Plus a straight mess with bad veggies. Will never go back to this one and SERIOUSLY, get new management or fix it. read more

I really don't like to complain but I've just about had enough with the Fife, WA Arby's Restaurant #6096, and I think that others should know what to expect from this Fife Arby's Restaurant. I arrived at the drive thru spot to place my order at 12:05pm, and placing my order was fairly fast there were 3 cars already ahead of me, this is when the long wait began. I finally arrived at the window to pay for my order and I was greeted with an apology for the wait, I paid for my order at 12:19pm which it shows on my receipt. I waited an additional 5-6 minutes to finally get my order and I received another apology. This is not the first time that this has happened at this Arby's restaurant. At least the food was delicious, that's about the only thing good that I can say about this Fife, WA Arby's location. On my previous two visits during the last 3 months I waited a total of about 40 minutes in the drive thru and the other time I gave up waiting in the drive thru and went to another restaurant near by. read more

This was by far the worse customer service I have ever received. My friend and I were looking to get some quick food before a concert but we had to wait 20+ minutes for our food with no other customers/orders in the building. The employees did not seem to be in a rush and did not seem to care that we were. Not only did we have to wait and absurd amount of time for what little food we got, but I was also ignored by the cashier when I was ready to order. Finally after another 15 minutes my food came out and I received an apology with no sincerity what so ever. I stopped in on November 24th at 12:30. I needed to use the restroom and get food very quickly to get back on the road again. The person putting together the food orders couldn't move any slower if he tried. I'm not kidding. When I got back on the road (30 minutes later) I realized instead of the Buffalo chicken sandwich I ordered I got a crispy chicken sandwich with Swiss and bacon. Great to have a nice encounter right when I got into town! Out of cookies though which was upsetting but it was kinda late at night so it's understandable.
