Roast beef & cheese sandwich with curly fries, anyone?
    Ron L.

It's happened: I've finally been broken in on Arby's. I've heard of `em, now I've finally eaten `em. And it's all right. This Arby's is part of a road stop with Love's, so it's convenient for I-12 travelers. This is why we were stopping; we were on a road trip, and stopped here for lunch. Prices were good, sandwiches were good, space was clean, service was fast-food level. I had beef & cheese, my hunny had just beef, and my girl had chicken tenders. My mother-in-law couldn't finish her roast beef, so I did; oh, the joys of being on a seefood diet. I don't think they have any veggie options; "A sandwich without meat ISN'T." It's not a place like "hey gang, let's all go out to the Arby's out on Railroad". Certainly not a date place. But if you need a quick bite, and you want something besides the usual burger, then this works. And you can also stop in the convenience store next door.

Sloppiest sandwich ever, and the french fries had something in a few of them that tasted like mint or pine. I would advise missing this one.

The line is rarely long no and it moves pretty fast... The food always tastes fresh and the curly fries are hot and crisp!

Best Arby's I've had in years. Fresh meat and buns on French dip and beef n cheddar mid. Generous on meat and Potatoe cakes were crispy.

I walked in expecting a good burger... I walked out questioning why every other burger in my life hasn't been held to this standard. From the jump, the vibe feels like what a small-town Louisiana burger spot should be: warm, welcoming, and buzzing with people who clearly know they're in for something special. You can tell the crew cares -- not just about making food, but about creating a place the community is proud of. I ordered the signature burger, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it's the kind of bite that makes you pause. Perfectly seasoned beef, cooked exactly how I asked, layered with toppings that taste thoughtfully chosen rather than thrown together. The bun held everything like a champ -- soft enough to enjoy, sturdy enough to keep the whole experience tidy. It's the little things, and they nail every one. The fries? Golden, salty, addictive. The kind of fries you keep eating even after you're full because "just one more" somehow becomes ten. What really stood out, though, was the service. Ponchatoula is known for its hospitality, but the folks at Toula Burger take it to another level. Genuine smiles, real conversations, and you can feel the pride they have in what they've built. It's refreshing. To the owners: Y'all created something special here. You've got a spot that feels rooted in community but tastes like it belongs on a national "must-try" list. I'd love to know more about the inspiration behind the menu -- especially what led you to craft a burger that balanced richness and freshness so perfectly. Keep doing what you're doing; the attention to detail shows. I'll absolutely be back -- and I'll be bringing people with me.

Firehouse Subs, hey little PSA!…read more I didn't realize this place was showing such poor management skills and the staff not providing quality orders! I ordered a TURKEY BACON "RANCH" sandwich for lunch, but it wasn't ranch -- more like some kind of honey mustard. I don't have time to come back and get it remade. When I called, they told me they can't do anything unless I bring the sandwich back right now. I said, "I can't do that, and gas isn't free!" They just said, "Oh well, that's our policy." So basically, they can mess up your food and still expect you to pay for it! I'm really tired of places making mistakes and expecting the customer to pay for them. This was at the Hammond location. The sandwich cost $15 and was ruined. Yes, I got frustrated because they kept saying it's their policy. But the policy should be to make sandwiches correctly or at least not inconvenience customers. Then some guy on the phone said he was the manager. When I asked for his name, he started saying this is ridiculous and kept cutting me off. Meanwhile, a girl in the background called someone else and said there was a lady on the phone having a full-on meltdown. I wasn't upset until they got rude to me, cutting me off saying "oh well," and expected me to just drop everything and rush back. They basically told me, "Well, I messed up, and you need to come back to fix it, otherwise you're out of luck." The guy said, "Ma'am, sorry, but we're busy!" When I picked up my order, there were only three customers and three workers there. The management and staff are unprofessional, and it's disappointing to see such poor service. Use to go here all the time and the people there were so polite and knew who i was. Never had this happen before. Really sad

She specifically wanted a burger from an expert Burger establishment and knows this place well and its reputation for great burgers, which is why I'm a bit disappointed to leave this review tbh Long story short, her burger that was ordered medium rare, first comes out basically well done or medium well at best. She is one of those people who would literally eat a raw burger vs an over cooked one, so she is forced to send the over cooked dry burger back asking for once again medium rare. I mentioned to the waitress to that my friend would prefer an under cooked, rather than over cooked burger. so if anything the cook could err on the side of rare. Well he sure did err on the rare side. The burger comes out the 2nd time...and its raw. No way it was even rare. I eat rare burgers, no way I would eat that. Tell me you can't cook a burger without telling me you can't cook a burger. I mean just because you miss the mark cooking it the first time dont compound the problem by sending the next one out wrong in the opposite direction. Great atmosphere and service. Very surprised about the cook being unable to cook the burger to order as requested. Several trips here that have been great so I'm going to be generous here today and give them four stars.
