    Crispy Chicken Sandwich
    Dee G.

I went maybe around 9:30 pm one car was waiting and when I went to order my food it took maybe 20 mins. The older lady couldn't not hear me and she didn't even know what the items were named I had to give her the numbers. Then we got the food the fries tasted old and were cold. There were only 3 mozzarella sticks. But the taste was not bad. The chicken nuggets were dry and barely any chicken under the breading. I actually enjoyed the chicken sandwich no complaints. Overall more things were a miss.

Stopped in to Arby's today with an app order for their promotion giving away a sandwich a week in the month of April. So to start off, let's be real about what this is, it's Arby's. It's not a Michelin star restaurant; it's fast food, so your expectations have to be tempered to begin with. So now that that's out of the way, let's go. I came in after placing an online order. Checked in with the employee only to find out that I didn't complete the order: Arby's doesn't keep your card info on file in the app so I thought I sent the order in and paid but I hadn't. So I quickly rectified the oversight and placed the order. The employee who had helped me initially quickly acknowledged that the order had come in and they were working it. The employee was very professional and had great customer service. The order was simple, a giant beef and cheddar and a Barqs root beer. The sandwich was hot, juicy and cheesy. And I must say, it was pretty good, you know, for fast food. The establishment was clean, it was busy in the drive thru and had several dine in customers as well. While the food isn't spectacular, as I didn't expect it to be, it was good and it was tasty. It was hot and fresh and the employee was a downright pleasure to be served by. While I think Arby's may get a bad rap, this particular visit dispels any issues that I may have previously had with Arby's. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Stopping in today for a roast beef sandwich and a turnover. Happily surprised about the promotion of 2 sandwiches for 6. With the horseradish sauce and Arby's sauce...they were very good. The turnovers were very flaky with cherry filling and icing on top. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very efficient and helpful...they even warmed my turnover!

10 minute wait as only person at drive through. Mayonnaise or something all over food box and inside too I ordered a 9 piece wings with crinkle fries and I got 7 wings over drenched in sauce. This restaurant is in a zip code where higher service is standard and this place has been dropping that for years. So sad because this could be the #1 fast food in the area. Maybe the owners should watch the cameras more and offer more than $10 an hour to employee so i dont have to juat throw away my food when i get home.

Roast beef and the jalapeño roast beef slider. Notice the jalapeño shavings. Has a nice kick!

I just looked at the store rating and was surprised to see it less than 2 stars. It made me nervous since I already ordered and sat down. But after reading the reviews, you see some reviews of people that just complain when things don't go their way. Others were about the drive thru. Well my experience was a pleasant one. I decided to dine in, which I wasn't sure arbys did. Some fast food restaurants have stopped dine in I believe due to staffing issues. I ordered what I usually do. I'm a creature of habit. I enjoy the roast beef jalapeño sliders. Not sure where you get the jalapeño from, but they always have quite the kick. Just do note that the jalapeño are shavings, and not the traditional round slice. I think that compliments the roast beef well. Then to my surprise, Arbys offers crinkle cut fries now. I love crinkle cut. The rings were always ok, but never really liked them. Food was hot, dining room was very clean and quiet. This afternoon lunch spot I can just say was spot on.

i came to this arby's with my brother and his friend, and they ordered the meat mountain. they got one to split, but they loved it so much, that they got another one...it was absurd. i got the greek gyro and it was okay. the workers were nice and the dining area and bathrooms were clean, but the little sauce cups were out of stock. no worries, good experience !

The 16 minute wait for 4 roast beef sandwiches is unacceptable.

THIS ARBY'S NEEDS SOME MILK! No joke - been waiting 10 minutes. I decided to write a review as I'm waiting. Order already placed, waiting on car in front of me. WTF? Did they need to slaughter the cow in the back? How is this taking so long? Okay ... Yay, I get to pull up and see the window. Dang - 4 beef & cheddar sandwiches should not be this long of a wait. Okay, should (after waiting 12 minutes) just be able to pay, get my food & go. Closes my Yelp app, as I'm waiting - I'll come back to the review. Opens Yelp app back up... Oh no, another 4 minute wait! Lord help these folks. I'm about to have a low blood sugar episode. All together we had a 16 minute wait. This Arby's is ALWAYS sad like that. The management needs to get it together. I get it tho, in Biden's America you have to scrape the bottom of the barrel to get employees.

