Pretty solid cheesesteak but Id suggest springing for the double steak for an extra $1. No brainer hopefully this will help someone out.

Good bread, solid meat and toxins. I ordered a half steak with fried onions and mushrooms. I would suggest to anyone to spring for the extra meat for $1. Had I seen it before ordering it would have been a no brainer. The cold cuts/hoagie look pretty solid too.

    Whole Jewish Hoagie.

The hoagies are tremendous. Fresh deli meats, veggies, and toppings. This place is very consistent and the service is terrific. The cheese steaks a very good, made in a number of different styles. Go with a belly buster Hoagie and stuff some perogies in your sandwich. I have never had anything but top notch sandwiches here.

    Grilled chicken sandwich. Deeelicious.

Just found my new favorite sandwich place in the Lehigh Valley. Don't let the tacky, car dealership neighborhood make you think this is not hoagie heaven. It is. Plus the staff couldn't be nicer. As a new LVHN employee, I'm skipping the cafeteria and heading here for lunch!

    Yummy!

Try the cheesesteak or the Italian hoagie...you won't be disappointed! They simply beat any other cheesesteak in the valley.

Unfortunately, there was a strong cold draft at floor level, leaving our feet uncomfortably cold throughout the meal. The hostess was sweet and greeted us with a smile. The food service was unremarkable. Our waiter was not particularly friendly nor personable. The drinks were a weak start. The red sangria was poor. The bourbon cocktail was an odd mix of bourbon, apple cider, and other elements--an awkward, Frankenstein-style whiskey sour that simply didn't work. Worst of all, both drinks were served in thin plastic cups, which immediately cheapened the entire experience. I ordered the falafel sandwich and specifically requested a toasted bun. It arrived not just room temperature, but cold. I sent it back, and it returned burning hot... the bottom soggy... literally too hot to pick up... with no browning or color change, clearly microwaved. Microwaving is not toasting. At that point, the sandwich was inedible. I removed the bun entirely and ate just the falafel, which was dry and largely tasteless. At this point I knew coming back to this restaurant was a mistake. Food timing was another issue. The dishes took roughly 45 minutes to arrive after the drinks, possibly longer. We were all getting annoyed and what started out well when we first walked in turned negative. I wasn't impressed on my first visit years ago... and this second visit confirmed it. Between the poor drinks, cheap plastic cups, ridiculously long wait (with no explanation nor apology), and careless food execution, there's no reason to return.

I finally managed to get my car in Cali's parking lot. But, I had to wait for another patron (which…read moredidn't take long) to arrive and I followed them into the restaurant. It's not easy to figure out where the enrtance is. Okay, so I ordered the the ground beef tacos for $12 bucks. You get 2 tacos in a basket with tortilla chips. The chips are a bit weird and different, still not sure how much I liked them. Like Moe's, they have a salsa bar with 4 salsa choices along with various condiments. The salsa's are tasty and I like the flavor in all 3 I tried. I ordered tacos and what they brought to my table resembled a tacos, but the taco expectation ended there. These so called tacos, to me, aren't realy tacos at all. Their assembelled usinf both a hard shell and a soft shell (Taco Bell offers something similar). Whatever you call it, taco is not the thought that comed to mind when eating it. I was hungry and did manage to eat both of the tacos, but considered throwing out the 2nd taco. I was confused and unsure what I was eating. The ground beef wasn't bad, but my main complaint at a Mexican Eatery nearby (Plaza Azteca} is the same. The ground beef is unseasoned. This is fundamentally wrong to me. All the Taco Kits at the grocery store come with a seasoning packet to add to the ground beef when preparing the tacos. I left unhappy, that's not to say I wouldn't try their burrito's. They looked good as seen on other patrons tables. I'm 70 years old and the theme of Cali reminds me of the 60's/70's. The decor, interior, and interior are psychedelic. Retro throwback to the hippie days. The staff reflects that theme - they came across in a kind weird way to me; but not in a bad way! Their is no shortage of happy campers enjoying their lunch (I went at 1PM). It seems like a cult following which speaks to the freshness and quality of the food served. I'm still unsure what was in the alleged tacos I ate. Lol!

5 Stars - Lazeez Fresh Mediterranean Grill - Worth Every Bite!…read moreJust had one of the best Mediterranean meals I've had in a long time at Lazeez Fresh, and honestly, it's the kind of spot that makes you want to come back the next day. The owner himself came out after I finished eating and we had a nice little chat--he was telling me how his two sons are now working with him, which was really cool to hear. You can tell the family runs this place with heart, and it shows in the food. * Chicken Shawarma: Loaded--seriously, no skimping here. Piles of juicy, perfectly seasoned chicken, not the sad half-wraps you get elsewhere. And the fact it's served in puffy pita bread instead of those thin tortillas most places use? Game-changer. Tasted fresh and authentic. * Baba Ghanoush: Super fresh, creamy, and came with warm pita chips and bread on the side. Perfect balance, not too garlicky or oily. * Tabbouleh: Exactly how my grandma used to make it--bright, herby, lots of parsley and fresh tomato, lemony without being sour. Spot on. * Namorah (2 pieces): Chef's kiss. Moist, not dry like some versions, sweet but not overpowering, just the right texture. Finished them way too fast. Everything felt homemade and made with care. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the vibe is welcoming. This is the kind of place you tell your friends about. Would love to come back but was just passing through for work--highly recommend Thanks to the owner Adnan and the sons for the great food and the chat--keep doing what you're doing! It feels so good to be back, everything is just as incredible as I remember. My friends and I started with the bacon wrapped scallops, fried calamari, and escargot and garlic butter. The scallops could have used a few more minutes in the oven, but overall, the appetizers were flavorful and skillfully prepared. For dinner, I ordered the fruits de mer, one of my favorite dishes, and Henry's absolutely knocked it out of the park. The dish features a generous mix of lobster, shrimp, scallops, and crabmeat, all served in a creamy garlic sauce over linguine. My friends had the broiled cold water lobster twin tails and chicken Alfredo. The lobster was sweet, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and served with brown butter. The Alfredo was rich and creamy, with juicy, well cooked chicken. Our server, Jaime, made the evening even better. She was attentive from start to finish.
