Stopped in to Arby's today with an app order for their promotion giving away a sandwich a week in the month of April. So to start off, let's be real about what this is, it's Arby's. It's not a Michelin star restaurant; it's fast food, so your expectations have to be tempered to begin with. So now that that's out of the way, let's go. I came in after placing an online order. Checked in with the employee only to find out that I didn't complete the order: Arby's doesn't keep your card info on file in the app so I thought I sent the order in and paid but I hadn't. So I quickly rectified the oversight and placed the order. The employee who had helped me initially quickly acknowledged that the order had come in and they were working it. The employee was very professional and had great customer service. The order was simple, a giant beef and cheddar and a Barqs root beer. The sandwich was hot, juicy and cheesy. And I must say, it was pretty good, you know, for fast food. The establishment was clean, it was busy in the drive thru and had several dine in customers as well. While the food isn't spectacular, as I didn't expect it to be, it was good and it was tasty. It was hot and fresh and the employee was a downright pleasure to be served by. While I think Arby's may get a bad rap, this particular visit dispels any issues that I may have previously had with Arby's. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Stopping in today for a roast beef sandwich and a turnover. Happily surprised about the promotion of 2 sandwiches for 6. With the horseradish sauce and Arby's sauce...they were very good. The turnovers were very flaky with cherry filling and icing on top. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very efficient and helpful...they even warmed my turnover!

10 minute wait as only person at drive through. Mayonnaise or something all over food box and inside too I ordered a 9 piece wings with crinkle fries and I got 7 wings over drenched in sauce. This restaurant is in a zip code where higher service is standard and this place has been dropping that for years. So sad because this could be the #1 fast food in the area. Maybe the owners should watch the cameras more and offer more than $10 an hour to employee so i dont have to juat throw away my food when i get home.

Roast beef and the jalapeño roast beef slider. Notice the jalapeño shavings. Has a nice kick!

I just looked at the store rating and was surprised to see it less than 2 stars. It made me nervous since I already ordered and sat down. But after reading the reviews, you see some reviews of people that just complain when things don't go their way. Others were about the drive thru. Well my experience was a pleasant one. I decided to dine in, which I wasn't sure arbys did. Some fast food restaurants have stopped dine in I believe due to staffing issues. I ordered what I usually do. I'm a creature of habit. I enjoy the roast beef jalapeño sliders. Not sure where you get the jalapeño from, but they always have quite the kick. Just do note that the jalapeño are shavings, and not the traditional round slice. I think that compliments the roast beef well. Then to my surprise, Arbys offers crinkle cut fries now. I love crinkle cut. The rings were always ok, but never really liked them. Food was hot, dining room was very clean and quiet. This afternoon lunch spot I can just say was spot on.

i came to this arby's with my brother and his friend, and they ordered the meat mountain. they got one to split, but they loved it so much, that they got another one...it was absurd. i got the greek gyro and it was okay. the workers were nice and the dining area and bathrooms were clean, but the little sauce cups were out of stock. no worries, good experience !

The 16 minute wait for 4 roast beef sandwiches is unacceptable.

THIS ARBY'S NEEDS SOME MILK! No joke - been waiting 10 minutes. I decided to write a review as I'm waiting. Order already placed, waiting on car in front of me. WTF? Did they need to slaughter the cow in the back? How is this taking so long? Okay ... Yay, I get to pull up and see the window. Dang - 4 beef & cheddar sandwiches should not be this long of a wait. Okay, should (after waiting 12 minutes) just be able to pay, get my food & go. Closes my Yelp app, as I'm waiting - I'll come back to the review. Opens Yelp app back up... Oh no, another 4 minute wait! Lord help these folks. I'm about to have a low blood sugar episode. All together we had a 16 minute wait. This Arby's is ALWAYS sad like that. The management needs to get it together. I get it tho, in Biden's America you have to scrape the bottom of the barrel to get employees.

My husband wanted to try an advertised special sandwich, so we gave this Arby's drive thru a try. What a mistake! First, the drive thru line took about 10 minutes from speaker to window. Okay. I can live with this, except after I paid i was asked to pull around to the front to wait for my food. Frustrating but okay, benefit of the doubt because COVID yada yada. I pulled around front and waited another 10 minutes give or take. A team member came out, handed me 2 bags and left immediately. As I always do I looked inside to check the order. Unfortunately they did not provide the Beef n Cheddar that I ordered. Okay, easy to fix by going inside and asking for them to make it right, except they are drive thru only due to COVID. My only option is go back to the drive thru line while my food gets cold or call and ask to be refunded for the sandwich. I chose the phone call. First call attempt, an employee answers, I explain there was a missing item and I waited a refund. He hung up on me. Okay, maybe it was an accident, right? I try several times and the phone rings out of service. After 5 attempts someone answers again and hangs up without acknowledgment. Clearly they have caller ID and have no interest in making the situation right. So there it is folks. I do not recommend this Arby's location at all.

