It's the kind of place where you feel like family, even on your first visit. The meatloaf sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the homemade pickled beets were outstanding. If you love large portions and hot yummy food I highly recommend it if you have time. The only issue I have here is this place NEEDS a proper staff. I really do like the folks they run the joint. But the service is inconsistent at best from visit to visit and even on a slow day with an empty dining space it can take a while to get served. Knowing that we went in today not expecting much more than large tasty portions. We took the whole family as a good bye brunch as my oldest his partner who we're visiting with my grandson. Im not sure what happened today but the single little old lady who runs the front was all over the place. She was polite and professional but you could tell she was overwhelmed. It took quite a while to get menus and waters then quite a while longer than that to get to order. She took the order and then we waited. And waited and waited. As we waited the littles started to devolve. And then, we waited some more. From the moment we sat down to the time food arrived was about an hour and a half. By then the kids were done. My wife was done and I was done. The food was hot. Some under cooked and my meal was missing the main component. That mouth watering and coma inducing pastrami. All said and done it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. No one was happy when we left. And that's a huge bummer. The food here is too good for the experience to be so bad. There were apologies and eventually the owner came out and compensated the entire meal. But that's not a good business model. Will I go back? Absolutely. They could cuss me out and I'd go buy the pastrami even if it fell on the floor. It's that good. But I probably won't ever go back with the kids. They don't have the stamina for it and we really have enough time to truly enjoy it as we would like to.

Now I get to enjoy these dogs and make new memories with my daughter. This was the first time I brought her out to this location. She's a plain Jane and just gets a bacon and cheese dog with fries. I normally go with the two dog special, one with chili and onions and one without. The whole onion on each dog is just too much for me. So this way I scrape half off right onto the other dog. I will always be a fan and come back as long as they are around.

It took a few minutes for our waitress to come over and took our drink order and our food order and it did not take that long for the food to come out and this is where the two star rating comes into play. The hot dogs seem to be overdone and very chewy and it's just not like a typical hotdog. It had burn marks on a flat surface because they cut them open. The buns were extremely spongy and not impressive and the buns are a lot larger than a hotdog. The chili sauce was good as well as the cheese you really can't mess those two things up and the french fries were good as well but being a hotdog place you would imagine having a good quality hotdog and that really is not the case here. Would we stop back here definitely not as there are many many more options in the Hanover area to grab something to eat.

I had lunch at Warehouse Gourmet Bistro & Brewpub and overall enjoyed the food and beer, though…read morethere were a few things that kept the experience from being better. We sat upstairs in the brewpub area. We would have preferred a regular table, but it seemed like they really wanted to seat us at a high-top. I didn't feel like pushing back, so we took it. I assumed maybe they were trying to keep the four-top regular tables open, but by the time we left, the high-tops were full and the regular tables were still empty. Maybe there was a reason for it, but it made the seating feel a little odd. For food, I split the meatball appetizer and the tarragon chicken salad sandwich with another person. Both were good. The meatballs were golf-ball sized and served in a small skillet of marinara with two slices of bread. No complaints on taste or quality. The sandwich was also solid and about what I expected from the menu. That said, the pricing felt a little high for what we got. The sandwich was $14 and did not include a side, and the four-meatball appetizer was also $14. Again, the food was good, but it was definitely on the pricier side. I also had the cream ale and the blonde ale. I don't remember the exact prices, but they seemed in line with the styles and I enjoyed both. My biggest complaint was the 3.99% credit card surcharge. That seems steep, especially at a restaurant where lunch can already add up quickly and most people probably aren't carrying enough cash to cover a full meal. To their credit, there was ample signage about the surcharge, so it was not a surprise at checkout. Still, at this price point, adding nearly 4% for using a card left a bad impression. Without the surcharge, this probably would have been a 4-star experience for me. The food and beer were good, and I did not have any real complaint about the quality. But the surcharge, combined with the slightly odd seating experience and higher prices, brings the overall visit down to 3 stars. Overall, I'd consider going back, but the seating experience and credit card surcharge would make me think twice.

I didn't get any drinks, but my friends really enjoyed the beers here. Food was not the best. I personally enjoyed my coconut curry chicken, but my friends weren't impressed with their food, notably the sourdough bread on the sandwiches and the chicken pot pie being particularly unimpressive. If you come, stay clear of the sourdough and pot pie but the beer is good!

