Ever since Chick-fil-A got here to Puyallup the line has not slowed down on picking up delicious fresh hot chicken sandwiches. Today I picked up my free spicy chicken sandwich that was through the app. If you haven't downloaded and you often stop by even if it's just once or twice a month I recommend getting it because the points can rack up for free items. If you're looking for a clean fast food place to either grab a lemonade, a chicken sandwich or a salad stop by this location. I will admit, I frequent this location often. I like the service and Most of the time it's good but lately quality control has gone downhill. I called ( which I haven't even wasted my time with several times lately about little things because I understand people aren't perfect ) but this I have an issue with. I informed them that my veggies were not up to par ( mainly the lettuce ) because who eats slimy, discolored lettuce? Not me. Especially when I'm being charged for it. The tomato's were also really gross, Soft and I'm not even sure what the point of the pickle was??? Apparently this is their "new" standard. Super fast service during dinner rush. We were given our food before we could even find a table we wanted to sit at! Food was delicious. It was my first time having chick fil a in a few years. It was a bit noisy but because it was busy which is no issue for me. They offer warmed sanitation towels and even have an automatic trash can. How high end! Like I have to remind myself I can't eat here everyday lol I have had excellent service all but one time when a manager treated me like crap after my kid put his burger in the microwave and nearly burned the house down. I went back talked to the manager about it and I even said I would be willing to buy another if she couldn't replace it without charge. I didn't get her name but she was pretty rude about it. Again my kid threw his whole bag in the microwave for 30 second because he's 8 and didn't know the burger wrapper was flammable. I have been coming here with my classmate recently. I live in the military base and usually go to Chick Fil A on the Bridgeport Avenue. I never really dine in or takeout, always curbside order or drive thru but today I decided to do dine in at this Chick Fil A location. I am amazed with the crew and the speedy service yet proper and outstanding. Elizabeth helped take care of my orders and she did amazing in terms of service, just a little quiet when she spoke. I was pissed because I couldn't use my phone app because apparently I need to update it and it kept crashing. I only had 30 minutes break and hadn't eaten anything at all since morning at work and afternoon at school. So I decided to just ignore my app and went ahead to pay but since I have almost entirely moved to android pay, I always left my wallet in my car. But I was so pissed that the machine kept undetecting the Samsung pay NFC signal despite of many attempts, even with different cards. I left to grab my wallet grumpily because I didnt have much time to spend for my late lunch (3 pm till 3.30 pm before my next class begins). Elizabeth patiently waited for me to come back and apologized for what happened, which I believed not her fault at all. I was mad at the machine, in which is a part of company's equipments. Please, as the manager, routinely check your equipment and make sure everything operates smoothly and properly. I felt bad that Elizabeth thought I was mad at her. Other than that, Chick Fil A's Cobb Salad is amazing! I have been trying to cut and eat healthier. Cobb salad is just perfect for me! I would come back again next time to try their two other salads! One of my favorite fast food restaurant. Only issue I have for this particular place is that if you do mobile order, you will still have to go thru the line from drive thru to pick up your orders. I wouldn't choose this option if you so t want to get stuck in line to get your mobile orders that you've placed 30 minutes earlier. During some peak hours, you can wait at least another 20 min. There is always a waiting here - either ordering online or drive thru, especially during usual lunch and dinner timings. So safe to say, it's very busy. The inside is standard, like any burger joint, reminds me of an upgraded In&Out because the colors (red-white) and style is very similar. The service is extremely professional and nice. A little pricey for "fast food" but very fresh, fast, and impossibly friendly staff. Recommend to get the deluxe sandwich and get the Chick-fil-A special sauce to drizzle on it.
