Every couple of years we try this location. Every couple of years we are disappointed. We have decided that we need to stop trying - unless there is a change in ownership of this store. We receive advertisements announcing special deals. However, these deals never seem to apply to the Green Valley - even when it specifically states the Green Valley location in the web site/app! If you really want Arby's food, find a different franchise - it may take you a few miles away, but this location is simply not worth a visit. read more

Received by email an Arby's Halloween coupon for a half-off sandwich offer. Coupon listed location of Green Valley store. Went there and was told by staff that they would not honor the coupon. This is consumer fraud called "bait and switch." The "bait" is getting you into the store with the coupon and the "switch" is refusing to honor it with the hope you'll buy something else. It has been a relatively long time since we visited this location.......but really, not long enough. No other customers were in the store, and it also seemed that there were no employees in the store either. I called out twice, then kind of 'drummed' on the counter, and no one came out. I finally got someone's attention who was sitting in the office, and he came and took my order. Our old standby is the Ruben, as most times it is good [this time was no exception. Since we have seen TV ad RE the "Prime Cheesesteak", thought we would try it. Our mistake....worse sandwich that I can ever remember, and I am 79 years old. I decided to stop my here on my way to work. I came in and the place was very very clean. I ordered my favorite from Arby's, their chicken tenders. The employee that took my order was super nice and friendly, and let me know it would be a minute to make them fresh. I got my food super quick and it was quality!!! My wife bought an Arby's Rubin sandwich for her 94 year old mother recently. Her mother lives about a mile and a half away from the restaurant and my mother in law always loved the sandwich after getting her hair done on Wednesday afternoon. So a month ago they drive through the drive through and bought the Rubin. When she returned to my mother in laws apartment and opened the sandwich, it was so dried out to be inedible. My wife prepared her mother another sandwich at home and drove Bach to Arby's in Sahuarita to show how dried out the sandwich was. The manager accused my wife that the sandwich was several hours old in contract to the receipt showing it had been purchased 30 minutes earlier. No apologized was offered for the lousy sandwich. An offer was made to replace it, but my wife had already made her mother another sandwich at home. No offer was made to buy another sandwich free at Arby's was offered. Pure Heaven ~ I've been several times here and we always go out with a big smile! The personnel is always helpful and in good mood. Sometimes I have issues on what to order because I always want everything! So they always seem patient and suggest different options for me. Another thing is that the flavor of every single thing I order is always going to be the same and freshly made. Arby's is kind of expensive but it's totally worth it because everything just tastes like heaven! Simply good quality meat, breads and ingredients. The place is always clean and organized. And they play good music too! This last time I went they had 50's rock and roll and it was such a relaxing and happy experience. This place is totally awesome! Something told me to go that new Culvers down the street, but mother wanted Arbys usually, we passing by heading home to Tubac. I've been eating at Arbys since 1975. I have no complaints about the food, it is always a great experience. Thank you Arbys. Throught my many years frequenting Arbys I can say the staff is well trained, courteous, and professional. Recently, perhaps due to the post pandemic stress I was denied a receipt for my credit card purchase at the time of sale. The regional manager who happened to be at the store promised to Email the receipt same day. Three days later after calling and texting him still no reply and receipt. Upon further inquiry the store manager stated he would not give me a receipt. This experience has left a nasty stain on what I consider to be an impeccable 46 year run. Quality and friendliness of the staff is top-notch. Veronica, the shift manager, was very helpful with two older women who had trouble making up our minds. What we had was excellent and with the coupons, the price was quite appropriate. I was there last week and enjoyed the chicken bacon Swiss.... YUM! This week it was chicken cordon blue with onion rings! Outstanding with even enough for a little leftover for the pups at home. This Arby's had the WORST service. There was an older couple in front of us and they specifically asked which buns had no seeds because the lady had a medical condition where she couldn't have seeds. The cashier was very rude and pushy and told them the Rueben had no seeds. We have been to Arby's a thousand times and know that there are rye seeds in the bread. When it was our turn to order we told the cashier with the manager right behind him that there were seeds in the buns of those and they argued with us saying no there's not. We then went to the older couple and told them to be careful because of the seeds and the older lady said yes I've picked out a bunch so far thank you. We got our food and there's wasn't nearly as much meat as there should've been. If I could've given this Arby's a worse review I would! I went to Arby's this afternoon, which means I traveled across Green Valley to get there because I love their chicken pecan sandwich. Well, when I finally got there I was told they no longer have that because "its seasonal". I'm sorry, when did the season change? I was so very disappointed that they no longer are making this. Culver's line was too long, so went to Arby's, which was dead, as usual. The food is mediocre and overpriced, and I'm surprised they remain open. We ordered $25 worth for only two people and a dog, and at the window discovered no one inside was wearing masks, gloves, or social distancing. I told the young man who took my card he should be wearing a mask. His snotty response was to shrug his shoulders and say "it's not required". My response was to inform him that with the geriatric population of his clientele, it's only common sense to do so. It escalated to include a young woman I assume was the manager who actually leaned out the window to get closer, to intimidate. I am shocked at the utter lack of common courtesy and customer service of these employees, but also at the ignorance of the owner in not providing PPE to employees and demanding they wear it. I would have left if I hadn't already paid. Got home and found an odd sandwich, turkey/cheddar on rye instead of corned beef rueban. I heard employees talking about a mistake on a previous order. I guess they decided I was a good candidate to get rid of it. Tried calling store several times with no response. Went back to the store and talked with manager, David, who had an attitude problem and had bagged up my order. Finally he said he would refund my money. Wouldn't give me a refund receipt. Reason I went was to get the new philly steak sandwich which they said they wouldn't have for 3 days because someone didn't order the right ingredients. Wow! Hope refund shows up on my credit card.
