I use to come here quite a bit when I had supplemental at Kennesaw State. Its basically across from the school. Its also at the busy intersection where I-575, N-75 and god knows where else....all come together. I went to this Arby's to grab dinner before going to class at Kennesaw State. Unfortunately, they were so slow and took so long that I had to leave without any food. I ended up, barely making class and didn't get to eat until 9 PM that night. I understand that it can be hard to staff, but when you are a fast food establishment, the food needs to be relatively fast. read more

A friend and I stopped by this Arby's minutes before the restaurant was closing for the night. Staff was cleaning up and looked tired, but they still had a good attitude and were friendly and welcoming to us. I saw an advertisement for their special Super Reuben, so I decided to order one of those. I knew I'd probably like it since I've tried and am a fan of most of the chain's Market Fresh deli-style sandwiches, including the regular Reuben. I should've asked what the difference between the Super Reuben and the regular Reuben was. I thought the Super Reuben might have several new ingredients or a special sauce. The only difference was the Super Reuben had sliced turkey on top of the carved corn beef. That's it. Oh well. They should've just named it the Reuben plus Turkey or something. I prefer the regular Reuben. The Super was still good, though. The two meats were piled high with Swiss cheese, fresh sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing. It was packed with flavor. The sandwich was made to order and the portion size was huge (and filling). Curly fries are always a must at any Arby's. Those deep-fried suckers are so crispy and tasty. I like adding the smoky and tangy Arby's Sauce (BBQ sauce) to mine. This location was spacious and clean, inside and out (parking lot). read more

Not sure why the bad reviews but I went to this location tonight and recieved fantastic service. The manager was working the front counter and helping clean the restaurant for closing the inside. The Roastbeef was very juicy and the fries were cooked fresh. The restaurant was very clean and well kept up. Will definitely return to this one, there is another one in the area but I cant eat there because it smells old and moldy. read more

Ordered from this store on grubhub. Probably one of the worst delivery experiences ever. The fish sandwich and the milkshake were not included. The dressing for the salad was not included. like I said in my tip, this arby's is one of the nicer looking arby's in atlanta. both the exterior and interior is clean and well kept. not sure if that's consistent here since I've only been here twice. speaking from the two times I've visited this arby's, I can say that the customer service here is very friendly. you would think staff would be ksu students since that's what most of the fast-food type of restaurants tend to have as employees, but this location is not the case. the staff range from different age groups and are friendly. the interior of this arby's is very spacious and open. there's 2 big flat screen lcd televisions that hang in the center of the dining room. they even offer free wifi with no password required. overall, this location is a solid place to dine at if you're in the area and looking for something fast and cheap. read more

Worst drive-thru customer service I've ever experienced. After being cut off mid-way through my order, I then sat at the window for what felt like an eternity and literally no one came to the window. I eventually drove off and had to go to another restaurant. 10/ 10 would not recommend. read more

I eat her occasionally but this evening was my first negative experience. I got a coke and it tasted like syrup. I asked the young man to change it to a Sprite which he did politely. He then poured out the coke and used the same cup to get ice and fill it up with Sprite. When he handed me the cup the lid was not on and spilled all in my car. I do not blame him, he has not been taught well. I got home with the food. The fries were so hard my dogs would not eat them and the bread on the sandwich was hard. My suggestion is to go during the day if you want to get an edible meal. read more

We stopped at this Arbys for a quick lunch off the interstate and were very pleased. It had a very spacious seating area that was well-kept and clean. There was even a tree in the dining area, which was a pleasant addition. Our cashier Ashley was new and in training, and she did a great job making suggestions and helping us with our order. The food came out very quickly. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I was not pleased with the cheddar pretzel bites I ordered. It is advertised as fresh, though it tasted like it had been frozen and thrown in a microwave. Everything else we ordered was tasty, though. read more

Like 10 minutes ago, I was pulling up to the drive thru & I saw the guy with the headset that takes your order outside talking with a friend I guess, as they were enjoying each others conversation. I tried to get lunch there a couple of days ago. I ordered a number 5 (regular roast beef sandwich) classic with a pour piece cheese sticks instead of fries and a small Pepsi. I thought my total seemed more than normal when I get this. When I got my receipt, it an upside bnc or beef and cheddar. I let her know that I ordered the classic. I had to park for them to bring it out. I went inside anyways to get it. I heard the assistant manager saying that an order was the beef and cheddar remake. I said that's probably mine but I ordered the classic. My mistake that I didn't check the bag this time. I took a sip of my Pepsi after driving away only to find out it's a sweet tea. Then come to find out that they put some other boxed meal in my bag. How hard is it to get a classic roast beef sandwich? Also, why does everyone have a headset on and no one could get the order right. I got my money back and got correct food elsewhere. read more
