I went maybe around 9:30 pm one car was waiting and when I went to order my food it took maybe 20 mins. The older lady couldn't not hear me and she didn't even know what the items were named I had to give her the numbers. Then we got the food the fries tasted old and were cold. There were only 3 mozzarella sticks. But the taste was not bad. The chicken nuggets were dry and barely any chicken under the breading. I actually enjoyed the chicken sandwich no complaints. Stopped in to Arby's today with an app order for their promotion giving away a sandwich a week in the month of April. So to start off, let's be real about what this is, it's Arby's. It's not a Michelin star restaurant; it's fast food, so your expectations have to be tempered to begin with. So now that that's out of the way, let's go. I came in after placing an online order. Checked in with the employee only to find out that I didn't complete the order: Arby's doesn't keep your card info on file in the app so I thought I sent the order in and paid but I hadn't. So I quickly rectified the oversight and placed the order. The employee who had helped me initially quickly acknowledged that the order had come in and they were working it. The employee was very professional and had great customer service. The order was simple, a giant beef and cheddar and a Barqs root beer. The sandwich was hot, juicy and cheesy. And I must say, it was pretty good, you know, for fast food. The establishment was clean, it was busy in the drive thru and had several dine in customers as well. While the food isn't spectacular, as I didn't expect it to be, it was good and it was tasty. It was hot and fresh and the employee was a downright pleasure to be served by. While I think Arby's may get a bad rap, this particular visit dispels any issues that I may have previously had with Arby's. Overall, it was a very good experience. read more

Stopping in today for a roast beef sandwich and a turnover. Happily surprised about the promotion of 2 sandwiches for 6. With the horseradish sauce and Arby's sauce...they were very good. Placed order for 2 classic double meals with large crinkle fries crispy and curly fry 2 large drinks 2 pies, 1 grilled Rueben. I get home and have 2 small plain roast beef fries undercooked 2 sodas no sauce no cheese no Rueben no receipt bill was $39.16 I call Arby's manager named Nikki apologize n offers to replace the order or refund. I said I will come by next day. She said she was off but ask for jack the daytime manager in her place. Went by and met with manager named Danielle she told me that no receipt nothing she can do. Ordered a fish sandwich online. Went to pick up when it was ready and was told they don't have the fish until after 5pm. So I waited another 30 minutes and when it was 5pm or thereafter, they told me the person will arrive with the fish in about another 30 minutes! Where could they be coming from, this city isn't that large? I tried to get a refund but all they could do is give me a phone number to call!! Food great, service rude. I ordered two half pound #2's. At the window once handed my bag I asked for Arby's sauce. The lady said she already put it in and horseradish sauce. I looked and she did infact do as she said however I wanted more Arby's sauce so I waited for the original gal at the window who took payment to open the window and I kindly asked for more. 10 minute wait as only person at drive through. Mayonnaise or something all over food box and inside too I ordered a 9 piece wings with crinkle fries and I got 7 wings over drenched in sauce. This restaurant is in a zip code where higher service is standard and this place has been dropping that for years. So sad because this could be the #1 fast food in the area. I just looked at the store rating and was surprised to see it less than 2 stars. It made me nervous since I already ordered and sat down. But after reading the reviews, you see some reviews of people that just complain when things don't go their way. Others were about the drive thru. Well my experience was a pleasant one. I decided to dine in, which I wasn't sure arbys did. Some fast food restaurants have stopped dine in I believe due to staffing issues. I ordered what I usually do. I'm a creature of habit. I enjoy the roast beef jalapeño sliders. Not sure where you get the jalapeño from, but they always have quite the kick. Just do note that the jalapeño are shavings, and not the traditional round slice. I think that compliments the roast beef well. Then to my surprise, Arbys offers crinkle cut fries now. I love crinkle cut. The rings were always ok, but never really liked them. Food was hot, dining room was very clean and quiet. This afternoon lunch spot I can just say was spot on. read more

My husband wanted to try an advertised special sandwich, so we gave this Arby's drive thru a try. What a mistake! First, the drive thru line took about 10 minutes from speaker to window. Okay. I can live with this, except after I paid i was asked to pull around to the front to wait for my food. Frustrating but okay, benefit of the doubt because COVID yada yada. I pulled around front and waited another 10 minutes give or take. A team member came out, handed me 2 bags and left immediately. As I always do I looked inside to check the order. Unfortunately they did not provide the Beef n Cheddar that I ordered. Okay, easy to fix by going inside and asking for them to make it right, except they are drive thru only due to COVID. My only option is go back to the drive thru line while my food gets cold or call and ask to be refunded for the sandwich. I chose the phone call. First call attempt, an employee answers, I explain there was a missing item and I waited a refund. He hung up on me. Okay, maybe it was an accident, right? I try several times and the phone rings out of service. After 5 attempts someone answers again and hangs up without acknowledgment. Clearly they have caller ID and have no interest in making the situation right. So there it is folks. I do not recommend this Arby's location at all. read more

