We had Double Roast Beef Sandwiches, Potatoes Cakes (so glad they are back on tge menu), and Coke to drink. The sandwiches were perfect, and the potatoes cakes were hot and crispy l. We went to Arby's on Thursday 3/17. I tried the new Reuben sandwich. This was a very poor attempt of making a Reuben. I'm 77 years old and have eaten a lot of sandwiches. This was the worst sandwich I have ever had. They had some kind of sauce on it that was terrible. I took two bites and could not get myself to finish it. We are Seniors and have been eating at this location since it opened. The food has been consistently good. The management and employees are very courteous and have always given us a Senior discount. Today I asked for the Senior discount and the New manager stated that they fired the previous manager for giving Senior discounts. The new manager is the worst thing to happen at this location. Starting off it seems a little on the high side for price but on this particular trip it was disappointing to say the least in that the combo meal I had came with curly fries and big huge & long Curly HAIR! in the fries. Been here a couple times so far, and both times everything was great with no issues whatsoever. My roast beef and swiss dip with au jus was lovely. The onion rings were huge and crispy and tasted great - more like restaurant onion rings, rather than typical fast food ones, so I was happy. My husband said he loved the market fresh sandwich and it was loaded with good stuff. We used coupons, so great deal on everything we ordered. Cleanliness is a factor here, tables were dirty, floor looks like it hasn't been swept in a few days. These poor guys are understaffed and doing there best. Stopped in for two gyro's but saw the special of two cheddar chicken sandwiches so I decided to get them instead. When I got home I discovered what I got were two skimpy chicken STRIPS with hardly any actual meat on them slapped between two buns with almost no lettuce, and one little slice of tomato that barely covered half of the bun!! The discolored rings around the edge of the chicken patty compounded with complete lack of warmth suggest that it was repeatedly reheated and inadequate for pleasurable consumption. The girl at the counter didn't listen. Somehow she derived roast beef from Philly. I mean there's not even the same letters. I paid $16. I ate the shitty cold food. They get my honest review. We love this location! We've never had a problem from this location! I always get the turkey bacon ranch sandwich with extra ranch and it's perfect every time. The veggies in it are fresh also. My husband gets something different almost every time (just because he likes to try new things) and no matter what he's gotten, it's been great each and every time. The employees greet us right when we walk in and take our order immediately (if there's no line of course lol). The food comes out quickly and accurately. The drive though is the same way! They're consistent with their accuracy and getting your order to you in a timely manner whether you're inside or in the drive thru. They definitely deserve all five of the stars I gave them!!! read more

It's hard to get my food and drink when no one is interested in taking the order and most of the time they get it wrong, making me ask again to get the stuff I actually wanted. After going to Arby's yesterday after working a double commuting 35 min all I wanted was a French dip Sandwich. When I went inside the floor had garbage and food, and usually I don't care I'm hungry I just wanna sit and eat, but when the wait is long and no one else is in line you start to look around and notice all the detail the floor was gross the tables and seats had food on them the trash was full and the drink station was sticky and also gross. After they finally came to take my order the woman taking my order was rude and short with me. I was tired so I just brushed it off payed and waited it took longer than it should had for one small order and again I brushed it off. I was just glad I had finally got my food I was just exited to eat so I could go home.... until I opened the box. The whole thing was a mess there was barley any meat the bread was soggy and almost all the cheese was melted to the box. I was so frustrated I ate what parts I could stomach got up and left. I don't know if they were having an off day, but if this is a normal day of service for them I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will not be coming back. read more