My husband wanted to try an advertised special sandwich, so we gave this Arby's drive thru a try. What a mistake! First, the drive thru line took about 10 minutes from speaker to window. Okay. I can live with this, except after I paid i was asked to pull around to the front to wait for my food. Frustrating but okay, benefit of the doubt because COVID yada yada. I pulled around front and waited another 10 minutes give or take. A team member came out, handed me 2 bags and left immediately. As I always do I looked inside to check the order. Unfortunately they did not provide the Beef n Cheddar that I ordered. Okay, easy to fix by going inside and asking for them to make it right, except they are drive thru only due to COVID. My only option is go back to the drive thru line while my food gets cold or call and ask to be refunded for the sandwich. I chose the phone call. First call attempt, an employee answers, I explain there was a missing item and I waited a refund. He hung up on me. Okay, maybe it was an accident, right? I try several times and the phone rings out of service. After 5 attempts someone answers again and hangs up without acknowledgment. Clearly they have caller ID and have no interest in making the situation right. So there it is folks. I do not recommend this Arby's location at all.

Hubby just got off work and was getting hungry so we started searching for a place to eat and found this place. What a hidden gem!!! I wish I could keep this place my little secret but it's too good to keep. The food is FANTASTIC! You can feel the love that was put into the food here. It's hard to find a place whose food reminds me of my dad's cooking. My dad was the BEST chef in the world!! It's hard to find anyone who could come close. Chef Larry, did just that!! His food brought me back to my childhood. If you are looking for a taste of comfort, look no further...this is the spot. We ordered the Smokin Luau, which was a little bit of everything. All the items were on point!! Chicken lumpia...whaaa?? There's not too many people who serve chicken lumpia!!! This alone is a win! The pancit was yummy, chicken Katsu, oh my! Bbq Pork...I don't even eat pork but I did today AND that's what brought me back to my childhood. It was such a good memory. This will probably be the only place I will eat pork, it's that good!! The service was great! We came on the 2nd year anniversary...we got free cake!! That was a bonus!! The ambiance was cozy and pleasant. Very comfortable and just felt like home. The people serving and cooking were all very nice. If you're looking for great food, a comforting atmosphere, and fabulous service, you gotta check this place out!! We'll definitely be back, it's worth the 30 minute drive.

The second day I had to come back and try the pastrami bowl with double pancit and lumpia (the lumpia and sauce not pictured on the pastrami bowl cause I took it to-go so it was in the bag). Both of the bowls tasted AMAZING!! The brisket was soft and juicy, and the pastrami was also tender and flavorful. They were both so good. The pancit in the bowls also tastes amazing. Probably the best tasting pancit so far in Vegas. The concept here of BBQ and Filipino food was such a good idea. I love that the portions are very generous! It's definitely worth the price. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the food items on their menu. The guy at the front taking orders was also very sweet and kind. I highly recommend this place if you haven't been. Maybe there will be at a later date, but for now these are some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. For starters, this place is super easy to find right off of St. Rose parkway. Pretty easy to get in and out, and there's plenty of parking space. First thing you will notice is there is an outdoor eating area, which would be great when the weather isn't as hot as it was. And that makes a great dining option. When you walk in the place is fairly dimly lit, which adds a really cool ambiance to it. On the walls are beautiful. Beautiful hand-painted murals, and everything is definitely cannabis themed. Ordering was super simple, they had big TV menus above the ordering area and of course the staff, which is super friendly and fun, makes it a super pleasurable ordering experience. I got the ak-47 which I thought was very funny. All the sandwiches are themed, I'm not going to give away too many spoilers but you're going to have to go and check it out. The AK-47 only is roast beef with horseradish bunch and all kinds of fixings. I have to say this is one of the greatest sandwiches I have had in a very long time. In a world of subways, Jimmy John's, and Jersey Mike's, it's nice to find a one-off sandwich shop that delivers flavor, atmosphere, and great service. Bottom line? I will definitely be going back to cheba Hut again. It was a perfect combination of high quality food, attentive wait staff, and a very cool environment. Even if you are not an enthusiast of the Sweet leaf, this is definitely a place for you to go and get a sandwich that will blow your mind.

The bad news is the rest of the sandwich was disappointing. I ordered the turkey and salami on sourdough. For my toppings I got tomato, onion, pickle, mayo, oil and red wine vinegar. After all it was Friday and I can always eat some good soup with a decent sandwich. I tried the soup first. It was so not hot that it was thick like paste! It was extremely salty and had a very bad fishy taste from the clams. Almost where I wonder if they were spoiled. I threw the remainder away. As I unwrapped the sandwich, I had to look back at my order to see if I ordered the kids size or something. Not only did it appear small in length, but there was hardly any meat on the sandwich. As you can see from the pictures, the turkey is barely even an ingredient at this point. Such a sad excuse for a sandwhich. Like I said though, the sourdough bread itself is great. Everything else, not so much. Such a shame. I was really looking forward to having a nice fresh sandwich shop close by.
