Ordered a BOGO online last week with no problem. Tried again today and the app registers my order but pickup time was grayed out. Went to restaurant to request help. Elderly person at counter said they know nothing about online ordering and apps. I said it's Arby's app and she said that Arby's restaurant has nothing to do with the Arby's app and said no one knows about the app. She then rudely pointed to the neon menu and said there are our prices. I'll no longer frequent this Arby's and will report to corporate. Sheer incompetence. I can withstand rude behavior but you lose my business when you are that incompetent. read more

Glad my son loves Arby's. I believe the golden days of this chain are over. Something has changed, and I'm not sure what it is. Maybe they are using a lower priced roast beef? Admittedly am stumped, but it was ok. The fries are very good. It works for a quick meal. I like this locations polite employees. It was busy, but they were efficient, and made sure everyone was taken care of. It's a bustling location, but the comfortable tables were nice. Parking is easy, and that definitely do a good job here. Thank you to the folks here. It worked for us, and people should like it. read more

Horrible service. I ordered four Arby's sandwiches and asked for extra packets of Arby sauce. They refused to give them to me and told me I could only have one per sandwich. That's like telling someone you get one packet of ketchup for an order of french fries. Unacceptable and ridiculous. Who is the older woman working the drive-through? Why is she so reluctant to give away sauce packets? It's not like they're coming out of her personal stash of sauce. Is she the guardian of sauce? I have tried to call the restaurant several times over a matter of days to speak to the manager, and they have their phone turned off, causing a busy signal to always happen. You were not able to get through to speak to anyone. What a joke. read more

Currently still sitting in line wait forever for my food. The car in front of me is just sitting here waiting in park. This is after the guy taking my order couldn't take my order correctly and I have to pay for my order separately cause he decided to total my order after I ordered one item without even letting me get in another word in to continue my order.../// finally up and it's a bunch of teenage boys, he just totaled my first order and is having a hard time figuring out my change. horrible. Saw someone drop good one time and still serve it. roasted chicken turned green and they still served it too customers. They have had food sit under heat lamps from open till close. Understaffed, underpayed, and over worked my child. read more

This Arby's shares the same building as the Long John Silvers. It also shares the same owner and some of the same old grumpy faces. The food selection is interesting as the Arby's side offers TJ Cinnamons and Pasta Connection. The food is on par with most Arbys and the workers tend to give generous portions to regulars. The lack of effort given and their penchant for dirty bathrooms bring the rating down a lot. If this place was cleaner with fresh faces to change the vibe you get from the workers this could be a 4 star fast food stop. read more

This Arby's is connected to a Long John Silver's, with 2 separate dining areas. Recently the exterior and interior of the Arby's side was completely renovated. They made it quite modern and cozy, as it not only has booths, tables and bar top tables, but it now has a fireplace with upholstered furniture and coffee tables. The food is your usual Arby's roast beef items and a few new menu items. The rectangular trays have been replaced by round serving trays. To make it a more personal visit, your order is now by the name you give, rather than a number. For fast food, it is a little better than most. The renovations are definitely a positive. read more