What a joke. Highest fast food out there and won't offer the $5 meal. How they are still in business is a mystery.

The chicken Caesar is their signature sandwich and super happy we chose it. It came with a mini salad on the side. The sandwich came with the chicken Caesar itself and chili crisps on top. They weren't spicy. It was the perfect size for us to split. There's a couple tables inside to eat and a few outside as well. The line got really long at 12:30 and we just made it before the rush. I know something is legit good, when I try it once, fantasize about how good it was, then come back again, and it's EQUALLY as good as the first time. After trying this spot the first time, I came back 2 more times within a week. The price be a bit steep at $16-$17 a sub sandwich. I usually can only finish a 6 inch off of a footlong subway sandwich. But here, imma eat all of it cuz it's so damn good. Chicken- 5/5. I make sure to only order if I can eat it on the spot to avoid the salad from getting soggy. Flavor is soooo good. Deli- 5/5. Might not be the same as an Italian sub, but, it's still super good. Beef- 5/5. I like this one a lot. Sometimes they be inconsistent with the pickles onions, which balances out the meats. The potato sticks loses its crunch if you eat it after leaving it in the fridge for 8 hours so best to eat it within a few hours max. I'm usually a huge fan of tuna sandwich and have yet to try it out. Same with caprese. Lines can look a bit intimidating and definitely recommend ordering for pickup, which is the quickest way. I'm also a sucker for French baguette. And man, they have mastered the bread as well. Oh, also their dressing for the salad. I dunno what the heck it's made of, but it's a cross between poppy seed dressing with the sweetness combined with a slight mustard/vinaigrette flavor. Hope they open more locations in other parts of town. Also, the cashier wears this beret and seriously his outfit and vibe looks like a "golden boy." I don't even know what that means but, if there was a photo of a golden boy, his hat and outfit fits the vibe.

Okay, let me tell you something. I just had one of those life-changing meals. I mean, everything…read morelooked good, but I really did not know what to expect. It smelled heavenly, but the real magic happened when I put the fork in the bunch! Smokin' Sammich Is one of those places that's tucked in the back of a shopping center. But I'm telling you right here and now it is absolutely worth the hunt! I had read about this place online, saw some Instagram posts about it and decided it was about time for me to try it for myself. This is not one of those quick little snack places, this is when you are seriously hungry and need something to keep the wolf from the door. Everything looked so amazing on the menu, I really didn't know what to do. I opted for the bowl with noodles and rice, brisket, I paid extra to have the side of grilled pork belly, and it also came with a couple of egg rolls. I jumped into the egg rolls first, they were so good. At first I was a little put off because they seem so small, but in this case big things come in small packages! Packages! And the dipping sauce for the rolls, top notch! I had to use a lot of restraint, because I wanted to dig right in, but I wanted to taste the meat on its own, as that is the mark of a really good barbecue. I'll just say this, I would put this meat up against anyone in a competition! The brisket was fall apart tender, had great bark on it, and had just the right amount of smoke. It was still moist, and so flavorful. The pork belly was absolutely amazing. Like the brisket had great bark on it but was tender, and juicy on the inside. All I could think about while I was eating it was how awesome it would be on a cheeseburger. Let's talk about the rice and noodles. Most bowls use rice and or noodles as an afterthought. More of just a base to lay the meat on. Not this place. The rice was some of the best I've ever had. Had just the right amount of stickiness, and definitely tasted like it was just fresh cooked then and there. Same thing with the noodles. Absolutely flavorful and a great side dish. Okay, let's talk sauce. I brought home some of the spicy barbecue, as I like a little bit of heat with my sauce. And this one delivers in spades! Super delicious. Had just the right amount of heat at the back of my throat, and really complimented the meat without overpowering it. You could put this on the pork belly, the brisket or an old shoe.. anything would taste good with this sauce! Since I had rice, I knew I was going to want some of their teriyaki sauce. Wow! Just wow! You can tell this is not out of a jug from Costco. This stuff is homemade right there! Much like the spicy barbecue sauce, this had a little bit of a surprise kick to it. Definitely not overpowering and was an absolute joy to put on the rice and the noodles! Bottom line? This is going to be my go-to sandwich place for the rest of my life. I cannot wait to go back and try everything on the menu at least once. If you were ever in the area and you didn't stop by to get something here, then shame on you!

It's a casual restaurant, and it was quiet inside. I would definitely recommend trying out trying Smokin Sammich if you like BBQ, or Asian fusion food! Hats off again to the staff and their friendly customer service. You were awesome!
