This location can be a hit or miss. The service can be good or bad and sometimes they will either get your order correct or wrong. The inside of the store is really nice and they still have their fountain drink machine working as I know many other locations have removed their machines. They usually have a good stock straws, napkins and lids which is appreciated. They do also make you pull up to bring out orders at times but that's a not huge deal for us but I know it is for others on limited time. It's not a bad location as I have been to other McDonald's that are much more worse. This location is usually the better one to visit if you are ever wanting to try a limited time item or wanting any Happy Meal toys. read more

The customer is always right even when even when the customers is wrong. I ordered the chicken nugget meal. I was changed for a item I never ordered. It was to come with medium fry. Cashier with an unprofessional attitude from the get go asked it i had medium fry with my order I said yes The cashier shoved the fiesta at me w/ out the rest of the order. Then attacked me and berated me over her mistake and McDonald's. She escalated this and sent a so called manager who blamed me and said this was my fault. I asked for refund and told them I will never eat here again. To me the complete unprofessional and outrageous behavior of The Manager and Cashier is unforgivable and completely unacceptable. Both should lose their jobs. I what world does a paying customer who has been charged 11$ for fries and abused by the the staff. Lunch with a large group after a competition. Food: 3 Stars Service: 2 Stars Atmosphere: 1 Star The food is McDonald's and was as expected, nothing spectacular, nothing terrible. The service was rough. The cashier who took or order was rude and short with us. I feel for people that have to deal with the public, but her conduct was very off putting. This includes not giving us all of our ordered items. When we asked for the rest of our order she gaslighted us. We fortunately had our receipt and had not passed out any food so we were able to sort it out. There were other employees that were doing a great job and brought us the rest of our order. It was raining and there were buckets catching the water from the leaks in the ceiling. One bucket was tripped over by another customer. The ceiling tiles were soaked with water. It is an older store and doesn't have the ordering kiosks. That is a plus for some, but for us we would have avoided the ordering problems if there had been one. I will still eat at McDonald's occasionally, but I will hit up other locations than this one. read more

Absolutely horrible. I will NEVER visit this location again. I have been here twice and my order was wrong both times. This time I specifically asked for no pickles on my food TWICE while placing my order in the drive through. Then had to wait over 5 minutes to get my food. Guess what I find two bites in...PICKLES!!! Even worse, when I went back to express my displeasure concerning my order, no apology, no "can we make this right?" Nothing. After basically starving myself all day and throughout the night, I was glad that this McDonald's was open so late. My friend and I came sometime after 1AM after an event at Tacoma Dome over the weekend. The location of this McDonald's was a bit odd, but it was not too much of problem. We Waited 20 minutes for food in a stall. I'm sure they forgot about us until I said something once I saw some one coming out with food for another car that ordered after us but left before us. They brought our "food" out to us. It was 20 min since we ordered. Missing 2 burgers. The others had no cheese. Also all the food was cold. So I pulled around into the drive thru, waited another 10 min to talk to someone. I asked for the missing food. They had no solution. I also asked to hand them back the cold, wrong food they gave us in exchange for a refund and they said good luck finding food anywhere else. I just wanted my money back and wanted to give them back the cold wrong food. They were not accommodating in anyway. Check your order before leaving. Worst McDonald's in the state! The manager Maria is rude and condescending. My elderly parents were talked to in such a rude tone for a mistake your staff made. The order taker had some difficulty communicating and made an error on our order. Instead of fixing the problem and apologizing, Maria came to assist and was extremely disrespectful. Please retrain your management and teach them how to speak to customers like they are human beings. We have been coming her for 20+ years and your service has really taken huge steps backwards. I had a potluck at work and called to order 10 sausage burritos and they said it'll take 5-10 minutes. When I got there I waited a whole 30 minutes and was late for work. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. Their card machine is never working and usually only accepting cash. Which is not convenient for a lot of people. You have to wait at least 15 minutes to just ORDER, then it takes another 10 minutes for them to complete your purchase where you pay, and another 10 to get your food. So many people left the line. Hit the drive through today... tried to order a quarter pounder with cheese and was told they did not have the proper ingredients to make a quarter pounder w/cheese. Drive thru attendant said "Im so sorry we are out of sliced onion, Would you like a McSlaps" I asked what that was... he told me a qp with cheese add DEHYDRATED onions. I said sure that sounds great. You are what you eat. I'm eating a protein bar, but all the kids got McGriddles. I'm sure they're very healthy. But this old dude is maintaining. After losing 86 lbs I am still w/in 4 lbs of that loss one month later. I'm hovering between 187-189 these days. Janet got me some size 36 shorts at Target yesterday and I tried em on this morning. They actually fell off!! So from a tight size 40 I'm down to a 34 now, and even those will be a little loose. Metabolic Medical Centers!!! Woot. Woot! Wow though only a minor stop some things have improved. I know they try and overall the sitting area is clean not sure on restrooms but the locals taking in free wifi were here quite not creepy like a few months back. Now here is where things still need impovement. My coffee did not come with a stirrer so a straw had to be used. Wait for it the straws next to ketchup dispenser which has a crap load of gnats flying about. No need to make this up it will not deter me from stopping for coffee. Sometimes it is best not to know. Worst McDonald's I've ever randomly needed to stop by for to get a coffee. Went to through the drive thru and asked for an iced coffee, lightly sweetened. Received a very sweet and pure milk drink with a dash of coffee. It was so milky the bottom was whiter than my bum cheeks. I then ask for it to be remade because it didn't taste like coffee at all. I was told to pull up to the wait line. Guy comes out with a "new" iced coffee and says "uh I was told to give you this" and runs away. Coffee looked exactly like the first one and tasted the same exact. I had to go back in and ask for black coffee with creamer on the side just so they didn't fuck it up again.