This is our 2nd visit in 3 days, we absolutely love the Italian Sub & Ham and Cheese Sub. The Sub Roll is perfect (They make their breads fresh daily here) ! The meats and cheeses along with a nice selection of toppings are all so very fresh and flavorful ! We can't wait to try some of their Paninis and Breakfast Sandwiches . They look amazing ! The menu offers a very nice selection of sandwiches and salad's .... The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and seem to really have a passion for their job . Service is outstanding, they make your selections fresh The interior is very welcoming and spotless, they do have a very heartwarming board on a side wall that folks and local business has pre-paid for food for those in need, awesome ! Inside the shop you can sit in between Five Loaves and Deja Brew Coffee Shop & Bakery. It's a must stop on the Bakery side, so many amazing pastries, cake, muffins and the list goes on We highly recommend supporting this small business

Today's was one star, bread was so burnt I thought I'd gotten the wrong bread when I unwrapped it. Looks NOTHING like their usual sub rolls. Was also weird plastic thin strips in it. Was a sad sandwich and took a long time to make. Seems like today was not their day. It'll be a while before I try again. Was over 15$ for sandwich chips and drink where sandwich was hard to eat just tasted like burnt dry bread.

And then in time and age where people are putting all kinds of random things in your food I fully trust this place to not only give me something delicious, but also give me something that's not going to make me regret it later. We got two different kinds of pizzas, mozzarella sticks and wings. Everything was delicious and hot and the people serving it at the counter was friendly and fast. I didn't get any desserts this time, but the dessert case look like they had some pretty tasty desserts. I have heard that their cannolis are to die for! Also, there was seating inside, so if you wanted to get a pizza and eat inside, this is a place to go.

Jerry & Sal's are no longer located in the mall as the mall is condemned…read more They are now located where Schultz's Deli used to be on the corner across from the Utz Outlet. You can't miss their location with plenty of parking and their digital sign. When you walk in the entrance of the restaurant on the right hand side is a table with a bunch of different photos over the years that almost pay a tribute to the owner and co-owner and family and it really gives you a good perspective as to how they started in business. On the left side of the wall, there is a copy of an old newspaper article which was very interesting to read and a few other photos. 5-Stars is given for how well maintained & clean the inside of the restaurant is and the abundant seating for guests. 5-Stars is also given for presentation of the various pizza they offer in the glass cases as well as a few other items and they also have a glass case featuring what looks to be different types of dinners. Now onto the customer service experience, if I could give 10-Stars instead of 5-Stars I would in a second. When I went up to the counter, there was a young lady who cheerfully greeted me and asked if I had any questions and what I would like to order, I did have a few questions and she was able to give me an answer immediately, and that was extremely helpful and as I sat waiting for my pizza to be finished, I've seen other staff members interact with customers in a very friendly, welcoming and professional manner and let's just say you don't see that too often these days so whatever they're doing there for customer service they're doing it the right way and I applaud them for that. Now let's visit the pizza..... I ordered a large square pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni and mushroom and also one slice of their normal round pizza without any toppings. I am really trying to find a silver lining in the square pizza, but I'm having a hard time and the reason why is the pizza seemed somewhat undercooked regarding the crust in the dough, when we took a few slices out and started to eat them. The base of the dough was finished. It had a real slight browning to it, which is a good sign, and the dough had somewhat of arise in it, but there was a layer in there that it just did not look cooked, and the toppings were on the money and the crust had a crunch to it, which is nice. The sauce or the marinated mushrooms something had somewhat of a spicy bite to it, and I understand that every pizza shop makes their sauce differently and that could be attributed to the past on recipe for many many years ago. But each slice felt sloppy it felt weak and soggy. If that's the words to use for it it wasn't a piece that you would pick up and it would be solid. These pieces drooped over immediately. So this is where I have to give it 3.5-Stars. And onto the slice of pizza, which was plain cheese pizza it seemed OK but it just was not there. Would we go back and try some other food there? Definitely, we will definitely go back and try one of their subs and possibly one of their specialty salads and as far as the pizza goes unfortunately I'm not a fan.
