The other sandwich I didn't even eat because it was also cold waste the three dollars and some change I wish I wouldn't have stopped yet the customer service was great. The ambience I wouldn't know because I went through the drive-through, but the food was definitely disappointing even though the price was right but it still wasted my time and my three dollars, but at least I was able to give my other sandwich and get a water for the homeless guy on the corner. I'm sure he enjoyed the meal.

The guy taking orders was extremely rude, acted like we were an inconvenience, and honestly shouldn't be working with customers at all. To make it worse, he was on his phone while working, which caused the line to move unbelievably slow. We waited close to 20 minutes just to get through the line because he was more focused on his phone conversation than doing his job. When we finally got our food, our order was missing items, and on top of that we tried to asked for sauce (their was none in the bag) and he says "yeah you can have sauce for $1.10 -in a very rude/condescending tone" charged for sauces that should have been included for free since we ordered chicken nuggets is an absolute scam. And to top it all off, when we finally received our food it was cold, like it had been sitting there forever. Between the rude attitude, long wait, missing food, cold food, and being overcharged, this experience was beyond frustrating! I won't be coming back, and I seriously hope management addresses this because it was unacceptable.

The inside of the store is really nice and they still have their fountain drink machine working as I know many other locations have removed their machines. They usually have a good stock straws, napkins and lids which is appreciated. They do also make you pull up to bring out orders at times but that's a not huge deal for us but I know it is for others on limited time. It's not a bad location as I have been to other McDonald's that are much more worse. This location is usually the better one to visit if you are ever wanting to try a limited time item or wanting any Happy Meal toys.

I think part of the reason why it took a long time was because he thought this other car was mine even though I parked right where the mobile pick-up sign was located :/ There were some food items that I had special request like to have it be grilled so I was fine with waiting longer but turns out they didn't even grill it lol. Waiting for 45 min after placing on online order for pick up is ridiculous.

Iceberg lettuce. Totally expected. The employees are usually pretty tired. There's a sign up. They are hiring! Help these kids out and take a shift or two if you're in the job market. :) The outside seating area is actually super well done. Picnic tables for both kids and adults. Next to a fancy car dealer so there's even a fountain nearby. On the far edge of Fife so safer feeling than down by the casino.