The Eastern @ Coronado Center Arby's.    To me it is the little things in life that make me happy. It's the little things like a tasty fast food meal. When it comes to the little things the Arby's Beef & Cheddar double roast beef  portion is anything but little.    Arby's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Growing up in Long Island, I didn't realize how much I appreciated Arby's until they left the island in the early 1990s. Over the years since Arby's left Long Island they had streamlined their menu and consequently got rid of sandwiches that I relished such as the Super Roast Beef Sandwich and the cheeseburger that was as delicious as a diner burger. With Arby's close by in Henderson, my goto Arby's sandwich has been the Beef & Cheddar. It is a simple sandwich featuring that unique Arby's Roast Beef loaded with Cheddar cheese and the optional Arby's sauce. It comes in three sizes: medium, double, and half. From experience I have learned that the half portion is messy and running close to full service restaurant prices as a meal. This time, I ordered the Beef & Cheddar meal double size. It was a fast food masterpiece that melted in my mouth instead of on my hands (please see the picture below). Complimenting the large sandwich were the tasty Arby's fries that are so good that they are a popular seller in the frozen foods aisle. With the food, I enjoyed a Coke. The value meal came out to $10.50 after taxes.    I am no stranger to this Arby's. When I moved to Henderson in 2004, there were frequent visits here in late 2004 and early 2005 when the Equestrian at Eastern was our residence. Dining here during Phase Two of the Coronavirus era, brought back memories of enjoying the same mouth watering Beef & Cheddar while reading a printed edition of the Las Vegas Review-Journal while holding a Nokia soap box phone. In fifteen years (Wow! Time flies by fast) this dining room has not changed. It looks identical to 2005 when Seafood City was a Super Kmart and Albertson's was across the street. What also hasn't changed is the deliciousness of the Beef & Cheddar with the curly Fries. It is this deliciousness that has made Arby's one of my favorite fast food restaurants. read more

I ordered my food paid for my food and the kid tells me to pull around to the front .First of all there was nobody behind me ..secondly we all know why you want people to pull forward it's so the timer in the drive thru stops and your speed of service looks good .. everyone knows when you have to pull to the front it always takes longer to get your food .. it's called a drive thru not drive thru and park In front . I simply told the kid no I'm not pulling around and parking in front of the doors to wait for my food I need to be at work . Lisa slams the window again yells at me give me your debit card after the refund she tells me to get off HER property and She threatens to call the police while all the workers inside watching and laughing and making threatening Gestures trying to provoke Violence!!! this is totally unacceptable I was discriminated against I was harassed I was threatened and Lisa the manager needs to be fired she's setting a bad example for all the crewmembers she has no control over her temper and should not be dealing with the public whatsoever Shame on you arbeys for letting a person like that be in a position of Authority I will never come back to this location and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family about the kind of people you have working at your location on Eastern and Horizon Ridge and the treatment I received because I refused to pull forward.. We ate at this Arbys and were very surprised that since the reviews were so low if our food would be decent. But as an Elite yelper I think it is my duty to give individuals out there my best. The store is very clean besides some extra cleaning need do in the bathrooms, and the lobby was average clean . No dirt on tables or anything or litter. There was very little customers in lobby. We had slider roast beefs , French dip, and potato cakes. The individual that took our order was the manager and he was extremely nice and fulfilled the order completely the way I ordered it. He only forgot the side red ranch sauce but we are all human. The food was so amazing the roast beef was hot and just right, and the potato cakes were well done too , but I find that Arbys always under cooks them . The sauce for the French dip was brown and hazy and not clear brown like normal so this has changed. Probably for the bad, but a lot business have to get corners so as long not with roast beef its fine. read more

Always slow. We only come here for the deals when we're craving their roast beef. That's what happens when you eat a place enough times even if the food is mediocre. The Arby's sauce is addicting and unfortunately, this is the closest Arby's to our house. There's rarely a wait which is great considering how long the take to get you your food or even take your order. I really try to avoid this place, but sometimes, you just need your fix. read more

Arby's roast beef and curly fries are delicious, however; my Sevice was horrible!! Lady sounded in her 30's-40's at order speaker was very unwelcoming and with a very unwelcome tone!! She also was rushing me profusely to order and there wasn't even a car behind me! When I got the the window a young man opened the window and didn't say hi, hello or anything and just took my debit card swiped it and handed it back still without a word!! He handed my food to me and I was surprised to get a "Have a good day.", only after I said thank you first after he handed my food to me. This was a ghetto experience to say the least and I am willing to spend and extra 20mins to try the new one on Horizon Ridge to avoid this awful experience! read more

Arby's is one of my family's favorite fast food spots. It's a personal preference thing and this is what we all prefer. It's the same at most Arby's and we like that. We do have a gripe about this Arby's though. We bought five sandwiches and the buns were stale on ever single one of them. Not just a little stale but practically brittle. Since we got take out and didn't eat them until we got home 20 minutes later, we couldn't take them back and just had to suffer through them. Well I keep trying and it doesn't get any better. I had to send back three things today that they got wrong. The roast beef sandwich had two pieces of meat and it looked green. No lie the buffalo chicken sandwich wasn't even in the bag and then when they put it in the bag it was wrong. They didn't give me my sauces. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing. So maybe they were new in Learning however the green meat and the two pieces of meat was just wrong and I pointed it out to them and they just shrugged. read more

Anyone giving this location more than one star must be an Arby's employee. We were the only customers in the store. Placed a simple order. Not only did the girl have to ask me again for each item I ordered, including the size of my fries, but they managed to screw up the sandwich and proceeded to discuss it among each other for 10 minutes before making the correct sandwich. Either it's a training center or an employer for people from Fifty First Dates. Horrible, horrible service. Don't even bother. It's faster to go out and kill your own cow if you're hungry. read more

Very disappointing! I remember a time when you went to Arby's and the bin was fresh and the Roast Beef was moist and juicy. Didn't matter if you were in Grand Junction, Co. or Lebanon, Ohio. I was at this location a couple of weeks ago and the Beef was dry and tasteless, I was hoping it was just a bad day. However, I gave them another chance today and I got they same results. First time visiting Arby's and let me just say I was one of those complicated customers in drive thru and they didn't make me feel like I was annoying them at all lol. Our 4 sandwiches were good. Their mozzarella sticks are bomb. Their onion rings are now my favorite from a fast food place, sad that it came in large box with only 5 onion rings but I guess that's how they sale them,,,Because better believe I asked at the window why the box was half full haha.
